The word of Yahweh of Armies came to me.

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܛܢܬ ܒܨܗܝܘܢ ܛܢܢܐ ܪܒܐ ܘܒܚܡܬܐ ܪܒܬܐ ܛܢܬ ܒܗ̇

Yahweh of Armies says: “I am jealous for Zion with great jealousy, and I am jealous for her with great wrath.”

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܡܬܒܝܐ ܐܢܐ ܒܨܗܝܘܢ ܘܫܪܐ ܐܢܐ ܒܓܘ ܐܘܪܫܠܡ ܘܬܬܩܪܐ ܐܘܪܫܠܡ ܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܩܕܝܫܬܐ ܘܛܘܪܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܛܘܪܐ ܩܕܝܫܐ
qdysh' Twr' khylthn' dmry' wTwrh qdyshth' mdynth' 'wrshlm wththqr' 'wrshlm bgw 'n' wshr' btshywn 'n' mthby' mry' 'mr hkn'
Yahweh says: “I have returned to Zion, and will dwell in the middle of Jerusalem. Jerusalem shall be called ‘The City of Truth;’ and the mountain of Yahweh of Armies, ‘The Holy Mountain.’”

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܡܟܝܠ ܢܬܒܘܢ ܣܒܐ ܘܣܒܬܐ ܒܫܘܩܝܗ̇ ܕܐܘܪܫܠܡ ܘܓܒܪ ܚܘܛܪܗ ܢܗܘܐ ܐܚܝܕ ܒܐܝܕܗ ܡܢ ܣܘܓܐܐ ܕܝܘܡܬܐ
dywmth' swg'' mn b'ydh 'khyd nhw' khwTrh wgbr d'wrshlm bshwqyh wsbth' sb' nthbwn mkyl khylthn' mry' 'mr hkn'
Yahweh of Armies says: “Old men and old women will again dwell in the streets of Jerusalem, every man with his staff in his hand because of their old age.

ܘܫܘܩܝܗ̇ ܕܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܢܬܡܠܘܢ ܝܠܘܕܐ ܘܝܠܘܕܬܐ ܕܡܫܬܥܝܢ ܒܫܘܩܝܗ̇
bshwqyh dmshtheyn wylwdth' ylwd' nthmlwn dmdynth' wshwqyh
The streets of the city will be full of boys and girls playing in its streets.”

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܐܢ ܪܒܐ ܗܝ ܗܕܐ ܒܥܝܢܘܗܝ ܕܫܪܟܗ ܕܥܡܐ ܗܢܐ ܒܝܘܡܬܐ ܗܢܘܢ ܐܦ ܒܥܝܢܝ ܕܝܠܝ ܪܒܐ ܗܝ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ
khylthn' mry' 'mr hy rb' dyly beyny 'p hnwn bywmth' hn' dem' dshrkh beynwhy hd' hy rb' 'n khylthn' mry' 'mr hkn'
Yahweh of Armies says: “If it is marvelous in the eyes of the remnant of this people in those days, should it also be marvelous in my eyes?” says Yahweh of Armies.

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܗܐ ܦܪܩ ܐܢܐ ܠܥܡܝ ܡܢ ܐܪܥܐ ܕܡܕܢܚܐ ܘܡܢ ܐܪܥܐ ܕܡܥܪܒܝ ܫܡܫܐ

Yahweh of Armies says: “Behold, I will save my people from the east country and from the west country.

ܘܐܝܬܐ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܢܫܪܘܢ ܒܐܘܪܫܠܡ ܘܢܗܘܘܢ ܠܝ ܥܡܐ ܘܐܢܐ ܐܗܘܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܐܠܗܐ ܒܩܘܫܬܐ ܘܒܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ
wbzdyqwth' bqwshth' 'lh' lhwn 'hw' w'n' em' ly wnhwwn b'wrshlm wnshrwn 'nwn w'yth'
I will bring them, and they will dwell within Jerusalem. They will be my people, and I will be their God, in truth and in righteousness.”

