פקיד ית בני ישראל וישלחון מן משריתא כל דסגיר וכל דדאב וכל דמסאב לטמי נפשא דאנשא:
pqyd yth bny yshral wyshlkhwn mn mshrytha kl dsgyr wkl ddab wkl dmsab lTmy npsha dansha
“Command the children of Israel that they put out of the camp every leper, everyone who has a discharge, and whoever is unclean by a corpse.

מדכר עד נוקבא תשלחון למברא למשריתא תשלחנון ולא יסאבון ית משריתהון די שכנתי שריא ביניהון:
mdkr ed nwqba thshlkhwn lmbra lmshrytha thshlkhnwn wla ysabwn yth mshrythhwn dy shknthy shrya bynyhwn
You shall put both male and female outside of the camp so that they don’t defile their camp, in the midst of which I dwell.”

ועבדו כן בני ישראל ושלחו יתהון למברא למשריתא כמא די מליל יי עם משה כן עבדו בני ישראל:
webdw kn bny yshral wshlkhw ythhwn lmbra lmshrytha kma dy mlyl yy em mshh kn ebdw bny yshral
The children of Israel did so, and put them outside of the camp; as Yahweh spoke to Moses, so the children of Israel did.

מלל עם בני ישראל גבר או אתתא ארי יעבדון מכל חובי אנשא לשקרא שקר קדם יי ויחוב אנשא ההוא:
mll em bny yshral gbr aw aththa ary yebdwn mkl khwby ansha lshqra shqr qdm yy wykhwb ansha hhwa
“Speak to the children of Israel: ‘When a man or woman commits any sin that men commit, so as to trespass against Yahweh, and that soul is guilty,

ויודון ית חוביהון די עבדו ויתב ית חובתיה ברישיה וחמשיה יוסף עלוהי ויתן לדחב ליה:
wywdwn yth khwbyhwn dy ebdw wythb yth khwbthyh bryshyh wkhmshyh ywsp elwhy wythn ldkhb lyh
then he shall confess his sin which he has done; and he shall make restitution for his guilt in full, add to it the fifth part of it, and give it to him in respect of whom he has been guilty.

ואם לית לגבר פריק לאתבא חובתא ליה חובתא דמתב קדם יי לכהנא בר מדכר כפוריא די יכפר ביה עלוהי:
wam lyth lgbr pryq lathba khwbtha lyh khwbtha dmthb qdm yy lkhna br mdkr kpwrya dy ykpr byh elwhy
But if the man has no kinsman to whom restitution may be made for the guilt, the restitution for guilt which is made to Yahweh shall be the priest’s, in addition to the ram of the atonement, by which atonement shall be made for him.

וכל אפרשותא לכל קודשיא דבני ישראל די יקרבון לכהנא דליה יהא:
wkl aprshwtha lkl qwdshya dbny yshral dy yqrbwn lkhna dlyh yha
Every heave offering of all the holy things of the children of Israel, which they present to the priest, shall be his.

וגבר ית מעשר קודשיה דליה יהון גבר דיתן לכהנא דליה יהא:
wgbr yth meshr qwdshyh dlyh yhwn gbr dythn lkhna dlyh yha
Every man’s holy things shall be his; whatever any man gives the priest, it shall be his.’”

מלל עם בני ישראל ותימר להון גבר גבר ארי תסטי אתתיה ותשקר ביה שקר:
mll em bny yshral wthymr lhwn gbr gbr ary thsTy aththyh wthshqr byh shqr
“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them: ‘If any man’s wife goes astray and is unfaithful to him,

וישכב גבר יתה שכבת זרעא ויהי מכסא מעיני בעלה ומטמרא והיא מסאבא וסהיד לית בה והיא לא אתחדת:
wyshkb gbr ythh shkbth zrea wyhy mksa meyny belh wmTmra whya msaba wshyd lyth bh whya la athkhdth
and a man lies with her carnally, and it is hidden from the eyes of her husband and this is kept concealed, and she is defiled, there is no witness against her, and she isn’t taken in the act;

