Make a joyful shout to God, all the earth!

ܙܡܪܘ ܠܐܝܩܪܐ ܕܫܡܗ ܙܡܪܘ ܠܐܝܩܪܐ ܕܬܫܒܘܚܬܗ
dthshbwkhthh l'yqr' zmrw dshmh l'yqr' zmrw
Sing to the glory of his name! Offer glory and praise!

ܐܡܪܘ ܠܐܠܗܐ ܡܐ ܕܚܝ̈ܠܝܢ ܥܒ̈ܕܝܟ ܒܣܘܓܐܐ ܕܥܘܫܢܟ ܢܬܟܬܒܘܢ ܠܟ ܒܥ̈ܠܕܒܒܝܟ

Tell God, “How awesome are your deeds! Through the greatness of your power, your enemies submit themselves to you.

ܒܟܠܗ̇ ܐܪܥܐ ܢܣܓܕܘܢ ܠܟ ܘܢܙܡܪܘܢ ܠܟ ܘܢܫܒܚܘܢ ܠܫܡܟ ܠܥܠܡܝܢ
lelmyn lshmk wnshbkhwn lk wnzmrwn lk nsgdwn 're' bklh
All the earth will worship you, and will sing to you; they will sing to your name.” Selah.

ܘܢܐܡܪܘܢ ܬܘ ܚܙܘ ܥܒ̈ܕܘܗܝ ܕܐܠܗܐ. ܕܣ̈ܓܝܐܢ ܬܕܡܪ̈ܬܗ ܥܠ ܒܢܝ̈ ܐܢܫܐ
'nsh' bny el thdmrthh dsgy'n d'lh' ebdwhy khzw thw wn'mrwn
Come, and see God’s deeds— awesome work on behalf of the children of men.

ܕܗܦܟ ܝܡܐ ܠܝܒܫܐ ܘܠܢܗܪܐ ܥܒܪܘܗܝ ܡܢ ܪܓܠ ܬܡܢ ܢܚܕܐ ܒܗ
bh nkhd' thmn rgl mn ebrwhy wlnhr' lybsh' ym' dhpk
He turned the sea into dry land. They went through the river on foot. There, we rejoiced in him.

ܡܢ ܕܫܠܝܛ ܒܓܢܒܪܘܬܗ ܠܥܠܡ ܥܝܢ̈ܘܗܝ ܒܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܚܝܪ̈ܢ ܘܡܪ̈ܘܕܐ ܠܐ ܢܬܬܪܝܡܘܢ ܠܥܠܡ
lelm nththrymwn l' wmrwd' khyrn bemm' eynwhy lelm bgnbrwthh dshlyT mn
He rules by his might forever. His eyes watch the nations. Don’t let the rebellious rise up against him. Selah.

ܒܪܟܘ ܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܠܐܠܗܐ. ܘܫܡܥ ܩܠܐ ܕܫܘܒܚܗ

Praise our God, you peoples! Make the sound of his praise heard,

ܕܣܡ ܢܦܫܢ ܒܚ̈ܝܐ ܘܠܐ ܝܗܒ ܪܓܠܢ ܠܙܘܥܬܐ
lzweth' rgln yhb wl' bkhy' npshn dsm
who preserves our life among the living, and doesn’t allow our feet to be moved.

ܡܛܠ ܕܒܚܪܬܢ ܐܠܗܐ ܘܒܩܝܬܢ ܐܝܟ ܕܒܩܝܢ ܠܣܐܡܐ
ls'm' dbqyn 'yk wbqythn 'lh' dbkhrthn mTl
For you, God, have tested us. You have refined us, as silver is refined.

ܐܥܠܬܢ ܒܡܨܝܕܬܐ ܘܥܒܕܬ ܐܘܠܨܢܐ ܒܚ̈ܨܝܢ
bkhtsyn 'wltsn' webdth bmtsydth' 'elthn
You brought us into prison. You laid a burden on our backs.

ܐܪܟܒܬ ܒܪܢܫܐ ܥܠ ܪܝܫܢ ܐܥܠܬܢ ܒܢܘܪܐ ܘܒܡ̈ܝܐ ܘܐܦܩܬܢ ܠܐܪܘܚܬܐ
l'rwkhth' w'pqthn wbmy' bnwr' 'elthn ryshn el brnsh' 'rkbth
You allowed men to ride over our heads. We went through fire and through water, but you brought us to the place of abundance.

ܐܬܐ ܠܒܝܬܟ ܒܐܝܩܪܐ ܘܐܦܪܥܟ ܢܕܪ̈ܝ
ndry w'prek b'yqr' lbythk 'th'
I will come into your temple with burnt offerings. I will pay my vows to you,

ܡܕܡ ܕܦܬܚ ܣ̈ܦܘܬܝ ܒܡܡܠܠܗ ܕܦܘܡܝ ܒܐܘܠܨܢܐ
b'wltsn' dpwmy bmmllh spwthy dpthkh mdm
which my lips promised, and my mouth spoke, when I was in distress.

ܝܩ̈ܕܐ ܫܡ̈ܝܢܐ ܐܣܩ ܠܟ ܥܡ ܣܘܬܐ ܕܕܟܪ̈ܐ ܘܐܥܒܕ ܬܘܪ̈ܐ ܘܓܕܝ̈ܐ
wgdy' thwr' w'ebd ddkr' swth' em lk 'sq shmyn' yqd'
I will offer to you burnt offerings of fat animals, with the offering of rams, I will offer bulls with goats. Selah.

ܬܘ ܫܡܥܘ ܘܐܫܬܥܐ ܠܟܘܢ ܟܠܟܘܢ ܥܒ̈ܕܘܗܝ ܕܐܠܗܐ ܡܕܡ ܕܥܒܕ ܠܢܦܫܝ
lnpshy debd mdm d'lh' ebdwhy klkwn lkwn w'shthe' shmew thw
Come and hear, all you who fear God. I will declare what he has done for my soul.

ܒܦܘܡܝ ܩܪܝܬܗ ܘܥܢܢܝ ܘܪܡܪܡܬܗ ܒܠܫܢܝ

I cried to him with my mouth. He was extolled with my tongue.

ܥܘܠܐ ܐܢ ܚܙܝܬ ܒܠܒܝ ܠܐ ܬܦܪܩܢܝ ܡܪܝܐ
mry' thprqny l' blby khzyth 'n ewl'
If I cherished sin in my heart, the Lord wouldn’t have listened.
19
ܗܝܕܝܢ ܫܡܥ ܐܠܗܐ ܩܠܐ ܕܒܥܘܬܝ
dbewthy ql' 'lh' shme hydyn
But most certainly, God has listened. He has heard the voice of my prayer.

ܒܪܝܟ ܗܘ ܡܪܝܐ ܕܠܐ ܐܥܒܪ ܨܠܘܬܝ ܘܛܝܒܘܬܗ ܡܢܝ
mny wTybwthh tslwthy 'ebr dl' mry' hw bryk
Blessed be God, who has not turned away my prayer, nor his loving kindness from me.