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܢܬܚܝܠܢ ܐܝܕܝܐ ܕܟܠ ܕܫܡܥܘ ܒܝܘܡܬܐ ܗܢܘܢ ܦܬܓܡܐ ܗܠܝܢ ܡܢ ܦܘܡܗܘܢ ܕܢܒܝܐ ܡܢ ܝܘܡܐ ܕܐܬܬܣܝܡܬ ܫܬܐܣܬܐ ܕܗܝܟܠܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܠܡܬܒܢܝܘ

Yahweh of Armies says: “Let your hands be strong, you who hear in these days these words from the mouth of the prophets who were in the day that the foundation of the house of Yahweh of Armies was laid, even the temple, that it might be built.

ܡܛܠ ܕܡܢ ܩܕܡ ܝܘܡܬܐ ܗܢܘܢ ܘܡܢ ܩܕܡ ܙܒܢܐ ܗܘ ܐܓܪܐ ܠܒܪ ܐܢܫܐ ܠܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܘܐܦ ܠܐ ܠܒܥܝܪܐ ܘܠܡܢ ܕܢܦܩ ܘܥܐܠ ܠܝܬ ܗܘܐ ܫܠܡܐ ܡܢ ܩܕܡ ܐܠܘܨܐ ܘܗܐ ܡܓܪܐ ܐܢܐ ܠܗܘܢ ܠܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܐܢܫܐ ܓܒܪ ܒܚܒܪܗ

For before those days there was no wages for man nor any wages for an animal, neither was there any peace to him who went out or came in, because of the adversary. For I set all men everyone against his neighbor.

ܡܟܝܠ ܠܐ ܗܘܝܬ ܐܝܟ ܕܒܝܘܡܬܐ ܩܕܡܝܐ ܠܫܪܟܗ ܕܥܡܐ ܗܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ
khylthn' mry' 'mr hn' dem' lshrkh qdmy' dbywmth' 'yk hwyth l' mkyl
But now I will not be to the remnant of this people as in the former days,” says Yahweh of Armies.

ܡܛܠ ܕܙܪܥܐ ܢܗܘܐ ܒܫܠܡܐ ܘܓܦܬܐ ܬܬܠ ܦܐܪܝܗ̇ ܘܐܪܥܐ ܬܬܠ ܥܠܠܬܗ̇ ܘܫܡܝܐ ܢܬܠܘܢ ܛܠܗܘܢ ܘܐܘܪܬ ܠܫܪܟܗ ܕܥܡܐ ܗܢܐ ܗܠܝܢ ܟܠܗܝܢ

“For the seed of peace and the vine will yield its fruit, and the ground will give its increase, and the heavens will give their dew. I will cause the remnant of this people to inherit all these things.

ܐܝܟ ܕܗܘܝܬܘܢ ܠܠܘܛܬܐ ܒܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܕܒܝܬ ܝܗܘܕܐ ܘܕܒܝܬ ܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܗܟܢܐ ܐܦܪܘܩܟܘܢ ܘܬܗܘܘܢ ܠܒܘܪܟܬܐ ܘܢܬܚܝܠܢ ܐܝܕܝܟܘܢ ܘܠܐ ܬܕܚܠܘܢ
thdkhlwn wl' 'ydykwn wnthkhyln lbwrkth' wthhwwn 'prwqkwn hkn' 'ysryl wdbyth yhwd' dbyth bemm' llwTth' dhwythwn 'yk
It shall come to pass that, as you were a curse among the nations, house of Judah and house of Israel, so I will save you, and you shall be a blessing. Don’t be afraid. Let your hands be strong.”

ܡܛܠ ܕܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܐܝܟ ܕܐܬܚܫܒܬ ܠܡܒܐܫܘ ܠܟܘܢ ܟܕ ܐܪܓܙܘܢܝ ܐܒܗܝܟܘܢ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܘܠܐ ܗܦܟܬ

For Yahweh of Armies says: “As I thought to do evil to you when your fathers provoked me to wrath,” says Yahweh of Armies, “and I didn’t repent,

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܬܦܢܝܬ ܘܐܬܚܫܒܬ ܒܝܘܡܬܐ ܗܠܝܢ ܕܐܛܐܒ ܠܐܘܪܫܠܡ ܘܠܕܒܝܬ ܝܗܘܕܐ ܠܐ ܬܕܚܠܘܢ
thdkhlwn l' yhwd' wldbyth l'wrshlm d'T'b hlyn bywmth' w'thkhshbth 'thpnyth hkn'
so again I have thought in these days to do good to Jerusalem and to the house of Judah. Don’t be afraid.