ויעבר עלוהי רוח קנאה ויקני ית אתתיה והיא מסאבא או עבר עלוהי רוח קנאה ויקני ית אתתיה והיא לא מסאבא:
wyebr elwhy rwkh qnah wyqny yth aththyh whya msaba aw ebr elwhy rwkh qnah wyqny yth aththyh whya la msaba
and the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she is defiled; or if the spirit of jealousy comes on him, and he is jealous of his wife and she isn’t defiled;

וייתי גברא ית אתתיה לות כהנא וייתי ית קרבנה עלה חד מן עסרא בתלת סאין קמחא שערין לא יריק עלוהי משחא ולא יתן עלוהי לבנתא ארי מנחת קנאתא הוא מנחת דוכרנא מדכרת חובא:
wyythy gbra yth aththyh lwth khna wyythy yth qrbnh elh khd mn esra bthlth sayn qmkha sheryn la yryq elwhy mshkha wla ythn elwhy lbntha ary mnkhth qnatha hwa mnkhth dwkrna mdkrth khwba
then the man shall bring his wife to the priest, and shall bring her offering for her: one tenth of an ephah of barley meal. He shall pour no oil on it, nor put frankincense on it, for it is a meal offering of jealousy, a meal offering of memorial, bringing iniquity to memory.

ויקרב יתה כהנא ויקימנה קדם יי:
wyqrb ythh khna wyqymnh qdm yy
The priest shall bring her near, and set her before Yahweh.
17
ויסב כהנא מי כיור במן דחסף ומן עפרא די יהי ביסודי משכנא יסב כהנא ויתן למיא:
wysb khna my kywr bmn dkhsp wmn epra dy yhy byswdy mshkna ysb khna wythn lmya
The priest shall take holy water in an earthen vessel; and the priest shall take some of the dust that is on the floor of the tabernacle and put it into the water.

ויקים כהנא ית אתתא קדם יי ויפרע ית רישא דאתתא ויהב על ידהא ית מנחת דוכרנא מנחת קנאתא היא ובידא דכהנא יהון מיא מריריא מלטטיא:
wyqym khna yth aththa qdm yy wypre yth rysha daththa wyhb el ydha yth mnkhth dwkrna mnkhth qnatha hya wbyda dkhna yhwn mya mryrya mlTTya
The priest shall set the woman before Yahweh, and let the hair of the woman’s head go loose, and put the meal offering of memorial in her hands, which is the meal offering of jealousy. The priest shall have in his hand the water of bitterness that brings a curse.

ויומי יתה כהנא ויימר לאתתא אם לא שכיב גבר יתיך ואם לא סטית לאסתאבא בר מבעליך הוי זכאה ממיא מריריא מלטטיא האלין:
wywmy ythh khna wyymr laththa am la shkyb gbr ythyk wam la sTyth lasthaba br mbelyk hwy zkah mmya mryrya mlTTya halyn
The priest shall cause her to take an oath and shall tell the woman, “If no man has lain with you, and if you haven’t gone aside to uncleanness, being under your husband’s authority, be free from this water of bitterness that brings a curse.
20
ואת ארי סטית בר מבעליך וארי אסתאבת ויהב גבר ביך ית שכבתיה בר מבעליך:
wath ary sTyth br mbelyk wary asthabth wyhb gbr byk yth shkbthyh br mbelyk
But if you have gone astray, being under your husband’s authority, and if you are defiled, and some man has lain with you besides your husband—”

ויומי כהנא ית אתתא במומתא דלוטא ויימר כהנא לאתתא יהב יי יתיך ללוט ולמומי בגו עמיך בדיהב יי ית ירכיך מסיא וית מעיכי נפיחין:
wywmy khna yth aththa bmwmtha dlwTa wyymr khna laththa yhb yy ythyk llwT wlmwmy bgw emyk bdyhb yy yth yrkyk msya wyth meyky npykhyn
then the priest shall cause the woman to swear with the oath of cursing, and the priest shall tell the woman, “May Yahweh make you a curse and an oath among your people, when Yahweh allows your thigh to fall away, and your body to swell;

