לשבחא על כנרא דתמניא נימי תושבחתא לדוד:
ldwd thwshbkhtha nymy dthmnya knra el lshbkha
Help, Yahweh; for the godly man ceases. For the faithful fail from among the children of men.

פרוק יי מטול דגמירו טביא ארום ספו מהימניא מן בני נשא:
nsha bny mn mhymnya spw arwm Tbya dgmyrw mTwl yy prwq
Everyone lies to his neighbor. They speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart.

שקרא ממללין אנש עם חבריה ספותא שעיאן בלבבהון מנבלין ובלבא שקרא ממללין:
mmllyn shqra wblba mnblyn blbbhwn sheyan spwtha khbryh em ansh mmllyn shqra
May Yahweh cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that boasts,

ישיצי יי מן עלמא כל ספון שעיעין לישנא דמללא רברבנותא:
rbrbnwtha dmlla lyshna sheyeyn spwn kl elma mn yy yshytsy
who have said, “With our tongue we will prevail. Our lips are our own. Who is lord over us?”

מן דכפרין בעקרא דאמרין בלישננא נתגבר ספותנא עמנא מן רבון דלנא:
dlna rbwn mn emna spwthna nthgbr blyshnna damryn beqra dkpryn mn
“Because of the oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise,” says Yahweh; “I will set him in safety from those who malign him.”

מאונסא דעניי מן צוחת חשיכי השתא אקום אמר יי אשוי פורקן ולרשיעי אסחיר בישותא להון:
lhwn byshwtha askhyr wlrshyey pwrqn ashwy yy amr aqwm hshtha khshyky tswkhth mn denyy mawnsa
Yahweh’s words are flawless words, as silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times.

מלין דיי מליא דכין סימא סנינא בכורא על ארעא זקיק שבעתי זמנין:
zmnyn shbethy zqyq area el bkwra snyna syma dkyn mlya dyy mlyn
You will keep them, Yahweh. You will preserve them from this generation forever.

אנת יי תנטרנון לצדיקיא תנצרנון מן דרא בישא הדין לעלמין:
lelmyn hdyn bysha dra mn thntsrnwn ltsdyqya thnTrnwn yy anth
The wicked walk on every side, when what is vile is exalted among the sons of men.
