גליפא תריצא לדוד נטר יתי אלהא מטול דסברית במימרך:
bmymrk dsbryth mTwl alha ythy nTr ldwd thrytsa glypa
Preserve me, God, for I take refuge in you.

מלילת אנת נפשי קדם יי אלהי אנת ברם טיבתי לא מתיהיבא בר מנך:
mnk br mthyhyba la Tybthy brm anth alhy yy qdm npshy anth mlylth
My soul, you have said to Yahweh, “You are my Lord. Apart from you I have no good thing.”

לקדישיא די בארעא הנון הודעו כח גבורתי מן שרויא וגותנין בעובדיהון טביא כל רעותי טב בהו:
bhw Tb rewthy kl Tbya bewbdyhwn wgwthnyn shrwya mn gbwrthy kkh hwdew hnwn barea dy lqdyshya
As for the saints who are in the earth, they are the excellent ones in whom is all my delight.

מסגן צלמניהון מן בתר כן מוחן לקרבא קורבניהון לא אקבל ברעוא נסוכהון ודם קורבניהון ולא אדכר שומהון על ספותי:
spwthy el shwmhwn adkr wla qwrbnyhwn wdm nswkhwn brewa aqbl la qwrbnyhwn lqrba mwkhn kn bthr mn tslmnyhwn msgn
Their sorrows shall be multiplied who give gifts to another god. Their drink offerings of blood I will not offer, nor take their names on my lips.

יי מוהבית כלידי וחולקי אנת תסובר עדבי:
edby thswbr anth wkhwlqy klydy mwhbyth yy
Yahweh assigned my portion and my cup. You made my lot secure.

עדבין נפלו לי בבסימתא אוף אחסנתא שפירא עלי:
ely shpyra akhsntha awp bbsymtha ly nplw edbyn
The lines have fallen to me in pleasant places. Yes, I have a good inheritance.

אברך ית יי דמלכינני אוף בליליא דדאן לי כוליתי:
kwlythy ly ddan blylya awp dmlkynny yy yth abrk
I will bless Yahweh, who has given me counsel. Yes, my heart instructs me in the night seasons.

שויתי יי לקובלי תדירא מטול דשכנתיה שריא עלי לא אזוע:
azwe la ely shrya dshknthyh mTwl thdyra lqwbly yy shwythy
I have set Yahweh always before me. Because he is at my right hand, I shall not be moved.

בגין חדא לבי ורנן איקרי אוף בשרי ישרי לרוחצן:
lrwkhtsn yshry bshry awp ayqry wrnn lby khda bgyn
Therefore my heart is glad, and my tongue rejoices. My body shall also dwell in safety.

מטול דלא תשבוק נפשי לשיול לא תמסור זכאך למחמי בשחיותא:
bshkhywtha lmkhmy zkak thmswr la lshywl npshy thshbwq dla mTwl
For you will not leave my soul in Sheol, neither will you allow your holy one to see corruption.
