1
לשבחא על מיתותא דגברא די נפק מבני משריתא תושבחתא לדוד:
ldwd thwshbkhtha mshrytha mbny npq dy dgbra mythwtha el lshbkha
I will give thanks to Yahweh with my whole heart. I will tell of all your marvelous works.

אשבח קדם יי בכל לבי אשתעי כולהון פרישותך:
pryshwthk kwlhwn ashthey lby bkl yy qdm ashbkh
I will be glad and rejoice in you. I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.

אחדי ואבדח במימרך אשבח שמך עלאה:
elah shmk ashbkh bmymrk wabdkh akhdy
When my enemies turn back, they stumble and perish in your presence.

בדיתוב בעל דבבי לאחורא יתקלון ויהובדון מן קדמך:
qdmk mn wyhwbdwn ythqlwn lakhwra dbby bel bdythwb
For you have maintained my just cause. You sit on the throne judging righteously.

מטול דעבדתא פורענותי ודיני יתבתא על כורסי דינא זכאה:
zkah dyna kwrsy el ythbtha wdyny pwrenwthy debdtha mTwl
You have rebuked the nations. You have destroyed the wicked. You have blotted out their name forever and ever.

נזפתא עממי דפלשתאי הובדתא גלית רשיעא שומהון מחיתא לעלמי עלמין:
elmyn lelmy mkhytha shwmhwn rshyea glyth hwbdtha dplshthay emmy nzptha
The enemy is overtaken by endless ruin. The very memory of the cities which you have overthrown has perished.

וכד נפל בעל דבבא אשתציו חלותיה וכרכיהון אצתדיו לעלמא וקרויהון צדיתא הובדתא דכרנהון מנהון:
mnhwn dkrnhwn hwbdtha tsdytha wqrwyhwn lelma atsthdyw wkrkyhwn khlwthyh ashthtsyw dbba bel npl wkd
But Yahweh reigns forever. He has prepared his throne for judgment.

ומימרא דיי לעלמין מותביה בשמי מרומא תקין לדינא כורסיה:
kwrsyh ldyna thqyn mrwma bshmy mwthbyh lelmyn dyy wmymra
He will judge the world in righteousness. He will administer judgment to the peoples in uprightness.

והוא ידין עמא דארעא בזכותא ידין עממיא בתריצותא:
bthrytswtha emmya ydyn bzkwtha darea ema ydyn whwa
Yahweh will also be a high tower for the oppressed; a high tower in times of trouble.
10
ויהי מימרא דיי תקוף למסכנא תקוף בעדני עקתא:
eqtha bedny thqwp lmskna thqwp dyy mymra wyhy
Those who know your name will put their trust in you, for you, Yahweh, have not forsaken those who seek you.

ויסתכלון בסברותך ידעי שמך מטול דלא שבקתא תבעיך יי:
yy thbeyk shbqtha dla mTwl shmk ydey bsbrwthk wysthklwn
Sing praises to Yahweh, who dwells in Zion, and declare among the people what he has done.

שבחו קדם יי דאשרי שכנתיה בציון תניאו בעממיא עובדוי:
ewbdwy bemmya thnyaw btsywn shknthyh dashry yy qdm shbkhw
For he who avenges blood remembers them. He doesn’t forget the cry of the afflicted.

מטול דתביע דמא דזכאה ית צדיקיא דכיר ולא שלי קבלת ענותנין:
enwthnyn qblth shly wla dkyr tsdyqya yth dzkah dma dthbye mTwl
Have mercy on me, Yahweh. See my affliction by those who hate me, and lift me up from the gates of death,

חוס עלי יי חמי סגופי מבעלי דבבי מרומם לי ממעלני מותא:
mwtha mmelny ly mrwmm dbby mbely sgwpy khmy yy ely khws
that I may show all of your praise. I will rejoice in your salvation in the gates of the daughter of Zion.

מן בגלל דאשתעי לכולהון שבחתך במעלני תרעי כנישת ציון אדוץ בפורקנך:
bpwrqnk adwts tsywn knyshth threy bmelny shbkhthk lkwlhwn dashthey bgll mn
The nations have sunk down in the pit that they made. In the net which they hid, their own foot is taken.

טבעו עממיא בשוחתא דעבדו במצדתא דנא כמנו אתאחדת רגליהון:
rglyhwn athakhdth kmnw dna bmtsdtha debdw bshwkhtha emmya Tbew
Yahweh has made himself known. He has executed judgment. The wicked is snared by the work of his own hands. Meditation. Selah.

גלי קדם יי דין דעבד בעובדי אידוי אתקל רשיעא ירננון צדיקיא לעלמין:
lelmyn tsdyqya yrnnwn rshyea athql aydwy bewbdy debd dyn yy qdm gly
The wicked shall be turned back to Sheol, even all the nations that forget God.

יתובון רשיעי לשיול כולהון עממיא דאשליו דחלתא דיי:
dyy dkhltha dashlyw emmya kwlhwn lshywl rshyey ythwbwn
For the needy shall not always be forgotten, nor the hope of the poor perish forever.
19
מטול דלא לעלמיא משתלי חשוכא סוברא דענותני לא תהובד לעלמא:
lelma thhwbd la denwthny swbra khshwka mshthly lelmya dla mTwl
Arise, Yahweh! Don’t let man prevail. Let the nations be judged in your sight.
20
קום יי לא יתעשן בר נשא רשיעא יתדנון עממיא קדמך:
qdmk emmya ythdnwn rshyea nsha br ytheshn la yy qwm
Put them in fear, Yahweh. Let the nations know that they are only men. Selah.
