ܐܠܗܐ ܩܡ ܒܟܢܫܐ ܕܡܠܐ̈ܟܐ ܘܒܓܘ ܡܠܐ̈ܟܐ ܢܕܘܢ
'lh' qm bknsh' dml'k' wbgw ml'k' ndwn
God presides in the great assembly. He judges among the gods.

ܥܕܡܐ ܠܐܡܬܝ ܕܝܢܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܥܘܠܐ ܘܒܐ̈ܦܐ ܕܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ ܢܣܒܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ
edm' l'mthy dynyn 'nthwn ewl' wb'p' drshye' nsbyn 'nthwn
“How long will you judge unjustly, and show partiality to the wicked?” Selah.

ܕܘܢܘ ܠܝܬ̈ܡܐ ܘܠܒܝܫ̈ܐ ܘܠܡܣ̈ܟܢܐ ܘܠܡ̈ܟܝܟܐ ܙܟܘ

“Defend the weak, the poor, and the fatherless. Maintain the rights of the poor and oppressed.

ܦܨܘ ܠܡܣ̈ܟܢܐ ܘܠܒܝ̈ܫܐ ܡܢ ܐܝܕܐ ܕܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ
ptsw lmskn' wlbysh' mn 'yd' drshye'
Rescue the weak and needy. Deliver them out of the hand of the wicked.”

ܕܠܐ ܝܕܥܘ ܘܠܐ ܐܣܬܟܠܘ ܕܒܚܫܘܟܐ ܡܗܠܟܝܢ ܗܘܘ ܘܙܥ̈ܝ ܟܠܗܝܢ ܫܬܐ̈ܣܝܗ̇ ܕܐܪܥܐ
dl' ydew wl' 'sthklw dbkhshwk' mhlkyn hww wzey klhyn shth'syh d're'
They don’t know, neither do they understand. They walk back and forth in darkness. All the foundations of the earth are shaken.

ܐܢܐ ܐܡܪܬ ܕܐ̈ܠܗܝܢ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܘܒܢ̈ܘܗܝ ܕܡܪܝܡܐ ܟܠܟܘܢ
'n' 'mrth d'lhyn 'nthwn wbnwhy dmrym' klkwn
I said, “You are gods, all of you are sons of the Most High.

ܡܟܝܠ ܐܝܟ ܒܢܝܢܫ̈ܐ ܬܡܘܬܘܢ ܘܐܝܟ ܚܕ ܡܢ ܪ̈ܘܪܒܢܐ ܬܦܠܘܢ

Nevertheless you shall die like men, and fall like one of the rulers.”

ܩܘܡ ܐܠܗܐ ܘܕܘܢܝܗ̇ ܠܐܪܥܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܐܢܬ ܬܐܪܬ ܠܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ

Arise, God, judge the earth, for you inherit all of the nations.
