בריכי נפשי ית שמא דיי יי אלהי אתגדלתא לחדא שבחא ושבהורא אלבישתא:
albyshtha wshbhwra shbkha lkhda athgdltha alhy yy dyy shma yth npshy bryky
Bless Yahweh, my soul. Yahweh, my God, you are very great. You are clothed with honor and majesty.

דמתעטף נהורא היך סדינא דמתח שמיא היך יריעתא:
yryetha hyk shmya dmthkh sdyna hyk nhwra dmtheTp
He covers himself with light as with a garment. He stretches out the heavens like a curtain.

דטלל במיא היך בנינא דכשורי אכסדרוי דשוי עננין ארתיכיה על עננין קלילין היך כנפי נשרא:
nshra knpy hyk qlylyn ennyn el arthykyh ennyn dshwy aksdrwy dkshwry bnyna hyk bmya dTll
He lays the beams of his rooms in the waters. He makes the clouds his chariot. He walks on the wings of the wind.

דעבד אזגדו סרהובין היך רוחא שמשוי תקיפין היך אשא מצלהבא:
mtslhba asha hyk thqypyn shmshwy rwkha hyk srhwbyn azgdw debd
He makes his messengers winds, and his servants flames of fire.

די מיסד ארעא עלוי בסיסה דלא תזוע לעלמי עלמין:
elmyn lelmy thzwe dla bsysh elwy area mysd dy
He laid the foundations of the earth, that it should not be moved forever.

תהומא כד בלבושא חפיתה ומבזעין על טוריא וקימין מיא:
mya wqymyn Twrya el wmbzeyn khpythh blbwsha kd thhwma
You covered it with the deep as with a cloak. The waters stood above the mountains.

מן מזופיתך יערקון למגד מן קל אכליותך יתבהלון למשפך:
lmshpk ythbhlwn aklywthk ql mn lmgd yerqwn mzwpythk mn
At your rebuke they fled. At the voice of your thunder they hurried away.

יסלקון מן תהומא לטוריא ונחתין בבקעתא לאתר דנן דיסדתא להון:
lhwn dysdtha dnn lathr bbqetha wnkhthyn lTwrya thhwma mn yslqwn
The mountains rose, the valleys sank down, to the place which you had assigned to them.

תחום שויתא לגללי ימא די לא יעברון די לא יתובון למחפי ארעא:
area lmkhpy ythwbwn la dy yebrwn la dy yma lglly shwytha thkhwm
You have set a boundary that they may not pass over, that they don’t turn again to cover the earth.

די משלח מעיני בנהרותא ביני טוריא מהלכין:
mhlkyn Twrya byny bnhrwtha meyny mshlkh dy
He sends springs into the valleys. They run among the mountains.

משקין כל חיות ברא יתברון ערודיא צחותהון:
tskhwthhwn erwdya ythbrwn bra khywth kl mshqyn
They give drink to every animal of the field. The wild donkeys quench their thirst.
12
עלויהון צפרי שמיא ישרון מביני זאזיא יתנו קל זמר:
zmr ql ythnw zazya mbyny yshrwn shmya tspry elwyhwn
The birds of the sky nest by them. They sing among the branches.

דמשקי טוריא מן בית גנזי עלאי די ליה מן עובדיך תשבע ארעא:
area thshbe ewbdyk mn lyh dy elay gnzy byth mn Twrya dmshqy
He waters the mountains from his rooms. The earth is filled with the fruit of your works.

דמרכי עסבא לבעירי וירקי לפולחנא דבר נשא למפק לחמא מן ארעא:
area mn lkhma lmpq nsha dbr lpwlkhna wyrqy lbeyry esba dmrky
He causes the grass to grow for the livestock, and plants for man to cultivate, that he may produce food out of the earth:

וחמרא דמחדי לבא דבר נשא לאנהרא אפיא מן משחא ולחמא לבא דבר נשא יסעד:
ysed nsha dbr lba wlkhma mshkha mn apya lanhra nsha dbr lba dmkhdy wkhmra
wine that makes the heart of man glad, oil to make his face to shine, and bread that strengthens man’s heart.

