הללויה שבחו עבדיא דיי שבחו ית שמא דיי:
dyy shma yth shbkhw dyy ebdya shbkhw hllwyh
Praise Yah! Praise, you servants of Yahweh, praise Yahweh’s name.

יהוי שמא דיי מברך מהשתא ועד עלמא:
elma wed mhshtha mbrk dyy shma yhwy
Blessed be Yahweh’s name, from this time forward and forever more.

ממדנח שמשא עד מטמעיה משבח שמא דיי:
dyy shma mshbkh mTmeyh ed shmsha mmdnkh
From the rising of the sun to its going down, Yahweh’s name is to be praised.

רמא על כל עמיא יי עלוי שמיא איקריה:
ayqryh shmya elwy yy emya kl el rma
Yahweh is high above all nations, his glory above the heavens.

מן כותיה דיי אלהנא דגביה מותביה למתב:
lmthb mwthbyh dgbyh alhna dyy kwthyh mn
Who is like Yahweh, our God, who has his seat on high,

דממיך עיניה למחמי בשמיא ובארעא:
wbarea bshmya lmkhmy eynyh dmmyk
who stoops down to see in heaven and in the earth?
7
מקים מעפרא מסכנא מקלקלתא ירים חשיכא:
khshyka yrym mqlqltha mskna mepra mqym
He raises up the poor out of the dust, and lifts up the needy from the ash heap,
8
לאותבא עם רברביא עם רברבי עמיה:
emyh rbrby em rbrbya em lawthba
that he may set him with princes, even with the princes of his people.
