ܫܒܚܘ ܙܕܝܩ̈ܐ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܘܠܬܪ̈ܝܨܐ ܝܐܝܐ ܬܫܒܘܚܬܐ
thshbwkhth' y'y' wlthryts' lmry' zdyq' shbkhw
Rejoice in Yahweh, you righteous! Praise is fitting for the upright.

ܐܘܕܘ ܠܗ ܒܟܢܪܐ ܘܒܩܝܬܪܐ ܕܥܣܪ̈ ܡ̈ܢܝܢ ܙܡܪܘ ܠܗ
lh zmrw mnyn desr wbqythr' bknr' lh 'wdw
Give thanks to Yahweh with the lyre. Sing praises to him with the harp of ten strings.

ܫܒܚܘ ܠܗ ܬܫܒܘܚܬܐ ܚܕܬܐ ܘܐܡܪܘ ܕܫܦܝܪ ܒܩܠܐ
bql' dshpyr w'mrw khdth' thshbwkhth' lh shbkhw
Sing to him a new song. Play skillfully with a shout of joy!

ܡܛܠ ܕܬܪܝܨ ܗܘ ܦܬܓܡܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܘܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܒ̈ܕܘܗܝ ܒܗܝܡܢܘܬܐ
bhymnwth' ebdwhy wklhwn dmry' pthgmh hw dthryts mTl
For Yahweh’s word is right. All his work is done in faithfulness.

ܪܚܡ ܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ ܘܕܝܢܐ ܛܝܒܘܬܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܡܠܝܐ ܐܪܥܐ
're' mly' dmry' Tybwthh wdyn' zdyqwth' rkhm
He loves righteousness and justice. The earth is full of the loving kindness of Yahweh.

ܒܡܠܬܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܐܬܥܒܕܘ ܫܡܝܐ ܘܒܪܘܚܐ ܕܦܘܡܗ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܚܝ̈ܠܘܬܗ
khylwthh klhwn dpwmh wbrwkh' shmy' 'thebdw dmry' bmlthh
By Yahweh’s word, the heavens were made: all their army by the breath of his mouth.

ܟܢܫ ܐܝܟ ܕܒܙܩ̈ܐ ܡ̈ܝܐ ܕܝܡܐ ܘܣܡ ܒܐܘܨܪ̈ܐ ܬܗܘܡܐ
thhwm' b'wtsr' wsm dym' my' dbzq' 'yk knsh
He gathers the waters of the sea together as a heap. He lays up the deeps in storehouses.

ܢܕܚܠܘܢ ܡܢ ܡܪܝܐ ܟܠܗ̇ ܐܪܥܐ. ܘܢܙܘܥܘܢ ܡܢ ܩܕܡܘܗܝ ܟܘܠܗܘܢ ܥܡܘܪ̈ܝܗ̇ ܕܬܒܝܠ
dthbyl emwryh kwlhwn qdmwhy mn wnzwewn 're' klh mry' mn ndkhlwn
Let all the earth fear Yahweh. Let all the inhabitants of the world stand in awe of him.

ܡܛܠ ܕܗܘ ܐܡܪ ܘܗܘܘ ܘܗܘܝܘ ܦܩܕ ܘܐܩܝܡ
w'qym pqd whwyw whww 'mr dhw mTl
For he spoke, and it was done. He commanded, and it stood firm.

ܡܪܝܐ ܡܒܛܠ ܡܠܟܐ ܕܥܡ̈ܡܐ ܘܡܒܛܠ ܡܪܝܐ ܡܚܫ̈ܒܬܗܘܢ ܕܥܡ̈ܡܐ
demm' mkhshbthhwn mry' wmbTl demm' mlk' mbTl mry'
Yahweh brings the counsel of the nations to nothing. He makes the thoughts of the peoples to be of no effect.

ܬܪܥܝܬܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܠܥܠܡ ܩܝܡܐ ܘܡܚܫܒܬܐ ܕܠܒܗ ܠܕܪܕܪܝܢ
ldrdryn dlbh wmkhshbth' qym' lelm dmry' threythh
The counsel of Yahweh stands fast forever, the thoughts of his heart to all generations.

ܛܘܒܘܗܝ ܠܥܡܐ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܗܘ ܐܠܗܗ ܥܡܐ ܕܓܒܐ ܠܗ ܠܝܪܬܘܬܐ
lyrthwth' lh dgb' em' 'lhh hw dmry' lem' Twbwhy
Blessed is the nation whose God is Yahweh, the people whom he has chosen for his own inheritance.

ܡܢ ܫܡܝܐ ܐܕܝܩ ܡܪܝܐ ܘܚܙܐ ܠܟܠܗܘܢ ܒܢܝܢܫ̈ܐ
bnynsh' lklhwn wkhz' mry' 'dyq shmy' mn
Yahweh looks from heaven. He sees all the sons of men.

ܘܡܢ ܡܘܬܒܗ ܚܙܐ ܠܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܡܘܪ̈ܝܗ̇ ܕܐܪܥܐ
d're' emwryh lklhwn khz' mwthbh wmn
From the place of his habitation he looks out on all the inhabitants of the earth,

ܕܓܒܠ ܐܟܚܕܐ ܠܒܗܘܢ ܘܡܬܒܝܢ ܒܟܠܗܘܢ ܥܒ̈ܕܝܗܘܢ
ebdyhwn bklhwn wmthbyn lbhwn 'kkhd' dgbl
he who fashions all of their hearts; and he considers all of their works.

ܡܠܟܐ ܠܐ ܡܬܦܪܩ ܒܣܘܓܐܐ ܕܚܝܠܐ ܐܦ ܠܐ ܓܢܒܪܐ ܡܬܦܨܐ ܒܣܘܓܐܐ ܕܚܝܠܗ
dkhylh bswg'' mthpts' gnbr' l' 'p dkhyl' bswg'' mthprq l' mlk'
There is no king saved by the multitude of an army. A mighty man is not delivered by great strength.

ܕܓܠ ܗܘ ܦܘܪܩܢܗ ܕܣܘܣܝܐ ܕܒܣܘܓܐܐ ܕܚܝܠܗ ܠܐ ܡܦܨܐ ܠܪܟܒܗ
lrkbh mpts' l' dkhylh dbswg'' dswsy' pwrqnh hw dgl
A horse is a vain thing for safety, neither does he deliver any by his great power.

ܥܝܢ̈ܘܗܝ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܥܠ ܙܕܝܩ̈ܐ ܕܡܣܟܝܢ ܠܛܝܒܘܬܗ
lTybwthh dmskyn zdyq' el dmry' eynwhy
Behold, Yahweh’s eye is on those who fear him, on those who hope in his loving kindness,

ܕܢܦܨܐ ܢܦܫ̈ܬܗܘܢ ܡܢ ܡܘܬܐ ܘܢܚܐ ܐܢܘܢ ܒܟܦܢܐ
bkpn' 'nwn wnkh' mwth' mn npshthhwn dnpts'
to deliver their soul from death, to keep them alive in famine.

ܢܦܫܢ ܣܟܝܬ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܗܘܝܘ ܡܥܕܪܢܢ ܘܡܣܝܥܢܢ
wmsyenn medrnn dhwyw mTl lmry' skyth npshn
Our soul has waited for Yahweh. He is our help and our shield.

ܘܒܗ ܗܘ ܢܚܕܐ ܠܒܢ ܕܒܫܡܗ ܩܕܝܫܐ ܣܒܪܢ
sbrn qdysh' dbshmh lbn nkhd' hw wbh
For our heart rejoices in him, because we have trusted in his holy name.
