לשבחא על עקתא בזמן די אמר דוד לא תחבל על יד דוד מכיך ושלים כד שדר שאול ונטרו ית ביתא למקטליה:
lmqTlyh bytha yth wnTrw shawl shdr kd wshlym mkyk dwd yd el thkhbl la dwd amr dy bzmn eqtha el lshbkha
Deliver me from my enemies, my God. Set me on high from those who rise up against me.

פצי יתי מבעלי דבבי אלהי מן קימין עלי תשזבנני:
thshzbnny ely qymyn mn alhy dbby mbely ythy ptsy
Deliver me from the workers of iniquity. Save me from the bloodthirsty men.

פצי יתי מעבדי שקר מן גוברין קטולין פרוק יתי:
ythy prwq qTwlyn gwbryn mn shqr mebdy ythy ptsy
For, behold, they lie in wait for my soul. The mighty gather themselves together against me, not for my disobedience, nor for my sin, Yahweh.

ארום הא כמנו לנפשי מתכנשין עלי עשינין לא על סורחני ולא על חובי יי:
yy khwby el wla swrkhny el la eshynyn ely mthknshyn lnpshy kmnw ha arwm
I have done no wrong, yet they are ready to attack me. Rise up, behold, and help me!

על לא עוין רהטין ומסדרין קרבא אתגבר לקדמותא וחמי:
wkhmy lqdmwtha athgbr qrba wmsdryn rhTyn ewyn la el
You, Yahweh God of Armies, the God of Israel, rouse yourself to punish the nations. Show no mercy to the wicked traitors. Selah.

ואנת יי אלהים צבאות אלהא דישראל אתער למסער על כל עממיא לא תחוס כל שליטי שקר לעלמין:
lelmyn shqr shlyTy kl thkhws la emmya kl el lmser ather dyshral alha tsbawth alhym yy wanth
They return at evening, howling like dogs, and prowl around the city.

יתובון לרמשא מתרגשין היך ככלב ויחזרון קרתא:
qrtha wykhzrwn kklb hyk mthrgshyn lrmsha ythwbwn
Behold, they spew with their mouth. Swords are in their lips, “For”, they say, “who hears us?”

הא יביעון בפומהון מליא דשנינן היך סיפא בספותהון אמרין נתגבר ארום מן הוא די שמע ויתפרע:
wythpre shme dy hwa mn arwm nthgbr amryn bspwthhwn sypa hyk dshnynn mlya bpwmhwn ybyewn ha
But you, Yahweh, laugh at them. You scoff at all the nations.

ואנת יי תגחך להון תתלעב לכל עממיא:
emmya lkl ththleb lhwn thgkhk yy wanth
Oh, my Strength, I watch for you, for God is my high tower.

עושנוי לך אנטור ארום אלהא שזבותי:
shzbwthy alha arwm anTwr lk ewshnwy
My God will go before me with his loving kindness. God will let me look at my enemies in triumph.

אלהא טובי יקדמנני אלהנא יחמנני נקמתא במעיקי:
bmeyqy nqmtha ykhmnny alhna yqdmnny Twby alha
Don’t kill them, or my people may forget. Scatter them by your power, and bring them down, Lord our shield.

לא תקטלינון מן יד דלמא יתנשון עמי טלטל יתהון מן בתיהון בתוקפך ותמסכן יתהון מן ממוניהון תריסנא יי:
yy thrysna mmwnyhwn mn ythhwn wthmskn bthwqpk bthyhwn mn ythhwn TlTl emy ythnshwn dlma yd mn thqTlynwn la
For the sin of their mouth, and the words of their lips, let them be caught in their pride, for the curses and lies which they utter.

מטול חובת פומהון וממלל ספותהון יתאחדן בגיותנותהון ארום מן מומתא ומן שקרא ישתעין:
yshtheyn shqra wmn mwmtha mn arwm bgywthnwthhwn ythakhdn spwthhwn wmmll pwmhwn khwbth mTwl
Consume them in wrath. Consume them, and they will be no more. Let them know that God rules in Jacob, to the ends of the earth. Selah.

שצי יתהון בכלו שצי יתהון עד די ליתנון וינדעון ארום אלהא שליט ביעקב לסיפי ארעא לעלמא:
lelma area lsypy byeqb shlyT alha arwm wyndewn lythnwn dy ed ythhwn shtsy bklw ythhwn shtsy
At evening let them return. Let them howl like a dog, and go around the city.

ויתובון לרמשא יתרגשון היך ככלב ויחזרון קרתא:
qrtha wykhzrwn kklb hyk ythrgshwn lrmsha wythwbwn
They shall wander up and down for food, and wait all night if they aren’t satisfied.
16
הנון יטלטלון למבז בזתא למיכל ולא יניחון עד די יסבעון ויביתון:
wybythwn ysbewn dy ed ynykhwn wla lmykl bztha lmbz yTlTlwn hnwn
But I will sing of your strength. Yes, I will sing aloud of your loving kindness in the morning. For you have been my high tower, a refuge in the day of my distress.

ואנא אשבח עושנך ואבוע לעדן צפרא טובך ארום הויתא משזיב לי ורוחצני ביומא דעיק לי:
ly deyq bywma wrwkhtsny ly mshzyb hwytha arwm Twbk tspra ledn wabwe ewshnk ashbkh wana
To you, my strength, I will sing praises. For God is my high tower, the God of my mercy.
