Out of the depths I have cried to you, Yahweh.

ܘܫܡܥܬ ܒܩܠܝ ܢܗ̈ܘܝܢ ܐ̈ܕܢܝܟ ܨܝ̈ܬܢ ܠܩܠܐ ܕܟܘܫܦܝ
wshmeth bqly nhwyn 'dnyk tsythn lql' dkwshpy
Lord, hear my voice. Let your ears be attentive to the voice of my petitions.

ܐܢ ܚ̈ܛܗܐ ܢܛܪ ܐܢܬ ܡܪܝܐ ܡܢܘ ܡܫܟܚ ܠܡܩܡ
'n khTh' nTr 'nth mry' mnw mshkkh lmqm
If you, Yah, kept a record of sins, Lord, who could stand?

ܡܛܠ ܕܡܢ ܠܘܬܟ ܗܘ ܫܘܒܩܢܐ
mTl dmn lwthk hw shwbqn'
But there is forgiveness with you, therefore you are feared.

ܣܒܪܬ ܒܡܪܝܐ ܘܣܟܝܬ ܢܦܫܝ ܠܡܠܬܗ ܣܟܝܬ
sbrth bmry' wskyth npshy lmlthh skyth
I wait for Yahweh. My soul waits. I hope in his word.

ܠܡܪܝܐ ܡܢ ܡܛܪܬܐ ܕܨܦܪܐ ܘܥܕܡܐ ܠܡܛܪܬܐ ܕܨܦܪܐ
lmry' mn mTrth' dtspr' wedm' lmTrth' dtspr'
My soul longs for the Lord more than watchmen long for the morning, more than watchmen for the morning.

ܢܣܟܐ ܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܠܡܪܝܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܡܢ ܠܘܬܗ ܐܢܘܢ ܪ̈ܚܡܐ ܘܣܓܝ ܠܘܬܗ ܦܘܪܩܢܐ

Israel, hope in Yahweh, for there is loving kindness with Yahweh. Abundant redemption is with him.

ܗܘ ܢܦܪܩܝܘܗܝ ܠܐܝܣܪܝܠ ܡܢ ܟܠܗ ܥܘܠܗ
hw nprqywhy l'ysryl mn klh ewlh
He will redeem Israel from all their sins.
