על יד דוד בריך יי תוקפי דמאלף אידי לסדרי קרב אצבעתי לאגחא קרבא:
qrba lagkha atsbethy qrb lsdry aydy dmalp thwqpy yy bryk dwd yd el
Blessed be Yahweh, my rock, who trains my hands to war, and my fingers to battle—

עבד טיבו וכרך תקיפי תוקפי ומשזב יתי תריסי ובמימריה סברית די מרדד עמין תחותי:
thkhwthy emyn mrdd dy sbryth wbmymryh thrysy ythy wmshzb thwqpy thqypy wkrk Tybw ebd
my loving kindness, my fortress, my high tower, my deliverer, my shield, and he in whom I take refuge, who subdues my people under me.

יי מה הוא בר נש דחכימתיה בני אנשא וחשבתיה:
wkhshbthyh ansha bny dkhkymthyh nsh br hwa mh yy
Yahweh, what is man, that you care for him? Or the son of man, that you think of him?

בר נש ללמא אדמא יומוי היך טולא דעבר:
debr Twla hyk ywmwy adma llma nsh br
Man is like a breath. His days are like a shadow that passes away.

יי ארכין שמיא ותתגלי קרב בטוריא ומסקין תננא:
thnna wmsqyn bTwrya qrb wththgly shmya arkyn yy
Part your heavens, Yahweh, and come down. Touch the mountains, and they will smoke.

אבריק ברקא ובדרנון שדר גרריך ותשגשינון:
wthshgshynwn grryk shdr wbdrnwn brqa abryq
Throw out lightning, and scatter them. Send out your arrows, and rout them.

אושיט ידך מן שמי מרומא פצי יתי ושיזיב יתי מאוכלוסין דמתילין למיין סגיעין מן ידהון דבני נוכראין:
nwkrayn dbny ydhwn mn sgyeyn lmyyn dmthylyn mawklwsyn ythy wshyzyb ythy ptsy mrwma shmy mn ydk awshyT
Stretch out your hand from above, rescue me, and deliver me out of great waters, out of the hands of foreigners,

די פומהון ממלל מומתא דמגן ואוריתהון אורית שקרא:
shqra awryth wawrythhwn dmgn mwmtha mmll pwmhwn dy
whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

אלהים שבח חדת אשבח קדמך בנבלא עסרתי נימין אזמר קדמך:
qdmk azmr nymyn esrthy bnbla qdmk ashbkh khdth shbkh alhym
I will sing a new song to you, God. On a ten-stringed lyre, I will sing praises to you.

דיהב פורקן למלכיא דפצי ית דוד עבדיה מחרבא בישא דגלית:
dglyth bysha mkhrba ebdyh dwd yth dptsy lmlkya pwrqn dyhb
You are he who gives salvation to kings, who rescues David, his servant, from the deadly sword.

פצי יתי ושיזיב יתי מידיהון דבני נוכראין די פומהון מלל מומתא דמגן ואוריתהון אורית שקרא:
shqra awryth wawrythhwn dmgn mwmtha mll pwmhwn dy nwkrayn dbny mydyhwn ythy wshyzyb ythy ptsy
Rescue me, and deliver me out of the hands of foreigners, whose mouths speak deceit, whose right hand is a right hand of falsehood.

דבננא כנציבין דדקלין באולפן אוריתא רבין מן טליותהון בנתנא זותנין וכשרין לכהניא דמשמשין במצע היכלא:
hykla bmtse dmshmshyn lkhnya wkshryn zwthnyn bnthna Tlywthhwn mn rbyn awrytha bawlpn ddqlyn kntsybyn dbnna
Then our sons will be like well-nurtured plants, our daughters like pillars carved to adorn a palace.

תסורנא מלין מספקן מן שתא לשתא עאננא מילדן אלפיא מפשן רבותא באשקקנא:
bashqqna rbwtha mpshn alpya myldn eanna lshtha shtha mn mspqn mlyn thswrna
Our barns are full, filled with all kinds of provision. Our sheep produce thousands and ten thousands in our fields.

תורינא מרי מטול לית תקוף ולא מפקא בישא ולית צוחת בכיתא בפלטיתנא:
bplTythna bkytha tswkhth wlyth bysha mpqa wla thqwp lyth mTwl mry thwryna
Our oxen will pull heavy loads. There is no breaking in, and no going away, and no outcry in our streets.
