1
לשבחא על פורענות דרשיעיא די מפסין שמא דקיריס שכלא טבא על יד דוד:
dwd yd el Tba shkla dqyrys shma mpsyn dy drshyeya pwrenwth el lshbkha
The fool has said in his heart, “There is no God.” They are corrupt, and have done abominable iniquity. There is no one who does good.

אמר נבל בלביה לית אלהא פרע מיניה מטול היכנא חבילו רשיעיא אורחתהון רחיקו מן טבא דאשתכח בהון עלא לית דעביד טב:
Tb debyd lyth ela bhwn dashthkkh Tba mn rkhyqw awrkhthhwn rshyeya khbylw hykna mTwl mynyh pre alha lyth blbyh nbl amr
God looks down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there are any who understood, who seek after God.

ברם אלהא משמיא אודיק על בני אנשא למחמי האית די ישכיל באוריתא תבע אולפן מן קדם יי:
yy qdm mn awlpn thbe bawrytha yshkyl dy hayth lmkhmy ansha bny el awdyq mshmya alha brm
Every one of them has gone back. They have become filthy together. There is no one who does good, no, not one.

כולהון זרו כחדא אטנפו לית דעביד טב לית אפילו חד:
khd apylw lyth Tb debyd lyth aTnpw kkhda zrw kwlhwn
Have the workers of iniquity no knowledge, who eat up my people as they eat bread, and don’t call on God?

הלא ידעון כל עבדי שקרא דמן קדמוי מתיהיב מזונא ומה דין אכלי עמי סעדין לחמא שמא דיי לא ברכו:
brkw la dyy shma lkhma sedyn emy akly dyn wmh mzwna mthyhyb qdmwy dmn shqra ebdy kl ydewn hla
There they were in great fear, where no fear was, for God has scattered the bones of him who encamps against you. You have put them to shame, because God has rejected them.

תמן דלחו דלוחא מן פסיליהון דלית בהון צרוך למדלח ארום אלהא מבדר תקוף משרית חיביא בהתתא ארום מימרא דיי לא רחקינון:
rkhqynwn la dyy mymra arwm bhththa khybya mshryth thqwp mbdr alha arwm lmdlkh tsrwk bhwn dlyth psylyhwn mn dlwkha dlkhw thmn
Oh that the salvation of Israel would come out of Zion! When God brings back his people from captivity, then Jacob shall rejoice, and Israel shall be glad.
