לשבחא על ידיהון דבני קרח ברוח נבואה בזמן דאתכסי אבוהון מנהון והנון אשתזבו ואמרו שירתא:
shyrtha wamrw ashthzbw whnwn mnhwn abwhwn dathksy bzmn nbwah brwkh qrkh dbny ydyhwn el lshbkha
God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.

אלהא לנא רוחצנא ועושנא סיעתא בעקתא נשתכח לחדא:
lkhda nshthkkh beqtha syetha wewshna rwkhtsna lna alha
Therefore we won’t be afraid, though the earth changes, though the mountains are shaken into the heart of the seas;

מטול היכנא לא נדחל בעדן דאשתלחיפו אבהן מן ארעא כד מתמוטטין טוריא בפלגוס דימא רבא:
rba dyma bplgws Twrya mthmwTTyn kd area mn abhn dashthlkhypw bedn ndkhl la hykna mTwl
though its waters roar and are troubled, though the mountains tremble with their swelling. Selah.

מתרגשין מטשטשין מוהי מן עפרהון מתרגפין טוריא בגיותנותך לעלמין:
lelmyn bgywthnwthk Twrya mthrgpyn eprhwn mn mwhy mTshTshyn mthrgshyn
There is a river, the streams of which make the city of God glad, the holy place of the tents of the Most High.

עמין היך נהרין ומבועיהון אתין ומחדין קרתא דיי ומצלין בבית מקדשיה דיי משכניה דעלאה:
delah mshknyh dyy mqdshyh bbyth wmtslyn dyy qrtha wmkhdyn athyn wmbweyhwn nhryn hyk emyn
God is within her. She shall not be moved. God will help her at dawn.

שכנתא דיי בגוה לא תזוע יסיענה יי בזכותיה דאברהם דצלי עלה לעדני צפרא:
tspra ledny elh dtsly dabrhm bzkwthyh yy ysyenh thzwe la bgwh dyy shkntha
The nations raged. The kingdoms were moved. He lifted his voice and the earth melted.

במתן אוריתא לעמיה אתרגשו עמיא אזדעזעו מלכותא כד ארים קליה וכד יהב אוריתא לעמיה אתמוגגו יתבי ארעא:
area ythby athmwggw lemyh awrytha yhb wkd qlyh arym kd mlkwtha azdezew emya athrgshw lemyh awrytha bmthn
Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.

מימרא דיי צבאות בסעדנא תקוף לנא אלהא דיעקב לעלמין:
lelmyn dyeqb alha lna thqwp bsedna tsbawth dyy mymra
Come, see Yahweh’s works, what desolations he has made in the earth.

אזילון חמון עובדיא דיי דשוי צדין ברשעי ארעא:
area brshey tsdyn dshwy dyy ewbdya khmwn azylwn
He makes wars cease to the end of the earth. He breaks the bow, and shatters the spear. He burns the chariots in the fire.

יבטל קרבא עד סיפי ארעא קשתא יתבר ויתרע מורניתא תריסיא עגילין יוקיד בנורא:
bnwra ywqyd egylyn thrysya mwrnytha wythre ythbr qshtha area sypy ed qrba ybTl
“Be still, and know that I am God. I will be exalted among the nations. I will be exalted in the earth.”

פסקו מן קרבא וידעון ארום אנא יי רמא בעמיא רמא על יתבי ארעא:
area ythby el rma bemya rma yy ana arwm wydewn qrba mn psqw
Yahweh of Armies is with us. The God of Jacob is our refuge. Selah.
