לשבחא תושבחתא על יד דוד:
dwd yd el thwshbkhtha lshbkha
Deliver me, Yahweh, from evil men. Preserve me from violent men:
2
פצי יתי יי מבר נש ביש מגבר חטופין תנטור יתי:
ythy thnTwr khTwpyn mgbr bysh nsh mbr yy ythy ptsy
those who devise mischief in their hearts. They continually gather themselves together for war.

די חשילו בישן בלבא כל יומא מגרגין קרביא:
qrbya mgrgyn ywma kl blba byshn khshylw dy
They have sharpened their tongues like a serpent. Viper’s poison is under their lips. Selah.

מתנין בלישנהון היך חויא ארסא דעכוביתא תחות ספותהון לעלמין:
lelmyn spwthhwn thkhwth dekwbytha arsa khwya hyk blyshnhwn mthnyn
Yahweh, keep me from the hands of the wicked. Preserve me from the violent men who have determined to trip my feet.

נטור יתי יי מן יד דרשיעיא מן גבר חטופין תנטור יתי די חשילו למנקוף אסתורי:
asthwry lmnqwp khshylw dy ythy thnTwr khTwpyn gbr mn drshyeya yd mn yy ythy nTwr
The proud have hidden a snare for me, they have spread the cords of a net by the path. They have set traps for me. Selah.

כמנו גיותנון פחא לי ואשליא פרסין מצדתא לסטר אורחא תקלין שון לי תדירא:
thdyra ly shwn thqlyn awrkha lsTr mtsdtha prsyn washlya ly pkha gywthnwn kmnw
I said to Yahweh, “You are my God.” Listen to the cry of my petitions, Yahweh.

אמרית ליי אלהי אנת אצית יי לקל בעותי:
bewthy lql yy atsyth anth alhy lyy amryth
Yahweh, the Lord, the strength of my salvation, you have covered my head in the day of battle.

אלהים יי עושנא דפורקני טללתא על רישי ביום קרבא:
qrba bywm ryshy el Tlltha dpwrqny ewshna yy alhym
Yahweh, don’t grant the desires of the wicked. Don’t let their evil plans succeed, or they will become proud. Selah.

לא תתן יי רגוני דואג רשיעא מחשבתיה לא תספק יסתלקון לעלמין:
lelmyn ysthlqwn thspq la mkhshbthyh rshyea dwag rgwny yy ththn la
As for the head of those who surround me, let the mischief of their own lips cover them.

אחיתופל ריש סנהדרי תלמידי לעות מלשינותא דספותהון יחפינון:
ykhpynwn dspwthhwn mlshynwtha lewth thlmydy snhdry rysh akhythwpl
Let burning coals fall on them. Let them be thrown into the fire, into miry pits, from where they never rise.

ימטון עלויהון גומרין מן שמיא בנורא דגיהנם יפלינון בגיצין דמחמרין דלא יקומון לחיי עלמא:
elma lkhyy yqwmwn dla dmkhmryn bgytsyn yplynwn dgyhnm bnwra shmya mn gwmryn elwyhwn ymTwn
An evil speaker won’t be established in the earth. Evil will hunt the violent man to overthrow him.

גבר דמשתעי לישן תליתי לא אפשר דיתכן בארעא דחיי גבר חטופא ביש יצודיניה מלאך דמותא ינקפניה בגהנם:
bghnm ynqpnyh dmwtha mlak ytswdynyh bysh khTwpa gbr dkhyy barea dythkn apshr la thlythy lyshn dmshthey gbr
I know that Yahweh will maintain the cause of the afflicted, and justice for the needy.

הבכן גלי קדמי ארום יעבד יי דינהון דעניי דינא דחשיכי:
dkhshyky dyna denyy dynhwn yy yebd arwm qdmy gly hbkn
Surely the righteous will give thanks to your name. The upright will dwell in your presence.
