לשבחא על חנגין תושבחתא לדוד:
ldwd thwshbkhtha khngyn el lshbkha
Give ear to my words, Yahweh. Consider my meditation.
2
מימרי אצית יי אתבין רגוגי:
rgwgy athbyn yy atsyth mymry
Listen to the voice of my cry, my King and my God, for I pray to you.

צית לקל בעותי מלכי ואלהי ארום קדמך אצלי:
atsly qdmk arwm walhy mlky bewthy lql tsyth
Yahweh, in the morning you will hear my voice. In the morning I will lay my requests before you, and will watch expectantly.

יי בצפרא שמע קלי בצפרא אסדר קדמך ואסתכי:
wasthky qdmk asdr btspra qly shme btspra yy
For you are not a God who has pleasure in wickedness. Evil can’t live with you.

מטול דלא אלהא רעי רשעא אנת לא אתותב עמך בישא:
bysha emk athwthb la anth rshea rey alha dla mTwl
The arrogant will not stand in your sight. You hate all workers of iniquity.

לא יתעתדון מתלעבין קבל עינך סניתא כל עובדי שקר:
shqr ewbdy kl snytha eynk qbl mthlebyn ythethdwn la
You will destroy those who speak lies. Yahweh abhors the bloodthirsty and deceitful man.

תאבד ממללי כדבותא אנש שדי דם זכי ונכלא ירחק יי:
yy yrkhq wnkla zky dm shdy ansh kdbwtha mmlly thabd
But as for me, in the abundance of your loving kindness I will come into your house. I will bow toward your holy temple in reverence of you.

ואנא בסגיאי טובך אעול לביתך אסגוד להיכלא דקודשך בדחלתך:
bdkhlthk dqwdshk lhykla asgwd lbythk aewl Twbk bsgyay wana
Lead me, Yahweh, in your righteousness because of my enemies. Make your way straight before my face.

יי דבר יתי בצדקתך מן בגלל תושבחי תקין קדמי אורחתך:
awrkhthk qdmy thqyn thwshbkhy bgll mn btsdqthk ythy dbr yy
For there is no faithfulness in their mouth. Their heart is destruction. Their throat is an open tomb. They flatter with their tongue.

מטול דלית בפומהון דרשיעי כיונתא גופיהון מלין אתרגושתא היך שיול פתיח גרונהון לישנהון משעעין:
msheeyn lyshnhwn grwnhwn pthykh shywl hyk athrgwshtha mlyn gwpyhwn kywntha drshyey bpwmhwn dlyth mTwl
Hold them guilty, God. Let them fall by their own counsels. Thrust them out in the multitude of their transgressions, for they have rebelled against you.

חיב להון אלהא יתבטלון ממלכתהון בסגעא מרדהון אתקל להון ארום מרדו במימרך:
bmymrk mrdw arwm lhwn athql mrdhwn bsgea mmlkthhwn ythbTlwn alha lhwn khyb
But let all those who take refuge in you rejoice. Let them always shout for joy, because you defend them. Let them also who love your name be joyful in you.

ויחדון כל מסברון במימרך לעלם ישבחון ותטל עלויון ויבדחון בך רחמי שמך:
shmk rkhmy bk wybdkhwn elwywn wthTl yshbkhwn lelm bmymrk msbrwn kl wykhdwn
For you will bless the righteous. Yahweh, you will surround him with favor as with a shield.
