ܦܪܘܩ ܡܪܝܐ ܡܛܠ ܕܓܡܪ ܛܒܐ ܘܒܛܠܬ ܗܝܡܢܘܬܐ ܡܢ ܐܪܥܐ ܒܢ̈ܝ ܐܢܫܐ
'nsh' bny 're' mn hymnwth' wbTlth Tb' dgmr mTl mry' prwq
Everyone lies to his neighbor. They speak with flattering lips, and with a double heart.

ܣܪܝܩܘܬܐ ܡܡܠܠܝܢ ܘܓܒܪܐ ܥܡ ܚܒܪܗ ܒܣ̈ܦܘܬܐ ܡ̈ܦܠܓܬܐ ܒܠܒܐ ܘܒܠܒܐ ܡܡܠܠܝܢ
mmllyn wblb' blb' mplgth' bspwth' khbrh em wgbr' mmllyn sryqwth'
May Yahweh cut off all flattering lips, and the tongue that boasts,

ܢܘܒܕ ܡܪܝܐ ܟܘܠܗܝܢ ܣܦܘܬ̈ܐ ܡ̈ܦܠܓܬܐ ܘܠܫ̈ܢܐ ܕܡܡ̈ܠܠܝܢ ܪ̈ܘܪܒܬܐ
rwrbth' dmmllyn wlshn' mplgth' spwth' kwlhyn mry' nwbd
who have said, “With our tongue we will prevail. Our lips are our own. Who is lord over us?”

ܕܐܡܪܘ ܠܫܢܢ ܢܘܪܒ ܣ̈ܦܘܬܐ ܕܝܠܢ ܐܢܝܢ ܡܢܘ ܡܪܢ
mrn mnw 'nyn dyln spwth' nwrb lshnn d'mrw
“Because of the oppression of the weak and because of the groaning of the needy, I will now arise,” says Yahweh; “I will set him in safety from those who malign him.”

ܡܛܠ ܒܙܬܐ ܕܡܣ̈ܟܢܐ ܘܐܢܩܬܐ ܕܒܝܫ̈ܐ ܡܟܝܠ ܐܩܘܡ ܐܡܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܘܐܥܒܕ ܦܘܪܩܢܐ ܓܠܝܐܝܬ
gly'yth pwrqn' w'ebd mry' 'mr 'qwm mkyl dbysh' w'nqth' dmskn' bzth' mTl
Yahweh’s words are flawless words, as silver refined in a clay furnace, purified seven times.

ܡܐܡܪܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܡܐܡܪܐ ܗܘ ܕܟܝܐ. ܣܐܡܐ ܓܒܝܐ ܕܒܚܝܪ ܒܐܪܥܐ ܘܡܕܟܝ ܚܕ ܒܫܒܥܐ
bshbe' khd wmdky b're' dbkhyr gby' s'm' dky' hw m'mr' dmry' m'mrh
You will keep them, Yahweh. You will preserve them from this generation forever.

ܘܐܢܬ ܡܪܝܐ ܬܛܪ ܐܢܘܢ ܫܘܙܒܝܢܝ ܘܦܨܢܝ ܡܢ ܕܪܐ ܗܢܐ ܠܥܠܡ
lelm hn' dr' mn wptsny shwzbyny 'nwn thTr mry' w'nth
The wicked walk on every side, when what is vile is exalted among the sons of men.
