“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you have come into the land of your habitations, which I give to you,

ותעבדון קרבנא קדם יי עלתא או נכסת קודשיא לאפרשא נדרא או בנדבתא או במועדיכון למעבד לאתקבלא ברעוא קדם יי מן תורי או מן ענא:
wthebdwn qrbna qdm yy eltha aw nksth qwdshya laprsha ndra aw bndbtha aw bmwedykwn lmebd lathqbla brewa qdm yy mn thwry aw mn ena
and will make an offering by fire to Yahweh—a burnt offering, or a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or as a free will offering, or in your set feasts, to make a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, of the herd, or of the flock—

ויקרב דמקרב קרבניה קדם יי מנחתא סלתא עשרונא דפילא ברבעות הינא משחא:
wyqrb dmqrb qrbnyh qdm yy mnkhtha sltha eshrwna dpyla brbewth hyna mshkha
then he who offers his offering shall offer to Yahweh a meal offering of one tenth of an ephah of fine flour mixed with one fourth of a hin of oil.

וחמרא לנסכא רבעות הינא תעבד על עלתא או לנכסת קודשיא לאמרא חד:
wkhmra lnska rbewth hyna thebd el eltha aw lnksth qwdshya lamra khd
You shall prepare wine for the drink offering, one fourth of a hin, with the burnt offering or for the sacrifice, for each lamb.

או לדכרא תעבד מנחתא סלתא תרין עשרונין דפילא במשח תלתות הינא:
aw ldkra thebd mnkhtha sltha thryn eshrwnyn dpyla bmshkh thlthwth hyna
“‘For a ram, you shall prepare for a meal offering two tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with the third part of a hin of oil;

וחמרא לנסכא תלתות הינא תקרב לאתקבלא ברעוא קדם יי:
wkhmra lnska thlthwth hyna thqrb lathqbla brewa qdm yy
and for the drink offering you shall offer the third part of a hin of wine, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

וארי תעבד בר תורי עלתא או נכסת קודשיא לפרשא נדרא או נכסת קודשיא קדם יי:
wary thebd br thwry eltha aw nksth qwdshya lprsha ndra aw nksth qwdshya qdm yy
When you prepare a bull for a burnt offering or for a sacrifice, to accomplish a vow, or for peace offerings to Yahweh,

ויקרב על בר תורי מנחתא סלתא תלתא עשרונין דפילא במשח פלגות הינא:
wyqrb el br thwry mnkhtha sltha thltha eshrwnyn dpyla bmshkh plgwth hyna
then he shall offer with the bull a meal offering of three tenths of an ephah of fine flour mixed with half a hin of oil;

וחמרא תקרב לנסכא פלגות הינא קרבן דמתקבל ברעוא קדם יי:
wkhmra thqrb lnska plgwth hyna qrbn dmthqbl brewa qdm yy
and you shall offer for the drink offering half a hin of wine, for an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

כדין יתעבד לתורא חד או לדכרא חד או לאמר באמריא או בעזיא:
kdyn ythebd lthwra khd aw ldkra khd aw lamr bamrya aw bezya
Thus it shall be done for each bull, for each ram, for each of the male lambs, or of the young goats.
12
כמנין די תעבדון כדין תעבדון לחד כמנינהון:
kmnyn dy thebdwn kdyn thebdwn lkhd kmnynhwn
According to the number that you shall prepare, so you shall do to everyone according to their number.
13
כל יציבא יעבד כדין ית אלין לקרבא קרבן דמתקבל ברעוא קדם יי:
kl ytsyba yebd kdyn yth alyn lqrba qrbn dmthqbl brewa qdm yy
“‘All who are native-born shall do these things in this way, in offering an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

וארי יתגיר עמכון גיורא או די ביניכון לדריכון ויעבד קרבן דמתקבל ברעוא קדם יי כמא די תעבדון כן יעבד:
wary ythgyr emkwn gywra aw dy bynykwn ldrykwn wyebd qrbn dmthqbl brewa qdm yy kma dy thebdwn kn yebd
If a stranger lives as a foreigner with you, or whoever may be among you throughout your generations, and will offer an offering made by fire, of a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, as you do, so he shall do.

קהלא קימא חד לכון ולגיורא דיתגיר קים עלם לדריכון כותכון כגיורא יהי קדם יי:
qhla qyma khd lkwn wlgywra dythgyr qym elm ldrykwn kwthkwn kgywra yhy qdm yy
For the assembly, there shall be one statute for you and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner, a statute forever throughout your generations. As you are, so the foreigner shall be before Yahweh.

אוריתא חדא ודינא חד יהי לכון ולגיורא דיתגיר עמכון:
awrytha khda wdyna khd yhy lkwn wlgywra dythgyr emkwn
One law and one ordinance shall be for you and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner with you.’”

