ܝܬܒ ܒܣܬܪܗ ܕܡܪܝܡܐ ܘܒܛܠܠܗ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܡܫܬܒܚ
mshthbkh d'lh' wbTllh dmrym' bsthrh ythb
He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.

ܐܡܪ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܬܘܟܠܢܝ ܒܝܬ ܓܘܣܝ ܐܠܗܐ ܕܬܟܝܠ ܐܢܐ ܥܠܘܗܝ
elwhy 'n' dthkyl 'lh' gwsy byth thwklny lmry' 'mr
I will say of Yahweh, “He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in whom I trust.”

ܕܗܘ ܢܦܨܝܟ ܡܢ ܦܚܐ ܕܬܘܩܠܬܐ ܘܡܢ ܡܡܠܠܐ ܕܣܪܝܩܘܬܐ
dsryqwth' mmll' wmn dthwqlth' pkh' mn nptsyk dhw
For he will deliver you from the snare of the fowler, and from the deadly pestilence.

ܒܐܒܪ̈ܘܗܝ ܢܦܨܝܟ ܘܬܚܝܬ ܟܢ̈ܦܘܗܝ ܬܣܬܬܪ ܙܝܢܐ ܢܚܕܪܟ ܩܘܫܬܗ
qwshthh nkhdrk zyn' thsththr knpwhy wthkhyth nptsyk b'brwhy
He will cover you with his feathers. Under his wings you will take refuge. His faithfulness is your shield and rampart.

ܠܐ ܬܕܚܠ ܡܢ ܕܚܠܬܗ ܕܠܠܝܐ ܘܡܢ ܓܐܪܐ ܕܦܪܚ ܒܐܝܡܡܐ
b'ymm' dprkh g'r' wmn dlly' dkhlthh mn thdkhl l'
You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day,

ܘܡܢ ܡܠܬܐ ܕܡܗܠܟܐ ܒܚܫܘܟܐ ܘܡܢ ܪܘܚܐ ܕܫܝܕܐ ܒܛܗܪܐ
bThr' dshyd' rwkh' wmn bkhshwk' dmhlk' mlth' wmn
nor of the pestilence that walks in darkness, nor of the destruction that wastes at noonday.

ܢܦܠܘܢ ܡܢ ܣܛܪܟ ܐ̈ܠܦܐ ܘܪ̈ܒܘܬܐ ܡܢ ܝܡܝܢܟ ܘܠܘܬܟ ܠܐ ܢܬܩܪܒܘܢ
nthqrbwn l' wlwthk ymynk mn wrbwth' 'lp' sTrk mn nplwn
A thousand may fall at your side, and ten thousand at your right hand; but it will not come near you.

ܐܠܐ ܒܥܝܢ̈ܝܟ ܒܠܚܘܕ ܬܚܙܐ ܒܦܘܪܥܢܗܘܢ ܕܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ ܬܚܙܐ
thkhz' drshye' bpwrenhwn thkhz' blkhwd beynyk 'l'
You will only look with your eyes, and see the recompense of the wicked.

ܡܛܠ ܕܐܢܬ ܗܘ ܡܪܝܐ ܬܘܟܠܢܝ ܕܒܡܪܘܡܐ ܣܡܬ ܡܥܡܪܟ

Because you have made Yahweh your refuge, and the Most High your dwelling place,

ܠܐ ܬܩܪܘܒ ܠܟ ܒܝܫܬܐ ܘܡܚܘܬܐ ܠܐ ܬܬܩܪܒ ܠܡܫܟܢܟ
lmshknk ththqrb l' wmkhwth' byshth' lk thqrwb l'
no evil shall happen to you, neither shall any plague come near your dwelling.

ܡܛܠ ܕܠܡܠܐ̈ܟܘܗܝ ܢܦܩܕ ܥܠܝܟ ܕܢܢܛܪܘܢܟ ܒܟܠܗܝܢ ܐܘܪ̈ܚܬܟ
'wrkhthk bklhyn dnnTrwnk elyk npqd dlml'kwhy mTl
For he will put his angels in charge of you, to guard you in all your ways.

ܘܥܠ ܕܪ̈ܥܝܗܘܢ ܢܫܩܠܘܢܟ ܕܠܐ ܬܬܩܠ ܒܪܓܠܟ
brglk ththql dl' nshqlwnk dreyhwn wel
They will bear you up in their hands, so that you won’t dash your foot against a stone.

ܥܠ ܓܪܣܐ ܘܥܠ ܚܪܡܢܐ ܬܕܪܘܟ ܘܬܕܘܫ ܐܪܝܐ ܘܬܢܝܢܐ
wthnyn' 'ry' wthdwsh thdrwk khrmn' wel grs' el
You will tread on the lion and cobra. You will trample the young lion and the serpent underfoot.

ܡܛܠ ܕܠܝ ܒܥܐ ܐܦܨܝܘܗܝ ܘܐܥܫܢܝܘܗܝ ܡܛܠ ܕܝܕܥ ܫܡܝ

“Because he has set his love on me, therefore I will deliver him. I will set him on high, because he has known my name.

ܢܩܪܝܢܝ ܘܐܥܢܝܘܗܝ ܥܡܗ ܐܢܐ ܒܐܘܠܨܢܐ ܐܥܫܢܝܘܗܝ ܘܐܝܩܪܝܘܗܝ
w'yqrywhy 'eshnywhy b'wltsn' 'n' emh w'enywhy nqryny
He will call on me, and I will answer him. I will be with him in trouble. I will deliver him, and honor him.
