לשבחא תושבחתא לדוד:
ldwd thwshbkhtha lshbkha
The king rejoices in your strength, Yahweh! How greatly he rejoices in your salvation!
2
יי בעשנך יחדי מלך משיחא ובפורקנך כמא ירנן לחדא:
lkhda yrnn kma wbpwrqnk mshykha mlk ykhdy beshnk yy
You have given him his heart’s desire, and have not withheld the request of his lips. Selah.

רגגת נפשיה יהבת ליה ופרוש ספותיה לא כליתא לעלמין:
lelmyn klytha la spwthyh wprwsh lyh yhbth npshyh rggth
For you meet him with the blessings of goodness. You set a crown of fine gold on his head.

ארום תקדמניה ברכן טבן תשוי על רישיה כליל דהב סנינא:
snyna dhb klyl ryshyh el thshwy Tbn brkn thqdmnyh arwm
He asked life of you and you gave it to him, even length of days forever and ever.

חיי עלמא שאל מנך יהבת ליה נגדא דיומיא לעלמי עלמין:
elmyn lelmy dywmya ngda lyh yhbth mnk shal elma khyy
His glory is great in your salvation. You lay honor and majesty on him.

סגי יקריה בפורקנך תושבחתא ושבהורא תשוי עלוי:
elwy thshwy wshbhwra thwshbkhtha bpwrqnk yqryh sgy
For you make him most blessed forever. You make him glad with joy in your presence.

מטול די תשוניה ברכן לעלמין תחדניה בחדותא די מן קדמך:
qdmk mn dy bkhdwtha thkhdnyh lelmyn brkn thshwnyh dy mTwl
For the king trusts in Yahweh. Through the loving kindness of the Most High, he shall not be moved.

מטול דמלך משיחא סביר ביי ובחסדא דעלאה לא יזוע:
yzwe la delah wbkhsda byy sbyr mshykha dmlk mTwl
Your hand will find out all of your enemies. Your right hand will find out those who hate you.

תדבק מחת איידך לכל בעלי דבבך פורענות ימינך תשכח לכל סנאך:
snak lkl thshkkh ymynk pwrenwth dbbk bely lkl ayydk mkhth thdbq
You will make them as a fiery furnace in the time of your anger. Yahweh will swallow them up in his wrath. The fire shall devour them.

תשוינון היך אתון נורא לעדני רוגזך יי ברגזיה יסלעמנון ותיכלנון בעור גיהנם:
gyhnm bewr wthyklnwn yslemnwn brgzyh yy rwgzk ledny nwra athwn hyk thshwynwn
You will destroy their descendants from the earth, their posterity from among the children of men.

בניהון מארעא תהובד וזרעיתהון מבני נשא:
nsha mbny wzreythhwn thhwbd marea bnyhwn
For they intended evil against you. They plotted evil against you which cannot succeed.

מטול דחשילו עלך בישתא חשיבו מחשבן בישין ולא יכלונך:
yklwnk wla byshyn mkhshbn khshybw byshtha elk dkhshylw mTwl
For you will make them turn their back, when you aim drawn bows at their face.

מטול דשויתנון לעמך כתף חד באטוני משכנך תתקן אורחהון קדמיהון:
qdmyhwn awrkhhwn ththqn mshknk baTwny khd kthp lemk dshwythnwn mTwl
Be exalted, Yahweh, in your strength, so we will sing and praise your power.
