ܛܘܒܘܗܝ ܠܓܒܪܐ ܕܒܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܥܘ̈ܠܐ ܠܐ ܗܠܟ ܘܒܪܥܝܢܐ ܕܚ̈ܛܝܐ ܠܐ ܩܡ ܘܥܠ ܡܘܬܒܐ ܕܡܡܝ̈ܩܢܐ ܠܐ ܝܬܒ
Twbwhy lgbr' db'wrkh' dewl' l' hlk wbreyn' dkhTy' l' qm wel mwthb' dmmyqn' l' ythb
Blessed is the man who doesn’t walk in the counsel of the wicked, nor stand on the path of sinners, nor sit in the seat of scoffers;

ܐܠܐ ܒܢܡܘܣܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܨܒܝܢܗ ܘܒܢܡܘܣܗ ܢܬܗܓܐ ܐܝܡܡܐ ܘܠܠܝܐ
'l' bnmwsh dmry' tsbynh wbnmwsh nthhg' 'ymm' wlly'
but his delight is in Yahweh’s law. On his law he meditates day and night.

ܢܗܘܐ ܐܝܟ ܐܝܠܢܐ ܕܢܨܝܒ ܥܠ ܬܦܐ ܕܡ̈ܝܐ ܕܦܐܪ̈ܘܗܝ ܝܗܒ ܒܙܒܢܗ ܘܛܪ̈ܦܘܗܝ ܠܐ ܢܬܪ̈ܝܢ ܟܠ ܕܥܒܕ ܡܫܠܡ
nhw' 'yk 'yln' dntsyb el thp' dmy' dp'rwhy yhb bzbnh wTrpwhy l' nthryn kl debd mshlm
He will be like a tree planted by the streams of water, that produces its fruit in its season, whose leaf also does not wither. Whatever he does shall prosper.

ܠܐ ܗܟܢܐ ܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ ܐܠܐ ܐܝܟ ܥܘܪܐ ܕܕܪܝܐ ܪܘܚܐ
l' hkn' rshye' 'l' 'yk ewr' ddry' rwkh'
The wicked are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away.

ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܠܐ ܢܩܘܡܘܢ ܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ ܒܕܝܢܐ ܐܦ ܠܐ ܚ̈ܛܝܐ ܒܟܢܘܫܬܐ ܕܙܕܝ̈ܩܐ
mTl hn' l' nqwmwn rshye' bdyn' 'p l' khTy' bknwshth' dzdyq'
Therefore the wicked shall not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

ܡܛܠ ܕܝܕܥ ܗܘ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܙܕܝܩ̈ܐ ܘܐܘܪܚܐ ܕܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ ܬܐܒܕ
mTl dyde hw mry' 'wrkh' dzdyq' w'wrkh' drshye' th'bd
For Yahweh knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the wicked shall perish.
