ܫܡܥ ܡܪܝܐ ܩܕܝܫܐ ܘܚܘܪ ܒܒܥܘܬܝ ܘܨܘܬ ܨܠܘܬܝ ܕܠܐ ܡܢ ܣ̈ܦܘܬܐ ܢܟܘ̈ܠܬܢܝܬܐ
nkwlthnyth' spwth' mn dl' tslwthy wtswth bbewthy wkhwr qdysh' mry' shme
Hear, Yahweh, my righteous plea. Give ear to my prayer that doesn’t go out of deceitful lips.

ܡܢ ܩܕܡܝܟ ܕܝܢܝ ܢܦܘܩ ܘܥܝܢ̈ܝܟ ܢܚ̈ܙܝܢ ܬܪܝܨܘܬܐ
thrytswth' nkhzyn weynyk npwq dyny qdmyk mn
Let my sentence come out of your presence. Let your eyes look on equity.

ܒܚܪܬ ܠܒܝ ܘܣܥܪܬܢܝ ܒܠܠܝܐ ܘܒܩܝܬܢܝ ܘܠܐ ܐܫܟܚܬ ܒܝ ܥܘܠܐ ܘܠܐ ܥܒܪܘ ܥܠ ܦܘܡܝ
pwmy el ebrw wl' ewl' by 'shkkhth wl' wbqythny blly' wserthny lby bkhrth
You have proved my heart. You have visited me in the night. You have tried me, and found nothing. I have resolved that my mouth shall not disobey.

ܥܒ̈ܕܐ ܕܒܢܝܢܫ̈ܐ ܒܡܡܠܠܐ ܕܣܦܘ̈ܬܐ ܐܠܐ ܢܛܪܬܢܝ ܡܢ ܐܘܪ̈ܚܬܐ ܒܝܫ̈ܬܐ
byshth' 'wrkhth' mn nTrthny 'l' dspwth' bmmll' dbnynsh' ebd'
As for the deeds of men, by the word of your lips, I have kept myself from the ways of the violent.

ܣܡܟܬ ܗ̈ܠܟܬܝ ܒܫ̈ܒܝܠܝܟ ܕܠܐ ܢܙܘ̈ܥܢ ܦܣ̈ܥܬܝ

My steps have held fast to your paths. My feet have not slipped.

ܐܢܐ ܩܪܝܬܟ ܡܛܠ ܕܥܢܝܬܢܝ ܐܠܗܐ ܨܠܝ ܐܕܢܟ ܠܘܬܝ ܘܫܡܥ ܡ̈ܠܝ

I have called on you, for you will answer me, God. Turn your ear to me. Hear my speech.

ܘܥܒܕܝܗܝ ܬܕܡܘܪܬܐ ܠܚܣܝܟ ܘܦܪܘܩܐ ܕܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܡܣܒܪܝܢ ܡܢ ܐܝܠܝܢ ܕܩܝܡܝܢ ܠܘܩܒܠ ܝܡܝܢܟ
ymynk lwqbl dqymyn 'ylyn mn dmsbryn d'ylyn wprwq' lkhsyk thdmwrth' webdyhy
Show your marvelous loving kindness, you who save those who take refuge by your right hand from their enemies.

ܢܛܪܝܢܝ ܐܝܟ ܒܒܬܐ ܕܥܝܢܐ ܘܒܛܠܠܐ ܕܟܢ̈ܦܝܟ ܣܬܪܝܢܝ
sthryny dknpyk wbTll' deyn' bbth' 'yk nTryny
Keep me as the apple of your eye. Hide me under the shadow of your wings,

ܡܢ ܩܕܡ ܚ̈ܛܝܐ ܗܠܝܢ ܕܒܙܘܢܝ ܘܒ̈ܥܠܕܒܒܝܗ̇ ܕܢܦܫܝ ܕܣܡܘ ܥܠܝ
ely dsmw dnpshy wbeldbbyh dbzwny hlyn khTy' qdm mn
from the wicked who oppress me, my deadly enemies, who surround me.

ܣܟܘܪ ܦܘܡܗܘܢ ܕܡܠܠܘ ܫܒܗܪܢܘܬܐ
shbhrnwth' dmllw pwmhwn skwr
They close up their callous hearts. With their mouth they speak proudly.

ܫܒܚܘܢܝ ܘܗܫܐ ܟܪܟܘܢܝ ܣܡܘ ܥܝܢ̈ܝܗܘܢ ܕܢܪܡܘܢܢܝ ܒܐܪܥܐ
b're' dnrmwnny eynyhwn smw krkwny whsh' shbkhwny
They have now surrounded us in our steps. They set their eyes to cast us down to the earth.

ܕܡܝܢ ܠܐܪܝܐ ܕܒܥܐ ܠܡܬܒܪ ܘܐܝܟ ܓܘܪܝܐ ܕܐܪܝܐ ܕܝܬܒ ܒܛܘܫܝܐ
bTwshy' dythb d'ry' gwry' w'yk lmthbr dbe' l'ry' dmyn
He is like a lion that is greedy of his prey, as it were a young lion lurking in secret places.

ܩܘܡ ܡܪܝܐ ܩܕܡ ܐ̈ܦܝܗܘܢ ܘܐܒܪܟ ܐܢܘܢ ܘܦܨܗ̇ ܠܢܦܫܝ ܡܢ ܪ̈ܫܝܥܐ ܘܡܢ ܚܪܒܐ
khrb' wmn rshye' mn lnpshy wptsh 'nwn w'brk 'pyhwn qdm mry' qwm
Arise, Yahweh, confront him. Cast him down. Deliver my soul from the wicked by your sword,

ܘܡܢ ܡ̈ܝܬܐ ܕܡܝܬܝܢ ܡܢ ܐ̈ܝܕܝܟ ܡܪܝܐ ܘܡܢ ܡ̈ܝܬܐ ܕܚܦܪܐ ܬܦܠܓ ܐܢܘܢ ܒܚ̈ܝܐ ܘܣܝ̈ܡܬܟ ܡܠܝ ܟܪܣܗܘܢ ܢܣܒܥܘܢ ܒ̈ܢܝܐ ܘܢܫܒܩܘܢ ܫܪܟܐ ܠܒܢܝ̈ܗܘܢ
lbnyhwn shrk' wnshbqwn bny' nsbewn krshwn mly wsymthk bkhy' 'nwn thplg dkhpr' myth' wmn mry' 'ydyk mn dmythyn myth' wmn
from men by your hand, Yahweh, from men of the world, whose portion is in this life. You fill the belly of your cherished ones. Your sons have plenty, and they store up wealth for their children.

ܐܢܐ ܕܝܢ ܒܙܕܝܩܘܬܐ ܐܚܙܐ ܐ̈ܦܝܟ ܘܐܣܒܥ ܡܐ ܕܐܬܬܥܝܪܬ ܗܝܡܢܘܬܟ
hymnwthk d'ththeyrth m' w'sbe 'pyk 'khz' bzdyqwth' dyn 'n'
As for me, I shall see your face in righteousness. I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with seeing your form.
