לדוד שכלא טבא אמר דוד טובוי דמן דשבקין ליה מרודוי חפין על חטאוי:
khTawy el khpyn mrwdwy lyh dshbqyn dmn Twbwy dwd amr Tba shkla ldwd
Blessed is he whose disobedience is forgiven, whose sin is covered.

טובוי דבר נשא דלא חשיב יי ליה עוין ודלא ברוחיה נכלא:
nkla brwkhyh wdla ewyn lyh yy khshyb dla nsha dbr Twbwy
Blessed is the man to whom Yahweh doesn’t impute iniquity, in whose spirit there is no deceit.

מטול דשתקית מן פתגמי אוריתא בלין גרמי כנהמותי כולא יומא:
ywma kwla knhmwthy grmy blyn awrytha pthgmy mn dshthqyth mTwl
When I kept silence, my bones wasted away through my groaning all day long.

ארום יימם ולילי תקיפת עלי מחתך אתהפך רוטבי היך שרבא דקיטא לעלמא:
lelma dqyTa shrba hyk rwTby athhpk mkhthk ely thqypth wlyly yymm arwm
For day and night your hand was heavy on me. My strength was sapped in the heat of summer. Selah.

חובתי אודענך ועויתי לא חפית אמרית אודי על מרודי קדם יי ואת שבקתא עוית חובי לעלמין:
lelmyn khwby ewyth shbqtha wath yy qdm mrwdy el awdy amryth khpyth la wewythy awdenk khwbthy
I acknowledged my sin to you. I didn’t hide my iniquity. I said, I will confess my transgressions to Yahweh, and you forgave the iniquity of my sin. Selah.

מטול דא יצלי כל חסידא קדמך לעידן רעותיה לחוד דייתון עממין סגיאין היך מיא לותיה לא ימטון למבאשא:
lmbasha ymTwn la lwthyh mya hyk sgyayn emmyn dyythwn lkhwd rewthyh leydn qdmk khsyda kl ytsly da mTwl
For this, let everyone who is godly pray to you in a time when you may be found. Surely when the great waters overflow, they shall not reach to him.

את הוא יי טמור לי ממעיקא תנטרנני ביעת שזבותא תחזרנני לעלמא:
lelma thkhzrnny shzbwtha byeth thnTrnny mmeyqa ly Tmwr yy hwa ath
You are my hiding place. You will preserve me from trouble. You will surround me with songs of deliverance. Selah.

אשכלינך ואלפינך באורחא דנן תהך אמלכנך ואשוי עלך לטבא עיני:
eyny lTba elk washwy amlknk thhk dnn bawrkha walpynk ashklynk
I will instruct you and teach you in the way which you shall go. I will counsel you with my eye on you.

לא תהוון כסוסיא והיך כודנא דלית להון ביונא בזממא ובפרומביא תקוניה לאתחסמא כחדא לא יתקרב לותך:
lwthk ythqrb la kkhda lathkhsma thqwnyh wbprwmbya bzmma bywna lhwn dlyth kwdna whyk kswsya thhwwn la
Don’t be like the horse, or like the mule, which have no understanding, who are controlled by bit and bridle, or else they will not come near to you.

סגיאין כיבין לרשיעא ודכלי ביי טיבותא יחזרינה:
ykhzrynh Tybwtha byy wdkly lrshyea kybyn sgyayn
Many sorrows come to the wicked, but loving kindness shall surround him who trusts in Yahweh.
