ܠܡܢܐ ܡܫܬܒܗܪ ܐܢܬ ܒܒܝܫܬܐ ܓܢܒܪܐ ܘܥܠ ܡܚܣܝܐ ܟܠܝܘܡ
klywm mkhsy' wel gnbr' bbyshth' 'nth mshthbhr lmn'
You love evil more than good, lying rather than speaking the truth. Selah.

ܥܘܠܐ ܡܬܚܫܒ ܠܫܢܟ ܘܐܝܟ ܡܕܟܝܐ ܕܠܛܝܫ ܥܒܕܬ ܢܟܠܐ
nkl' ebdth dlTysh mdky' w'yk lshnk mthkhshb ewl'
You love all devouring words, you deceitful tongue.

ܪܚܡܬ ܒܝ̈ܫܬܐ ܡܢ ܛܒ̈ܬܐ ܘܕܓܠܘܬܐ ܡܢ ܡܡܠܠܐ ܕܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ
dzdyqwth' mmll' mn wdglwth' Tbth' mn byshth' rkhmth
God will likewise destroy you forever. He will take you up, and pluck you out of your tent, and root you out of the land of the living. Selah.

ܪܚܡܬ ܠܟܠ ܕܡܡܠܠܝܢ ܥܘܠܐ ܘܠܠܫ̈ܢܐ ܢܟܘ̈ܠܬܢܐ
nkwlthn' wllshn' ewl' dmmllyn lkl rkhmth
The righteous also will see it, and fear, and laugh at him, saying,

ܡܛܘܠ ܗܢܐ ܐܠܗܐ ܢܥܩܪܝܘܗܝ ܘܢܣܚܦܝܘܗܝ ܠܥܠܡ ܡܢ ܡܫܟܢܗ ܘܥܩܪܗ ܡܢ ܐܪܥܐ ܕܚ̈ܝܐ
dkhy' 're' mn weqrh mshknh mn lelm wnskhpywhy neqrywhy 'lh' hn' mTwl
“Behold, this is the man who didn’t make God his strength, but trusted in the abundance of his riches, and strengthened himself in his wickedness.”

ܕܢܚܙܘܢ ܙܕܝܩ̈ܐ ܘܢܚܕܘܢ ܘܢܣܒܪܘܢ ܒܡܪܝܐ
bmry' wnsbrwn wnkhdwn zdyq' dnkhzwn
But as for me, I am like a green olive tree in God’s house. I trust in God’s loving kindness forever and ever.

ܘܢܐܡܪܘܢ ܕܗܢܘ ܓܒܪܐ ܕܠܐ ܥܒܕ ܠܐܠܗܐ ܬܘܟܠܢܗ ܐܠܐ ܐܬܬܟܠ ܥܠ ܣܘܓܐܐ ܕܥܘܬܪܗ ܘܐܬܬܪܝܡ ܒܩܢܝܢܗ
bqnynh w'ththrym dewthrh swg'' el 'ththkl 'l' thwklnh l'lh' ebd dl' gbr' dhnw wn'mrwn
I will give you thanks forever, because you have done it. I will hope in your name, for it is good, in the presence of your saints.
