דאשרי שכנתיה ברזא עלאה בטלל ענני יקרא דשדי יבית:
ybyth dshdy yqra enny bTll elah brza shknthyh dashry
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

אמר דוד אימר ליי רוחצני וכרך תוקפי אלהי אכלי במימריה:
bmymryh akly alhy thwqpy wkrk rwkhtsny lyy aymr dwd amr
I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”

ארום הוא יפצנך שלמה ברי מפחא ותקלא ממותא ואתרגושתא:
wathrgwshtha mmwtha wthqla mpkha bry shlmh yptsnk hwa arwm
For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.

בטלל שכנתיה יטלל עלך ותחות טלל יקריה תתרחץ תריסא ועגילא הימנותיה:
hymnwthyh wegyla thrysa ththrkhts yqryh Tll wthkhwth elk yTll shknthyh bTll
He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.

לא תדחל מן דלוחא דמזיקי דאזלין בליליא מן גררא דמלאך מותא דשדי ביממא:
bymma dshdy mwtha dmlak grra mn blylya dazlyn dmzyqy dlwkha mn thdkhl la
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,

מן מותא די בקבלא מהלך מסיעת שידין דמחבלין בטיהרא:
bTyhra dmkhblyn shydyn msyeth mhlk bqbla dy mwtha mn
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.

תדכר שמא דקודשא יפלון מן סטר שמאלך אלפא ורבבותא מן ימינך לותך לא יקרבון למנזק:
lmnzq yqrbwn la lwthk ymynk mn wrbbwtha alpa shmalk sTr mn yplwn dqwdsha shma thdkr
A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.

לחוד בעינך תהי מסתכל והיך מתגמרין רשיעי תחמי:
thkhmy rshyey mthgmryn whyk msthkl thhy beynk lkhwd
You will only look with your eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked.

עני שלמה וכן אמר ארום אנת הוא יי רוחצני במדור עלאה שויתא בית שכנתך:
shknthk byth shwytha elah bmdwr rwkhtsny yy hwa anth arwm amr wkn shlmh eny
Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,

אתיב מרי עלמא וכן אמר לא תארע לך בישתא ומכתשא ומזיקיא לא יקרבון במשכניך:
bmshknyk yqrbwn la wmzyqya wmkthsha byshtha lk thare la amr wkn elma mry athyb
no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.

ארום מלאכוי יפקד עלך למטרינך בכל אורחתך:
awrkhthk bkl lmTrynk elk ypqd mlakwy arwm
For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.

על תוקפיהון יטלונך דלמא תתקל ביצרא בישא דמתיל לאבני רגלך:
rglk labny dmthyl bysha bytsra ththql dlma yTlwnk thwqpyhwn el
They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone.

על גור בר ארוין ופתנא תבעוט תרמוס אריא וחורמנא:
wkhwrmna arya thrmws thbewT wpthna arwyn br gwr el
You will tread on the lion and cobra. You will trample the young lion and the serpent underfoot.

מטול די במימרי אתרעי ואשזבניה אשגבניה מטול דידע שמי:
shmy dyde mTwl ashgbnyh washzbnyh athrey bmymry dy mTwl
“Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name.

יצלי קדמי ואנא עני יתיה עמיה אנא בעקתא אפצניה ואיקרניה:
wayqrnyh aptsnyh beqtha ana emyh ythyh eny wana qdmy ytsly
He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him.
