ܫܒܚܘ ܠܐܠܗܐ ܡܥܫܢܢܢ ܘܩܥܘ ܠܐܠܗܗ ܕܝܥܩܘܒ
dyeqwb l'lhh wqew meshnnn l'lh' shbkhw
Raise a song, and bring here the tambourine, the pleasant lyre with the harp.

ܫܩܘܠܘ ܦܠܓ̈ܐ ܘܟܢܪ̈ܐ ܘܒܣ̈ܝܡܐ ܥܡ ܩܝܬܪ̈ܐ

Blow the trumpet at the New Moon, at the full moon, on our feast day.

ܩܪܘ ܒܩܪ̈ܢܬܐ ܒܪܝܫ ܝܪ̈ܚܐ ܘܒܟܣ̈ܐܐ ܒܝ̈ܘܡܬܐ ܕܥܕܥ̈ܐܕܐ
dede'd' bywmth' wbks'' yrkh' brysh bqrnth' qrw
For it is a statute for Israel, an ordinance of the God of Jacob.

ܡܛܠ ܕܢܡܘܣܐ ܗܘ ܠܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܘܕܝܢܐ ܠܐܠܗܗ ܕܝܥܩܘܒ
dyeqwb l'lhh wdyn' l'ysryl hw dnmws' mTl
He appointed it in Joseph for a covenant, when he went out over the land of Egypt, I heard a language that I didn’t know.

ܣܗܕܘܬܐ ܒܝܘܣܦ ܣܡܗ̇ ܟܕ ܢܦܩ ܠܐܪܥܐ ܕܡܨܪܝܢ ܠܫܢܐ ܕܠܐ ܝܕܥ ܗܘܐ ܫܡܥ

ܐܥܒܪܬ ܢܝܪܐ ܡܢ ܟܬܦܗ ܘܐ̈ܝܕܘܗܝ ܡܢ ܐܣܘܪܝܐ ܫܪܝܬ

You called in trouble, and I delivered you. I answered you in the secret place of thunder. I tested you at the waters of Meribah.” Selah.

ܒܐܘܠܨܢܐ ܩܪܢܝ ܘܦܨܝܬܗ ܘܟܣܝܬܗ ܒܣܬܪܐ ܕܝܠܝ ܡܫܒܚܐ ܘܒܚܪܬܗ ܒܡ̈ܝܐ ܕܚܪܝܢܐ

“Hear, my people, and I will testify to you, Israel, if you would listen to me!

ܫܡܥ ܥܡܝ ܘܐܡܠܠ ܘܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܐܣܗܕ ܒܟ ܐܢ ܬܫܡܥܢܝ

There shall be no strange god in you, neither shall you worship any foreign god.

ܠܐ ܢܗܘܐ ܠܟ ܐܠܗ ܢܘܟܪܝ ܘܠܐ ܬܣܓܘܕ ܠܕܚܠܐ ܐܚܪܢܝܐ
'khrny' ldkhl' thsgwd wl' nwkry 'lh lk nhw' l'
I am Yahweh, your God, who brought you up out of the land of Egypt. Open your mouth wide, and I will fill it.

ܐܢܐ ܐܢܐ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܟ ܕܐܣܩܬܟ ܡܢ ܐܪܥܐ ܕܡܨܪܝܢ ܦܬܚ ܦܘܡܟ ܘܐܡܠܝܘܗܝ
w'mlywhy pwmk pthkh dmtsryn 're' mn d'sqthk 'lhk mry' 'n' 'n'
But my people didn’t listen to my voice. Israel desired none of me.

ܘܥܡܝ ܠܐ ܫܡܥ ܒܩܠܝ ܘܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܠܐ ܐܬܛܦܝܣܘ ܡܢܝ
mny 'thTpysw l' w'ysryl bqly shme l' wemy
So I let them go after the stubbornness of their hearts, that they might walk in their own counsels.

ܗܠܟܘ ܒܨܒܝܢܐ ܕܠܒܗܘܢ ܘܒܬܪܥܝܬܐ ܕܢܦܫܗܘܢ
dnpshhwn wbthreyth' dlbhwn btsbyn' hlkw
Oh that my people would listen to me, that Israel would walk in my ways!

ܐܠܘ ܥܡܝ ܫܡܥܢܝ ܘܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܒܐܘܪ̈ܚܬܝ ܗܠܟ
hlk b'wrkhthy w'ysryl shmeny emy 'lw
I would soon subdue their enemies, and turn my hand against their adversaries.

ܥܕ ܩܠܝܠ ܡܘܒܕ ܗܘܝܬ ܠܒ̈ܥܠܕܒܒܝܗܘܢ ܘܥܠ ܣܢܐ̈ܝܗܘܢ ܡܗܦܟ ܗܘܝܬ ܐܝܕܝ
'ydy hwyth mhpk sn'yhwn wel lbeldbbyhwn hwyth mwbd qlyl ed
The haters of Yahweh would cringe before him, and their punishment would last forever.

ܣܢܐ̈ܘܗܝ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܟܕܒܘ ܒܗ ܘܗܘܐ ܙܘܥܗܘܢ ܠܥܠܡ
lelm zwehwn whw' bh kdbw dmry' sn'why
But he would have also fed them with the finest of the wheat. I will satisfy you with honey out of the rock.”
