ܪܒ ܗܘ ܡܪܢ ܘܡܫܒܚ ܪܘܪܒܐܝܬ ܒܩܪܝܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܢ ܘܒܛܘܪܗ ܩܕܝܫܐ
qdysh' wbTwrh d'lhn bqrythh rwrb'yth wmshbkh mrn hw rb
Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion, on the north sides, the city of the great King.

ܘܡܫܒܚܐ ܚܕܘܬܐ ܒܟܠܗ̇ ܐܪܥܐ ܛܘܪܐ ܕܨܗܝܘܢ ܕܒܫ̈ܦܘܠܝ ܓܪܒܝܐ ܩܪܝܬܗ ܗܝ ܕܡܠܟܐ ܪܒܐ
rb' dmlk' hy qrythh grby' dbshpwly dtshywn Twr' 're' bklh khdwth' wmshbkh'
God has shown himself in her citadels as a refuge.

ܐܠܗܐ ܒܣܚܪ̈ܬܗ̇ ܡܘܕܥ ܥܘܫܢܗ
ewshnh mwde bskhrthh 'lh'
For, behold, the kings assembled themselves, they passed by together.

ܡܛܠ ܕܗܐ ܡ̈ܠܟܐ ܐܬܛܝܒܘ ܘܥܒܪܘ ܐܝܟ ܚܕܐ
khd' 'yk webrw 'thTybw mlk' dh' mTl
They saw it, then they were amazed. They were dismayed. They hurried away.

ܗܢܘܢ ܚܙܘ ܘܬܡܗܘ ܘܙܥܘ
wzew wthmhw khzw hnwn
Trembling took hold of them there, pain, as of a woman in travail.

ܘܐܪܬܝܬܐ ܐܚܕ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܚܒ̈ܠܐ ܐܝܟ ܕܝܠܕܬܐ
dyldth' 'yk wkhbl' 'nwn 'khd w'rthyth'
With the east wind, you break the ships of Tarshish.

ܒܪܘܚܐ ܥܫܝܢܬܐ ܢܬܬܒܪ̈ܢ ܐ̈ܠܦܐ ܕܬܪܫܝܫ
dthrshysh 'lp' nththbrn eshynth' brwkh'
As we have heard, so we have seen, in the city of Yahweh of Armies, in the city of our God. God will establish it forever. Selah.

ܐܝܟ ܕܫܡܥܢ ܗܟܢ ܚܙܝܢ ܒܩܪܝܬܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܚܝܠܬܢܐ ܒܩܪܝܬܗ ܕܐܠܗܢ ܐܠܗܐ ܢܬܩܢܝܗ̇ ܥܕܡܐ ܠܥܠܡ
lelm edm' nthqnyh 'lh' d'lhn bqrythh khylthn' dmry' bqrythh khzyn hkn dshmen 'yk
We have thought about your loving kindness, God, in the middle of your temple.

ܣܒܪܢ ܐܠܗܐ ܠܛܝܒܘܬܟ ܒܓܘܗ ܕܗܝܟܠܟ
dhyklk bgwh lTybwthk 'lh' sbrn
As is your name, God, so is your praise to the ends of the earth. Your right hand is full of righteousness.

ܐܝܟ ܫܡܟ ܐܠܗܐ ܗܟܢܐ ܬܫܒܚ̈ܬܟ ܥܕܡܐ ܠܣܘ̈ܦܝܗ̇ ܕܐܪܥܐ ܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ ܡܠܝܐ ܝܡܝܢܟ
ymynk mly' zdyqwth' d're' lswpyh edm' thshbkhthk hkn' 'lh' shmk 'yk
Let Mount Zion be glad! Let the daughters of Judah rejoice because of your judgments.

ܢܚܕܐ ܛܘܪܐ ܕܨܗܝܘܢ ܘܢܕܘ̈ܨܢ ܒܢ̈ܬ ܝܗܘܕܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܝܢܝ̈ܟ ܡܪܝܐ
mry' dynyk mTl yhwd' bnth wndwtsn dtshywn Twr' nkhd'
Walk about Zion, and go around her. Number its towers.

ܐܬܟܪܟܘܗ̇ ܠܨܗܝܘܢ ܘܚܘܕܪܘܗ̇ ܘܡܢܘ ܡ̈ܓܕܠܝܗ̇
mgdlyh wmnw wkhwdrwh ltshywn 'thkrkwh
Notice her bulwarks. Consider her palaces, that you may tell it to the next generation.

ܣܝܡܘ ܠܒܟܘܢ ܥܠ ܚܝܠܗ̇ ܘܥܩܘܪܘ ܣܚܪ̈ܬܗ̇ ܕܬܫܬܥܘܢ ܠܕܪܐ ܐܚܪܝܐ
'khry' ldr' dthshthewn skhrthh weqwrw khylh el lbkwn symw
For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide even to death.