שבעין אילניא די ברא יי ארזי לבנן די נציב:
ntsyb dy lbnn arzy yy bra dy aylnya shbeyn
Yahweh’s trees are well watered, the cedars of Lebanon, which he has planted,

די תמן צפריא עבדין שרכפין וותא בראתי בית מדורה:
mdwrh byth brathy wwtha shrkpyn ebdyn tsprya thmn dy
where the birds make their nests. The stork makes its home in the cypress trees.
18
טוריא רמיא ליעלי כיפי רוחצן לטפזיא:
lTpzya rwkhtsn kypy lyely rmya Twrya
The high mountains are for the wild goats. The rocks are a refuge for the rock badgers.
19
עבד סיהרא למימני ביה זמניא שמשא ידע עידן טמועיה:
Tmweyh eydn yde shmsha zmnya byh lmymny syhra ebd
He appointed the moon for seasons. The sun knows when to set.
20
תשוי חשוך והוי ליליא ביה רחשין כל חיות חורשא:
khwrsha khywth kl rkhshyn byh lylya whwy khshwk thshwy
You make darkness, and it is night, in which all the animals of the forest prowl.
21
בני אריון אכלין למשכח מזונא ולמבעי מן אלהא מיכלהון:
myklhwn alha mn wlmbey mzwna lmshkkh aklyn arywn bny
The young lions roar after their prey, and seek their food from God.
22
תדנח שמשא מתכנשין ולבית מדורהון רבעין:
rbeyn mdwrhwn wlbyth mthknshyn shmsha thdnkh
The sun rises, and they steal away, and lie down in their dens.

יפוק בר נשא לעובדיה ולפולחניה עד ערובי רמשא:
rmsha erwby ed wlpwlkhnyh lewbdyh nsha br ypwq
Man goes out to his work, to his labor until the evening.
24
מה סגיעין הנון עובדך יי כולהון בחוכמתא עבדתא מליא ארעא קנינך:
qnynk area mlya ebdtha bkhwkmtha kwlhwn yy ewbdk hnwn sgyeyn mh
Yahweh, how many are your works! In wisdom, you have made them all. The earth is full of your riches.

דנן ימא רבא ופתי תחומון תמן ריחשא ולית מנין חיותא זעירתא עם רברבתא:
rbrbtha em zeyrtha khywtha mnyn wlyth rykhsha thmn thkhwmwn wpthy rba yma dnn
There is the sea, great and wide, in which are innumerable living things, both small and large animals.

תמן אלפיא אזלין לויתן דין בריתא למגחך ביה לצדיקיא בסעודת בית מדוריה:
mdwryh byth bsewdth ltsdyqya byh lmgkhk brytha dyn lwythn azlyn alpya thmn
There the ships go, and leviathan, whom you formed to play there.

כולהון עלך סבירין למתן מזונהון בזמניה:
bzmnyh mzwnhwn lmthn sbyryn elk kwlhwn
These all wait for you, that you may give them their food in due season.
28
תתן להון וכנשין תפתח אידך ושבעין טבא:
Tba wshbeyn aydk thpthkh wknshyn lhwn ththn
You give to them; they gather. You open your hand; they are satisfied with good.

תסלק שכנתך מתבהלין תכנוש רוחהון מתנגדין ולות עפרהון תיבין:
thybyn eprhwn wlwth mthngdyn rwkhhwn thknwsh mthbhlyn shknthk thslq
You hide your face; they are troubled. You take away their breath; they die and return to the dust.

תשלח רוח קודשך מתברין ותחדת אפי ארעא:
area apy wthkhdth mthbryn qwdshk rwkh thshlkh
You send out your Spirit and they are created. You renew the face of the ground.
31
יהי איקר יי לעלם יחדי יי בעובדוי:
bewbdwy yy ykhdy lelm yy ayqr yhy
Let Yahweh’s glory endure forever. Let Yahweh rejoice in his works.
32
דמסתכל לארעא ומתרגפא מקרב בטוריא ומסקין תננא:
thnna wmsqyn bTwrya mqrb wmthrgpa larea dmsthkl
He looks at the earth, and it trembles. He touches the mountains, and they smoke.
33
אשבח קדם יי בחיי אזמר לאלהי בעוד איתי:
aythy bewd lalhy azmr bkhyy yy qdm ashbkh
I will sing to Yahweh as long as I live. I will sing praise to my God while I have any being.

יבסם קדמוי שותי אנא אחדי במימרא דיי:
dyy bmymra akhdy ana shwthy qdmwy ybsm
Let my meditation be sweet to him. I will rejoice in Yahweh.
