פקיד ית בני ישראל וישלחון מן משריתא כל דסגיר וכל דדאב וכל דמסאב לטמי נפשא דאנשא:
dansha npsha lTmy dmsab wkl ddab wkl dsgyr kl mshrytha mn wyshlkhwn yshral bny yth pqyd
“Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever is unclean by a corpse.

מדכר עד נוקבא תשלחון למברא למשריתא תשלחנון ולא יסאבון ית משריתהון די שכנתי שריא ביניהון:
bynyhwn shrya shknthy dy mshrythhwn yth ysabwn wla thshlkhnwn lmshrytha lmbra thshlkhwn nwqba ed mdkr
You shall put both male and female outside of the camp so that they don’t defile their camp, in the midst of which I dwell.”

ועבדו כן בני ישראל ושלחו יתהון למברא למשריתא כמא די מליל יי עם משה כן עבדו בני ישראל:
yshral bny ebdw kn mshh em yy mlyl dy kma lmshrytha lmbra ythhwn wshlkhw yshral bny kn webdw
The children of Israel did so, and put them outside of the camp; as Yahweh spoke to Moses, so the children of Israel did.

מלל עם בני ישראל גבר או אתתא ארי יעבדון מכל חובי אנשא לשקרא שקר קדם יי ויחוב אנשא ההוא:
hhwa ansha wykhwb yy qdm shqr lshqra ansha khwby mkl yebdwn ary aththa aw gbr yshral bny em mll
“Speak to the children of Israel: ‘When a man or woman commits any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Yahweh, and that soul is guilty,

ויודון ית חוביהון די עבדו ויתב ית חובתיה ברישיה וחמשיה יוסף עלוהי ויתן לדחב ליה:
lyh ldkhb wythn elwhy ywsp wkhmshyh bryshyh khwbthyh yth wythb ebdw dy khwbyhwn yth wywdwn
then he shall confess his sin which he has done; and he shall make restitution for his guilt in full, add to it the fifth part of it, and give it to him in respect of whom he has been guilty.

ואם לית לגבר פריק לאתבא חובתא ליה חובתא דמתב קדם יי לכהנא בר מדכר כפוריא די יכפר ביה עלוהי:
elwhy byh ykpr dy kpwrya mdkr br lkhna yy qdm dmthb khwbtha lyh khwbtha lathba pryq lgbr lyth wam
But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to Yahweh shall be the priest’s, in addition to the ram of the atonement, by which atonement shall be made for him.

וכל אפרשותא לכל קודשיא דבני ישראל די יקרבון לכהנא דליה יהא:
yha dlyh lkhna yqrbwn dy yshral dbny qwdshya lkl aprshwtha wkl
Every heave offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they present to the priest, shall be his.

וגבר ית מעשר קודשיה דליה יהון גבר דיתן לכהנא דליה יהא:
yha dlyh lkhna dythn gbr yhwn dlyh qwdshyh meshr yth wgbr
Every man’s holy things shall be his; whatever any man gives the priest, it shall be his.’”

מלל עם בני ישראל ותימר להון גבר גבר ארי תסטי אתתיה ותשקר ביה שקר:
shqr byh wthshqr aththyh thsTy ary gbr gbr lhwn wthymr yshral bny em mll
“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them: ‘If any man’s wife goes astray and is unfaithful to him,

וישכב גבר יתה שכבת זרעא ויהי מכסא מעיני בעלה ומטמרא והיא מסאבא וסהיד לית בה והיא לא אתחדת:
athkhdth la whya bh lyth wshyd msaba whya wmTmra belh meyny mksa wyhy zrea shkbth ythh gbr wyshkb
and a man lies with her carnally, and it is hidden from the eyes of her husband and this is kept concealed, and she is defiled, there is no witness against her, and she isn’t taken in the act;

ויעבר עלוהי רוח קנאה ויקני ית אתתיה והיא מסאבא או עבר עלוהי רוח קנאה ויקני ית אתתיה והיא לא מסאבא:
msaba la whya aththyh yth wyqny qnah rwkh elwhy ebr aw msaba whya aththyh yth wyqny qnah rwkh elwhy wyebr
and the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she isn’t defiled;

וייתי גברא ית אתתיה לות כהנא וייתי ית קרבנה עלה חד מן עסרא בתלת סאין קמחא שערין לא יריק עלוהי משחא ולא יתן עלוהי לבנתא ארי מנחת קנאתא הוא מנחת דוכרנא מדכרת חובא:
khwba mdkrth dwkrna mnkhth hwa qnatha mnkhth ary lbntha elwhy ythn wla mshkha elwhy yryq la sheryn qmkha sayn bthlth esra mn khd elh qrbnh yth wyythy khna lwth aththyh yth gbra wyythy
then the man shall bring his wife to the priest, and shall bring her offering for her: one tenth of an ephah of barley meal. He shall pour no oil on it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to memory.

ויקרב יתה כהנא ויקימנה קדם יי:
yy qdm wyqymnh khna ythh wyqrb
The priest shall bring her near, and set her before Yahweh.
17
ויסב כהנא מי כיור במן דחסף ומן עפרא די יהי ביסודי משכנא יסב כהנא ויתן למיא:
lmya wythn khna ysb mshkna byswdy yhy dy epra wmn dkhsp bmn kywr my khna wysb
The priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and the priest shall take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water.