ויעלון מיא מלטטיא האלין במעיכי לאפחא מעין ולאמסאה ירכא ותימר אתתא אמן אמן:
wyelwn mya mlTTya halyn bmeyky lapkha meyn wlamsah yrka wthymr aththa amn amn
and this water that brings a curse will go into your bowels, and make your body swell, and your thigh fall away.” The woman shall say, “Amen, Amen.”

ויכתוב ית לוטיא האלין כהנא בספרא וימחוק למיא מריריא:
wykthwb yth lwTya halyn khna bspra wymkhwq lmya mryrya
“‘The priest shall write these curses in a book, and he shall wipe them into the water of bitterness.
24
וישקי ית אתתא ית מיא מריריא מלטטיא ויעלון בה מיא מלטטיא למרירו:
wyshqy yth aththa yth mya mryrya mlTTya wyelwn bh mya mlTTya lmryrw
He shall make the woman drink the water of bitterness that causes the curse; and the water that causes the curse shall enter into her and become bitter.
25
ויסב כהנא מידא דאתתא ית מנחת קנאתא וירים ית מנחתא קדם יי ויקרב יתה למדבחא:
wysb khna myda daththa yth mnkhth qnatha wyrym yth mnkhtha qdm yy wyqrb ythh lmdbkha
The priest shall take the meal offering of jealousy out of the woman’s hand, and shall wave the meal offering before Yahweh, and bring it to the altar.
26
ויקמוץ כהנא מן מנחתא ית אדכרתה ויסק למדבחא ובתר כן ישקי ית אתתא ית מיא:
wyqmwts khna mn mnkhtha yth adkrthh wysq lmdbkha wbthr kn yshqy yth aththa yth mya
The priest shall take a handful of the meal offering, as its memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, and afterward shall make the woman drink the water.
27
וישקנה ית מיא ותהי אם אסתאבת ושקרת שקר בבעלה ויעלון בה מיא מלטטיא למרירו ויפחון מעהא ותתמסי ירכה ותהי אתתא ללוט בגו עמה:
wyshqnh yth mya wthhy am asthabth wshqrth shqr bbelh wyelwn bh mya mlTTya lmryrw wypkhwn meha wththmsy yrkh wthhy aththa llwT bgw emh
When he has made her drink the water, then it shall happen, if she is defiled and has committed a trespass against her husband, that the water that causes the curse will enter into her and become bitter, and her body will swell, and her thigh will fall away; and the woman will be a curse among her people.
28
ואם לא אסתאבת אתתא ודכיאה היא ותפוק זכאה ותעדי עדוי:
wam la asthabth aththa wdkyah hya wthpwq zkah wthedy edwy
If the woman isn’t defiled, but is clean; then she shall be free, and shall conceive offspring.
29
דא אוריתא דקנאתא די תסטי אתתא בר מבעלה ותסתאב:
da awrytha dqnatha dy thsTy aththa br mbelh wthsthab
“‘This is the law of jealousy, when a wife, being under her husband, goes astray, and is defiled,
30
או גבר די תעבר עלוהי רוח קנאה ויקני ית אתתה ויקם ית אתתא קדם יי ויעבד לה כהנא ית כל אוריתא הדא:
aw gbr dy thebr elwhy rwkh qnah wyqny yth aththh wyqm yth aththa qdm yy wyebd lh khna yth kl awrytha hda
or when the spirit of jealousy comes on a man, and he is jealous of his wife; then he shall set the woman before Yahweh, and the priest shall execute on her all this law.
31
ויהי זכאה גברא מחובא ואתתא ההיא תקבל ית חובה:
wyhy zkah gbra mkhwba waththa hhya thqbl yth khwbh
The man shall be free from iniquity, and that woman shall bear her iniquity.’”