ܗܠܝܢ ܦܬܓܡܐ ܥܒܕܘ ܡܠܠܘ ܩܘܫܬܐ ܐܢܫ ܥܡ ܚܒܪܗ ܘܩܘܫܬܐ ܘܕܝܢܐ ܘܫܠܡܐ ܕܘܢܘ ܒܬܪܥܝܬܟܘܢ
bthreythkwn dwnw wshlm' wdyn' wqwshth' khbrh em 'nsh qwshth' mllw ebdw pthgm' hlyn
These are the things that you shall do: speak every man the truth with his neighbor. Execute the judgment of truth and peace in your gates,

ܘܐܢܫ ܥܠ ܚܒܪܗ ܒܝܫܬܐ ܠܐ ܬܬܚܫܒܘܢ ܒܠܒܟܘܢ ܘܡܘܡܬܐ ܕܓܠܬܐ ܠܐ ܬܪܚܡܘܢ ܡܛܠ ܕܗܠܝܢ ܟܠܗܝܢ ܣܢܝܬ ܐܢܝܢ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ
khylthn' mry' 'mr 'nyn snyth klhyn dhlyn mTl thrkhmwn l' dglth' wmwmth' blbkwn ththkhshbwn l' byshth' khbrh el w'nsh
and let none of you devise evil in your hearts against his neighbor, and love no false oath; for all these are things that I hate,” says Yahweh.

ܘܗܘܐ ܥܠܝ ܦܬܓܡܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܠܡܐܡܪ

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܨܘܡܐ ܐܪܒܝܥܝܐ ܘܨܘܡܐ ܚܡܝܫܝܐ ܘܨܘܡܐ ܫܒܝܥܝܐ ܘܨܘܡܐ ܥܣܝܪܝܐ ܢܗܘܘܢ ܠܕܒܝܬ ܝܗܘܕܐ ܠܕܝܨܐ ܘܠܚܕܘܬܐ ܘܠܥܕܥܐܕܐ ܛܒܐ ܘܩܘܫܬܐ ܘܫܠܡܐ ܪܚܡܘ

Yahweh of Armies says: “The fasts of the fourth, fifth, seventh, and tenth months shall be for the house of Judah joy, gladness, and cheerful feasts. Therefore love truth and peace.”

ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܡܟܝܠ ܢܐܬܘܢ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܝܬܒܝ ܡܕܝܢܬܐ ܣܓܝܐܬܐ

Yahweh of Armies says: “Many peoples and the inhabitants of many cities will yet come.

ܘܢܐܙܠܘܢ ܝܬܒܝ ܚܕܐ ܠܘܬ ܚܕܐ ܘܢܐܡܪܘܢ ܬܘ ܢܐܙܠ ܘܢܨܠܐ ܩܕܡ ܡܪܝܐ ܘܢܒܥܐ ܡܢ ܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܘܐܙܠ ܐܦ ܐܢܐ
'n' 'p w'zl khylthn' mry' mn wnbe' mry' qdm wntsl' n'zl thw wn'mrwn khd' lwth khd' ythby wn'zlwn
The inhabitants of one will go to another, saying, ‘Let’s go speedily to entreat the favor of Yahweh, and to seek Yahweh of Armies. I will go also.’

ܘܢܐܬܘܢ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܣܓܝܐܐ ܘܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܥܫܝܢܐ ܠܡܒܥܐ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܒܐܘܪܫܠܡ ܘܠܡܨܠܝܘ ܩܕܡ ܡܪܝܐ
mry' qdm wlmtslyw b'wrshlm khylthn' lmry' lmbe' eshyn' wemm' sgy'' emm' wn'thwn
Yes, many peoples and strong nations will come to seek Yahweh of Armies in Jerusalem and to entreat the favor of Yahweh.”

Yahweh of Armies says: “In those days, ten men out of all the languages of the nations will take hold of the skirt of him who is a Jew, saying, ‘We will go with you, for we have heard that God is with you.’”
