1
ואחזיני ית יהושע כהנא רבא קאים קדם מלאכא דיי וחטאה קאים על ימיניה לאסטנא ליה:
lyh lasTna ymynyh el qaym wkhTah dyy mlaka qdm qaym rba khna yhwshe yth wakhzyny
He showed me Joshua the high priest standing before Yahweh’s angel, and Satan standing at his right hand to be his adversary.

ואמר יי ליחטא יזיף יי בך יחטא ויזיף יי בך דאתרעי לאשראה שכנתיה בירושלם הלא דין אוד משיזיב מיקידא:
myqyda mshyzyb awd dyn hla byrwshlm shknthyh lashrah dathrey bk yy wyzyp ykhTa bk yy yzyp lykhTa yy wamr
Yahweh said to Satan, “Yahweh rebuke you, Satan! Yes, Yahweh who has chosen Jerusalem rebuke you! Isn’t this a burning stick plucked out of the fire?”

ויהושע הוו ליה בנין דנסבין להון נשין דלא כשרן לכהונתא וקאים קדם מלאכא:
mlaka qdm wqaym lkhwntha kshrn dla nshyn lhwn dnsbyn bnyn lyh hww wyhwshe
Now Joshua was clothed with filthy garments, and was standing before the angel.

ואתיב ואמר לדמשמשין קדמוהי למימר ואמרו ליה ויפיק נשין דלא כשרין לכהונתא מביתיה ואמר ליה חזי דאדעיתי מנך חובך ואלבישת יתך זכון:
zkwn ythk walbyshth khwbk mnk dadeythy khzy lyh wamr mbythyh lkhwntha kshryn dla nshyn wypyq lyh wamrw lmymr qdmwhy ldmshmshyn wamr wathyb
He answered and spoke to those who stood before him, saying, “Take the filthy garments off him.” To him he said, “Behold, I have caused your iniquity to pass from you, and I will clothe you with rich clothing.”

ואמרית שוו מצניפא דכיא על רישיה ושויאו מצנפא דכיא על רישיה ואסבוהי אתתא דכשרא לכהונתא ומלאכא דיי קאים:
qaym dyy wmlaka lkhwntha dkshra aththa wasbwhy ryshyh el dkya mtsnpa wshwyaw ryshyh el dkya mtsnypa shww wamryth
I said, “Let them set a clean turban on his head.” So they set a clean turban on his head, and clothed him; and Yahweh’s angel was standing by.

ואסהיד מלאכא דיי ביהושע למימר:
lmymr byhwshe dyy mlaka washyd
Yahweh’s angel solemnly assured Joshua, saying,

כדנן אמר יי צבאות אם באורחן דתקנן קדמי תהך ואם ית מטרת מימרי תטר ואף את תדין לדמשמשין בבית מקדשי ואף תטר ית עזרתי ובאחיות מיתיא אחיינך ואתן לך רגלין מהלכן בית שרפיא האלין:
halyn shrpya byth mhlkn rglyn lk wathn akhyynk mythya wbakhywth ezrthy yth thTr wap mqdshy bbyth ldmshmshyn thdyn ath wap thTr mymry mTrth yth wam thhk qdmy dthqnn bawrkhn am tsbawth yy amr kdnn
“Yahweh of Armies says: ‘If you will walk in my ways, and if you will follow my instructions, then you also shall judge my house, and shall also keep my courts, and I will give you a place of access among these who stand by.

שמע כען יהושע כהנא רבא את וחברך דיתבין קדמך ארי גברין כשרין למעבד להון נסין אינון ארי הא אנא מיתי ית עבדי משיחא ויתגלי:
wythgly mshykha ebdy yth mythy ana ha ary aynwn nsyn lhwn lmebd kshryn gbryn ary qdmk dythbyn wkhbrk ath rba khna yhwshe ken shme
Hear now, Joshua the high priest, you and your fellows who sit before you, for they are men who are a sign; for, behold, I will bring out my servant, the Branch.

ארי הא אבנא דיהבית קדם יהושע על אבנא חדא שבעא עינין חזיאן לה הא אנא גלי חזיתהא אמר יי צבאות ואעדי ית חוב ארעא ההיא ביומא חד:
khd bywma hhya area khwb yth waedy tsbawth yy amr khzythha gly ana ha lh khzyan eynyn shbea khda abna el yhwshe qdm dyhbyth abna ha ary
For, behold, the stone that I have set before Joshua: on one stone are seven eyes; behold, I will engrave its inscription,’ says Yahweh of Armies, ‘and I will remove the iniquity of that land in one day.
