מלל עם בני ישראל ותימר להון גבר או אתתא ארי יפרש למדר נדר נזירו למיזר קדם יי:

“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them: ‘When either man or woman shall make a special vow, the vow of a Nazirite, to separate himself to Yahweh,

מחמר חדת ועתיק יזר חל דחמר חדת וחל דחמר עתיק לא ישתי וכל מתרות ענבין לא ישתי וענבין רטיבין ויבשין לא ייכול:
mkhmr khdth wethyq yzr khl dkhmr khdth wkhl dkhmr ethyq la yshthy wkl mthrwth enbyn la yshthy wenbyn rTybyn wybshyn la yykwl
he shall separate himself from wine and strong drink. He shall drink no vinegar of wine, or vinegar of fermented drink, neither shall he drink any juice of grapes, nor eat fresh grapes or dried.

כל יומי נזריה מכל דיתעבד מגפנא דחמרא מפורצנין ועד עצורין לא ייכול:
kl ywmy nzryh mkl dythebd mgpna dkhmra mpwrtsnyn wed etswryn la yykwl
All the days of his separation he shall eat nothing that is made of the grapevine, from the seeds even to the skins.

כל יומי נדר נזריה מספר לא יעבר על רישיה עד משלם יומיא דינזר קדם יי קדיש יהי מרבי פרוע שער רישיה:
kl ywmy ndr nzryh mspr la yebr el ryshyh ed mshlm ywmya dynzr qdm yy qdysh yhy mrby prwe sher ryshyh
“‘All the days of his vow of separation no razor shall come on his head, until the days are fulfilled in which he separates himself to Yahweh. He shall be holy. He shall let the locks of the hair of his head grow long.

כל יומין דינזר קדם יי על נפשא דמתא לא ייעול:
kl ywmyn dynzr qdm yy el npsha dmtha la yyewl
“‘All the days that he separates himself to Yahweh he shall not go near a dead body.

לאבוהי ולאמיה לאחוהי ולאחתיה לא יסתאב להון במותהון ארי כלילא דאלהיה על רישיה:
labwhy wlamyh lakhwhy wlakhthyh la ysthab lhwn bmwthhwn ary klyla dalhyh el ryshyh
He shall not make himself unclean for his father, or for his mother, for his brother, or for his sister, when they die, because his separation to God is on his head.

כל יומי נזריה קדיש הוא קדם יי:
kl ywmy nzryh qdysh hwa qdm yy
All the days of his separation he is holy to Yahweh.

וארי ימות מתא עלוהי בתכף שלו ויסאב ריש נזריה ויגלח רישיה ביומא דדכותיה ביומא שביעאה יגלחנה:
wary ymwth mtha elwhy bthkp shlw wysab rysh nzryh wyglkh ryshyh bywma ddkwthyh bywma shbyeah yglkhnh
“‘If any man dies very suddenly beside him, and he defiles the head of his separation, then he shall shave his head in the day of his cleansing. On the seventh day he shall shave it.

וביומא תמינאה ייתי תרתין שפנינין או תרין בני יונה לות כהנא לתרע משכן זמנא:
wbywma thmynah yythy thrthyn shpnynyn aw thryn bny ywnh lwth khna lthre mshkn zmna
On the eighth day he shall bring two turtledoves or two young pigeons to the priest, to the door of the Tent of Meeting.

ויעבד כהנא חד לחטאתא וחד לעלתא ויכפר עלוהי מדחב על מתא ויקדש ית רישיה ביומא ההוא:
wyebd khna khd lkhTatha wkhd leltha wykpr elwhy mdkhb el mtha wyqdsh yth ryshyh bywma hhwa
The priest shall offer one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering, and make atonement for him, because he sinned by reason of the dead, and shall make his head holy that same day.

ויזר קדם יי ית יומי נזריה וייתי אמר בר שתיה לאשמא ויומיא קדמאי יבטלון ארי אסתאב נזריה:
wyzr qdm yy yth ywmy nzryh wyythy amr br shthyh lashma wywmya qdmay ybTlwn ary asthab nzryh
He shall separate to Yahweh the days of his separation, and shall bring a male lamb a year old for a trespass offering; but the former days shall be void, because his separation was defiled.

