שירתא ותושבחתא על ידיהון דבני קרח:
qrkh dbny ydyhwn el wthwshbkhtha shyrtha
Great is Yahweh, and greatly to be praised, in the city of our God, in his holy mountain.

רב יי ומשבח לחדא בירושלם קרתא דאלהנא ובטור בית מקדשיה:
mqdshyh byth wbTwr dalhna qrtha byrwshlm lkhda wmshbkh yy rb
Beautiful in elevation, the joy of the whole earth, is Mount Zion, on the north sides, the city of the great King.

שפיר היך חתנא חדות כל יתבי ארעא טורא דציון שידא דצפונא קריתא דמלכא רבא:
rba dmlka qrytha dtspwna shyda dtsywn Twra area ythby kl khdwth khthna hyk shpyr
God has shown himself in her citadels as a refuge.

יי בבורניתהא אתידע לתקוף:
lthqwp athyde bbwrnythha yy
For, behold, the kings assembled themselves, they passed by together.

ארום הא מלכיא אתחברו עברו כחדא:
kkhda ebrw athkhbrw mlkya ha arwm
They saw it, then they were amazed. They were dismayed. They hurried away.

הינון חמון היכנא תמהו על ניסיא ופרושתא אתבהילו אוף ערקו:
erqw awp athbhylw wprwshtha nysya el thmhw hykna khmwn hynwn
Trembling took hold of them there, pain, as of a woman in travail.

זעיא אחדתינון תמן רתיתא היך אתא ילדה:
yldh atha hyk rthytha thmn akhdthynwn zeya
With the east wind, you break the ships of Tarshish.

בקידום תקיף כאשא דמן קדם יי תתבר אלפיא דטרסיס:
dTrsys alpya ththbr yy qdm dmn kasha thqyp bqydwm
As we have heard, so we have seen, in the city of Yahweh of Armies, in the city of our God. God will establish it forever. Selah.

יימרון בני ישראל היך מה די שמענא היכנא חמינא בקרתא דיי צבאות בקרתא דאלהנא יי ישכללינה עד עלמי עלמין:
elmyn elmy ed yshkllynh yy dalhna bqrtha tsbawth dyy bqrtha khmyna hykna shmena dy mh hyk yshral bny yymrwn
We have thought about your loving kindness, God, in the middle of your temple.

אשוינו יי טובך במציעות היכלך:
hyklk bmtsyewth Twbk yy ashwynw
As is your name, God, so is your praise to the ends of the earth. Your right hand is full of righteousness.

היך כשמך יי היכדין תושבחתך על סיפי ארעא צדקתא מליא ימינך:
ymynk mlya tsdqtha area sypy el thwshbkhthk hykdyn yy kshmk hyk
Let Mount Zion be glad! Let the daughters of Judah rejoice because of your judgments.

יחדי טור ציון יבוען בתושבחן כנישתא דבית יהודה מטול דינך:
dynk mTwl yhwdh dbyth knyshtha bthwshbkhn ybwen tsywn Twr ykhdy
Walk about Zion, and go around her. Number its towers.

אקיפו ציון יבועון וחזרו עלה מנו מגדלהא:
mgdlha mnw elh wkhzrw ybwewn tsywn aqypw
Notice her bulwarks. Consider her palaces, that you may tell it to the next generation.

שוו ליבכון לאוכלוסהא דמן לעיל ברניתהא מטול דתשתעון לדר אוחרן:
awkhrn ldr dthshthewn mTwl brnythha leyl dmn lawklwsha lybkwn shww
For this God is our God forever and ever. He will be our guide even to death.