ויקים כהנא ית אתתא קדם יי ויפרע ית רישא דאתתא ויהב על ידהא ית מנחת דוכרנא מנחת קנאתא היא ובידא דכהנא יהון מיא מריריא מלטטיא:
mlTTya mryrya mya yhwn dkhna wbyda hya qnatha mnkhth dwkrna mnkhth yth ydha el wyhb daththa rysha yth wypre yy qdm aththa yth khna wyqym
The priest shall set the woman before Yahweh, and let the hair of the woman’s head go loose, and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. The priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that brings a curse.

ויומי יתה כהנא ויימר לאתתא אם לא שכיב גבר יתיך ואם לא סטית לאסתאבא בר מבעליך הוי זכאה ממיא מריריא מלטטיא האלין:
halyn mlTTya mryrya mmya zkah hwy mbelyk br lasthaba sTyth la wam ythyk gbr shkyb la am laththa wyymr khna ythh wywmy
The priest shall cause her to take an oath and shall tell the woman, “If no man has lain with you, and if you haven’t gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband’s authority, be free from this water of bitterness that brings a curse.
20
ואת ארי סטית בר מבעליך וארי אסתאבת ויהב גבר ביך ית שכבתיה בר מבעליך:
mbelyk br shkbthyh yth byk gbr wyhb asthabth wary mbelyk br sTyth ary wath
But if you have gone astray, being under your husband’s authority, and if you are defiled, and some man has lain with you besides your husband—”

ויומי כהנא ית אתתא במומתא דלוטא ויימר כהנא לאתתא יהב יי יתיך ללוט ולמומי בגו עמיך בדיהב יי ית ירכיך מסיא וית מעיכי נפיחין:
npykhyn meyky wyth msya yrkyk yth yy bdyhb emyk bgw wlmwmy llwT ythyk yy yhb laththa khna wyymr dlwTa bmwmtha aththa yth khna wywmy
then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall tell the woman, “May Yahweh make you a curse and an oath among your people, when Yahweh allows your thigh to fall away, and your body to swell;

ויעלון מיא מלטטיא האלין במעיכי לאפחא מעין ולאמסאה ירכא ותימר אתתא אמן אמן:
amn amn aththa wthymr yrka wlamsah meyn lapkha bmeyky halyn mlTTya mya wyelwn
and this water that brings a curse will go into your bowels, and make your body swell, and your thigh fall away.” The woman shall say, “Amen, Amen.”

ויכתוב ית לוטיא האלין כהנא בספרא וימחוק למיא מריריא:
mryrya lmya wymkhwq bspra khna halyn lwTya yth wykthwb
“‘The priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall wipe them into the water of bitterness.
24
וישקי ית אתתא ית מיא מריריא מלטטיא ויעלון בה מיא מלטטיא למרירו:
lmryrw mlTTya mya bh wyelwn mlTTya mryrya mya yth aththa yth wyshqy
He shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse; and the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.
25
ויסב כהנא מידא דאתתא ית מנחת קנאתא וירים ית מנחתא קדם יי ויקרב יתה למדבחא:
lmdbkha ythh wyqrb yy qdm mnkhtha yth wyrym qnatha mnkhth yth daththa myda khna wysb
The priest shall take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the meal offering before Yahweh, and bring it to the altar.

ויקמוץ כהנא מן מנחתא ית אדכרתה ויסק למדבחא ובתר כן ישקי ית אתתא ית מיא:
mya yth aththa yth yshqy kn wbthr lmdbkha wysq adkrthh yth mnkhtha mn khna wyqmwts
The priest shall take a handful of the meal offering, as its memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.

וישקנה ית מיא ותהי אם אסתאבת ושקרת שקר בבעלה ויעלון בה מיא מלטטיא למרירו ויפחון מעהא ותתמסי ירכה ותהי אתתא ללוט בגו עמה:
emh bgw llwT aththa wthhy yrkh wththmsy meha wypkhwn lmryrw mlTTya mya bh wyelwn bbelh shqr wshqrth asthabth am wthhy mya yth wyshqnh
When he has made her drink the water, then it shall happen, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causes the curse will enter into her and become bitter, and her body will swell, and her thigh will fall away; and the woman will be a curse among her people.
28
ואם לא אסתאבת אתתא ודכיאה היא ותפוק זכאה ותעדי עדוי:
edwy wthedy zkah wthpwq hya wdkyah aththa asthabth la wam
If the woman isn’t defiled, but is clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive offspring.
29
דא אוריתא דקנאתא די תסטי אתתא בר מבעלה ותסתאב:
wthsthab mbelh br aththa thsTy dy dqnatha awrytha da
“‘This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goes astray, and is defiled,

או גבר די תעבר עלוהי רוח קנאה ויקני ית אתתה ויקם ית אתתא קדם יי ויעבד לה כהנא ית כל אוריתא הדא:
hda awrytha kl yth khna lh wyebd yy qdm aththa yth wyqm aththh yth wyqny qnah rwkh elwhy thebr dy gbr aw
or when the spirit of jealousy comes on a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then he shall set the woman before Yahweh, and the priest shall execute on her all this law.