ודא אוריתא דנזירא ביום משלם יומי נזריה ייתי יתיה לתרע משכן זמנא:
wda awrytha dnzyra bywm mshlm ywmy nzryh yythy ythyh lthre mshkn zmna
“‘This is the law of the Nazirite: when the days of his separation are fulfilled, he shall be brought to the door of the Tent of Meeting,

ויקרב ית קרבניה קדם יי אמר בר שתה שלים חד לעלתא ואמרתא חדא בת שתה שלמתא לחטאתא ודכר חד שלים לנכסת קודשיא:
wyqrb yth qrbnyh qdm yy amr br shthh shlym khd leltha wamrtha khda bth shthh shlmtha lkhTatha wdkr khd shlym lnksth qwdshya
and he shall offer his offering to Yahweh: one male lamb a year old without defect for a burnt offering, one ewe lamb a year old without defect for a sin offering, one ram without defect for peace offerings,

וסל פטיר סלתא גריצן דפילן במשח ואספוגין פטירין דמשיחין במשח ומנחתהון ונסכיהון:
wsl pTyr sltha grytsn dpyln bmshkh waspwgyn pTyryn dmshykhyn bmshkh wmnkhthhwn wnskyhwn
a basket of unleavened bread, cakes of fine flour mixed with oil, and unleavened wafers anointed with oil with their meal offering and their drink offerings.

ויקרב כהנא קדם יי ויעבד ית חטאתיה וית עלתיה:
wyqrb khna qdm yy wyebd yth khTathyh wyth elthyh
The priest shall present them before Yahweh, and shall offer his sin offering and his burnt offering.
17
וית דכרא יעבד נכסת קודשיא קדם יי על סלא דפטיריא ויעבד כהנא ית מנחתיה וית נסכיה:
wyth dkra yebd nksth qwdshya qdm yy el sla dpTyrya wyebd khna yth mnkhthyh wyth nskyh
He shall offer the ram for a sacrifice of peace offerings to Yahweh, with the basket of unleavened bread. The priest shall offer also its meal offering and its drink offering.

ויגלח נזירא בתרע משכן זמנא ית ריש נזריה ויסב ית שער ריש נזריה ויתן על אשתא די תחות דודא דנכסת קודשיא:
wyglkh nzyra bthre mshkn zmna yth rysh nzryh wysb yth sher rysh nzryh wythn el ashtha dy thkhwth dwda dnksth qwdshya
The Nazirite shall shave the head of his separation at the door of the Tent of Meeting, take the hair of the head of his separation, and put it on the fire which is under the sacrifice of peace offerings.

ויסב כהנא ית דרעא בשלא מן דכרא וגרצתא פטירתא חדא מן סלא ואספוג פטיר חד ויתן על ידי נזירא בתר דגלח ית נזריה:
wysb khna yth drea bshla mn dkra wgrtstha pTyrtha khda mn sla waspwg pTyr khd wythn el ydy nzyra bthr dglkh yth nzryh
The priest shall take the boiled shoulder of the ram, one unleavened cake out of the basket, and one unleavened wafer, and shall put them on the hands of the Nazirite after he has shaved the head of his separation;

וירים יתהון כהנא ארמא קדם יי קודשא הוא לכהנא על חדיא דארמותא ועל שקא דאפרשותא ובתר כן ישתי נזירא חמרא:
wyrym ythhwn khna arma qdm yy qwdsha hwa lkhna el khdya darmwtha wel shqa daprshwtha wbthr kn yshthy nzyra khmra
and the priest shall wave them for a wave offering before Yahweh. They are holy for the priest, together with the breast that is waved and the thigh that is offered. After that the Nazirite may drink wine.

דא אוריתא דנזירא די ידר קרבניה קדם יי על נזריה בר מדתדבק ידיה כפום נדריה די ידר כן יעבד על אוריתא דנזריה:
da awrytha dnzyra dy ydr qrbnyh qdm yy el nzryh br mdthdbq ydyh kpwm ndryh dy ydr kn yebd el awrytha dnzryh
“‘This is the law of the Nazirite who vows and of his offering to Yahweh for his separation, in addition to that which he is able to afford. According to his vow which he vows, so he must do after the law of his separation.’”

מלל עם אהרן ועם בנוהי למימר כדין תברכון ית בני ישראל תימרון להון:
mll em ahrn wem bnwhy lmymr kdyn thbrkwn yth bny yshral thymrwn lhwn
“Speak to Aaron and to his sons, saying, ‘This is how you shall bless the children of Israel.’ You shall tell them,

ינהר יי שכנתיה לותך וירחם יתך:
ynhr yy shknthyh lwthk wyrkhm ythk
Yahweh make his face to shine on you, and be gracious to you.
26
יסב יי אפיה לותך וישוי לך שלם:
ysb yy apyh lwthk wyshwy lk shlm
Yahweh lift up his face toward you, and give you peace.’
27
וישוון ית ברכת שמי על בני ישראל ואנא אברכנון:
wyshwwn yth brkth shmy el bny yshral wana abrknwn
“So they shall put my name on the children of Israel; and I will bless them.”
