למה מתרגשין עממיא ואומיא מרננין סריקותא:
sryqwtha mrnnyn wawmya emmya mthrgshyn lmh
Why do the nations rage, and the peoples plot a vain thing?

קימין מלכי ארעא ושלטוניא יתחברון כחדא למרדא קדם יי ולמנצי על משיחיה:
mshykhyh el wlmntsy yy qdm lmrda kkhda ythkhbrwn wshlTwnya area mlky qymyn
The kings of the earth take a stand, and the rulers take counsel together, against Yahweh, and against his Anointed, saying,

נתרע ית אסרתיהון ונטלוק מננא שלשלותהון:
shlshlwthhwn mnna wnTlwq asrthyhwn yth nthre
“Let’s break their bonds apart, and cast their cords from us.”

דיתיב בשמיא יגחך מימרא דיי ידהך להון:
lhwn ydhk dyy mymra ygkhk bshmya dythyb
He who sits in the heavens will laugh. The Lord will have them in derision.

הידין ימלל להון בתוקפיה וברוגזיה יבהלאנון:
ybhlanwn wbrwgzyh bthwqpyh lhwn ymll hydyn
Then he will speak to them in his anger, and terrify them in his wrath:

ואנא רביתי מלכי ומניתיה על טור מקדשי:
mqdshy Twr el wmnythyh mlky rbythy wana
“Yet I have set my King on my holy hill of Zion.”

אשתעי קימא דיי אמר חביב כבר לאבא לי אנת זכאה כאלו יומא דין בריתך:
brythk dyn ywma kalw zkah anth ly laba kbr khbyb amr dyy qyma ashthey
I will tell of the decree: Yahweh said to me, “You are my son. Today I have become your father.

בעי מני ואתן נכסי עממיא אחסנתך ואחודתך שלטוני סיפי ארעא:
area sypy shlTwny wakhwdthk akhsnthk emmya nksy wathn mny bey
Ask of me, and I will give the nations for your inheritance, the uttermost parts of the earth for your possession.

תתברנון היך בחוטרא דפרזלא היך מאן דפחר תתרענון:
ththrenwn dpkhr man hyk dprzla bkhwTra hyk ththbrnwn
You shall break them with a rod of iron. You shall dash them in pieces like a potter’s vessel.”

וכדין מלכיא אשכלו קבילו מרדותא נגידי ארעא:
area ngydy mrdwtha qbylw ashklw mlkya wkdyn
Now therefore be wise, you kings. Be instructed, you judges of the earth.

פלחו קדם יי בדחלא וצלו ברתיתא:
brthytha wtslw bdkhla yy qdm plkhw
Serve Yahweh with fear, and rejoice with trembling.

קבילו אולפנא דלמא ירגיז ותהובדון אורחא מטול דייחור כזער רוגזיה טוביה לכל דסברין במימריה:
bmymryh dsbryn lkl Twbyh rwgzyh kzer dyykhwr mTwl awrkha wthhwbdwn yrgyz dlma awlpna qbylw
Give sincere homage to the Son, lest he be angry, and you perish on the way, for his wrath will soon be kindled. Blessed are all those who take refuge in him.
