ܡܪܝܐ ܒܝܬ ܡܥܡܪܐ ܗܘܝܬ ܠܢ ܠܕܪܕܪܝܢ
ldrdryn ln hwyth memr' byth mry'
Lord, you have been our dwelling place for all generations.

ܥܕܠܐ ܢܬܒܛܢܘܢ ܛܘܪ̈ܐ ܘܥܕ ܠܐ ܬܚܒܠ ܐܪܥܐ ܘܥܕ ܠܐ ܬܬܩܢ ܬܒܝܠ ܡܢ ܥܠܡ ܘܥܕܡܐ ܠܥܠܡ ܐܢܬ ܗܘ ܐܠܗܐ
'lh' hw 'nth lelm wedm' elm mn thbyl ththqn l' wed 're' thkhbl l' wed Twr' nthbTnwn edl'
Before the mountains were born, before you had formed the earth and the world, even from everlasting to everlasting, you are God.

ܕܐܗܦܟܬܝܗܝ ܠܒܪܢܫܐ ܥܕܡܐ ܠܡܘܟܟܐ ܘܐܡܪܬ ܕܬܘܒܘ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܐܢܫܐ
'nsh' bny dthwbw w'mrth lmwkk' edm' lbrnsh' d'hpkthyhy
You turn man to destruction, saying, “Return, you children of men.”

ܡܛܠ ܕܐܠܦ ܫܢ̈ܝܢ ܒܥܝܢ̈ܝܟ ܐܝܟ ܝܘܡܐ ܕܐܬܡܠܝ ܕܥܒܪ ܘܐܝܟ ܡܛܪܬܐ ܕܠܠܝܐ
dlly' mTrth' w'yk debr d'thmly ywm' 'yk beynyk shnyn d'lp mTl
For a thousand years in your sight are just like yesterday when it is past, like a watch in the night.

ܫܪ̈ܒܬܗܘܢ ܫܢܬܐ ܢܗ̈ܘܝܢ ܘܒܨܦܪܐ ܐܝܟ ܥܘܦܝܐ ܬܚܠܦ
thkhlp ewpy' 'yk wbtspr' nhwyn shnth' shrbthhwn
You sweep them away as they sleep. In the morning they sprout like new grass.

ܕܒܨܦܪܐ ܝܥܐ ܘܡܚܠܦ ܘܒܪܡܫܐ ܚܡܐ ܘܝܒܫ
wybsh khm' wbrmsh' wmkhlp ye' dbtspr'
In the morning it sprouts and springs up. By evening, it is withered and dry.

ܡܛܠ ܕܓܡܪܢ ܒܪܘܓܙܟ ܘܒܚܡܬܟ ܐܬܕܠܚܢ

For we are consumed in your anger. We are troubled in your wrath.

ܣܡܬ ܚ̈ܛܗܝܢ ܠܩܘܒܠܟ ܥܠܡܝܢܝ ܒܢܘܗܪܐ ܕܐ̈ܦܝܟ
d'pyk bnwhr' elmyny lqwblk khThyn smth
You have set our iniquities before you, our secret sins in the light of your presence.

ܡܛܠ ܕܟܠܗܘܢ ܝܘܡ̈ܝܢ ܓܡܪܘ ܒܪܘܓܙܟ ܘܓܡܪ ܫܢܝ̈ܢ ܐܝܟ ܓܘܓܝ
gwgy 'yk shnyn wgmr brwgzk gmrw ywmyn dklhwn mTl
For all our days have passed away in your wrath. We bring our years to an end as a sigh.

ܝܘܡ̈ܝܢ ܫܢܝ̈ܢ ܒܗܘܢ ܫܒܥܝܢ ܫܢ̈ܝܢ ܘܠܡܚܣܢ ܬܡܢܐܝܢ ܫܢܝ̈ܢ ܣܘܓܗܝܢ ܥܡܠܐ ܘܟܐ̈ܒܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܐܬܐ ܥܠܝܢ ܡܘܟܟܐ ܘܐܬܛܪܦܢ
w'thTrpn mwkk' elyn d'th' mTl wk'b' eml' swghyn shnyn thmn'yn wlmkhsn shnyn shbeyn bhwn shnyn ywmyn
The days of our years are seventy, or even by reason of strength eighty years; yet their pride is but labor and sorrow, for it passes quickly, and we fly away.

ܡܢ ܝܕܥ ܥܘܫܢܐ ܕܪܘܓܙܟ ܘܕܚܠܬܐ ܕܪܘܓܙܟ
drwgzk wdkhlth' drwgzk ewshn' yde mn
Who knows the power of your anger, your wrath according to the fear that is due to you?

ܐܘܕܥܝܢܝ ܡܢܝܢܐ ܕܝܘ̈ܡܝܢ ܕܢܥܘܠ ܠܠܒܐ ܕܚܟܡܬܐ
dkhkmth' llb' dnewl dywmyn mnyn' 'wdeyny
So teach us to count our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

ܐܬܦܢ ܡܪܝܐ ܥܕܡܐ ܠܐܡܬܝ ܠܐ ܡܒܝܐܐ ܐܢܬ ܠܥܒ̈ܕܝܟ

Relent, Yahweh! How long? Have compassion on your servants!

ܣܒܥܝܢܝ ܒܨܦܪܐ ܛܝܒܘܬܟ ܢܫܒܚ ܘܢܚܕܐ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܝܘܡ̈ܬܢ
ywmthn klhwn wnkhd' nshbkh Tybwthk btspr' sbeyny
Satisfy us in the morning with your loving kindness, that we may rejoice and be glad all our days.

ܚܕܢ ܡܛܠ ܕܡܝܬ ܥܘܠܢ ܘܫ̈ܢܝܐ ܕܚܙܝܢ ܒܗܝܢ ܒܝܫ̈ܬܐ
byshth' bhyn dkhzyn wshny' ewln dmyth mTl khdn
Make us glad for as many days as you have afflicted us, for as many years as we have seen evil.

ܢܬܚܙܘܢ ܠܥܒ̈ܕܝܟ ܥܒ̈ܕܝܟ ܘܗܕܪܟ ܥܠ ܒܢܝ̈ܗܘܢ
bnyhwn el whdrk ebdyk lebdyk nthkhzwn
Let your work appear to your servants, your glory to their children.

ܬܗܘܐ ܒܣܝܡܘܬܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܢ ܥܠܝܢ ܕܥܒܕ ܐ̈ܝܕܘܗܝ ܐܬܩܢ ܥܠܝܢ ܘܒܥܒܕ ܐ̈ܝܕܘܗܝ ܬܩܢܢ

Let the favor of the Lord our God be on us. Establish the work of our hands for us. Yes, establish the work of our hands.