מלל עם בני ישראל ותימר להון במעלכון לארעא די אנא מעל יתכון לתמן:
mll em bny yshral wthymr lhwn bmelkwn larea dy ana mel ythkwn lthmn
“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them, ‘When you come into the land where I bring you,

ויהי במיכלכון מלחמא דארעא תפרשון אפרשותא קדם יי:
wyhy bmyklkwn mlkhma darea thprshwn aprshwtha qdm yy
then it shall be that when you eat of the bread of the land, you shall offer up a wave offering to Yahweh.
20
ריש אצותכון חלתא תפרשון אפרשותא כמא די מפרשין מן אדרא כן תפרשון יתה:
rysh atswthkwn khltha thprshwn aprshwtha kma dy mprshyn mn adra kn thprshwn ythh
Of the first of your dough you shall offer up a cake for a wave offering. As the wave offering of the threshing floor, so you shall heave it.

מריש אצותכון תתנון קדם יי אפרשותא לדריכון:
mrysh atswthkwn ththnwn qdm yy aprshwtha ldrykwn
Of the first of your dough, you shall give to Yahweh a wave offering throughout your generations.
22
וארי תשתלון ולא תעבדון ית כל פקודיא האלין די מליל יי עם משה:
wary thshthlwn wla thebdwn yth kl pqwdya halyn dy mlyl yy em mshh
“‘When you err, and don’t observe all these commandments which Yahweh has spoken to Moses—
23
ית כל די פקיד יי יתכון בידא דמשה מן יומא די פקיד יי ולהלא לדריכון:
yth kl dy pqyd yy ythkwn byda dmshh mn ywma dy pqyd yy wlhla ldrykwn
even all that Yahweh has commanded you by Moses, from the day that Yahweh gave commandment and onward throughout your generations—

ויהי אם מעיני כנשתא אתעבדת לשלו ויעבדון כל כנשתא תור בר תורי חד לעלתא לאתקבלא ברעוא קדם יי ומנחתיה ונסכיה כדחזי וצפיר בר עזי חד לחטאתא:
wyhy am meyny knshtha athebdth lshlw wyebdwn kl knshtha thwr br thwry khd leltha lathqbla brewa qdm yy wmnkhthyh wnskyh kdkhzy wtspyr br ezy khd lkhTatha
then it shall be, if it was done unwittingly, without the knowledge of the congregation, that all the congregation shall offer one young bull for a burnt offering, for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh, with its meal offering and its drink offering, according to the ordinance, and one male goat for a sin offering.

ויכפר כהנא על כל כנשתא דבני ישראל וישתבק להון ארי שלותא היא ואנון איתיאו ית קרבנהון קרבנא קדם יי וחובתהון קדם יי על שלותהון:
wykpr khna el kl knshtha dbny yshral wyshthbq lhwn ary shlwtha hya wanwn aythyaw yth qrbnhwn qrbna qdm yy wkhwbthhwn qdm yy el shlwthhwn
The priest shall make atonement for all the congregation of the children of Israel, and they shall be forgiven; for it was an error, and they have brought their offering, an offering made by fire to Yahweh, and their sin offering before Yahweh, for their error.
26
וישתבק לכל כנשתא דבני ישראל ולגיורא דיתגיר ביניהון ארי לכל עמא בשלותא:
wyshthbq lkl knshtha dbny yshral wlgywra dythgyr bynyhwn ary lkl ema bshlwtha
All the congregation of the children of Israel shall be forgiven, as well as the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them; for with regard to all the people, it was done unwittingly.
27
ואם אנש חד יחוב בשלו ויקרב עזא בת שתה לחטאתא:
wam ansh khd ykhwb bshlw wyqrb eza bth shthh lkhTatha
“‘If a person sins unwittingly, then he shall offer a female goat a year old for a sin offering.
28
ויכפר כהנא על אנש דאשתלי במחביה בשלו קדם יי לכפרא עלוהי וישתבק ליה:
wykpr khna el ansh dashthly bmkhbyh bshlw qdm yy lkpra elwhy wyshthbq lyh
The priest shall make atonement for the soul who errs when he sins unwittingly before Yahweh. He shall make atonement for him; and he shall be forgiven.
29
יציבא בבני ישראל ולגיורא דיתגיר ביניהון אוריתא חדא יהי לכון לדיעבד בשלו
ytsyba bbny yshral wlgywra dythgyr bynyhwn awrytha khda yhy lkwn ldyebd bshlw
You shall have one law for him who does anything unwittingly, for him who is native-born among the children of Israel, and for the stranger who lives as a foreigner among them.
30
ואנש דיעבד בריש גלי מן יציביא ומן גיוריא קדם יי הוא מרגז וישתצי אנשא ההיא מגו עמיה:
wansh dyebd brysh gly mn ytsybya wmn gywrya qdm yy hwa mrgz wyshthtsy ansha hhya mgw emyh
“‘But the soul who does anything with a high hand, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, blasphemes Yahweh. That soul shall be cut off from among his people.
31
ארי על מימרא דיי בסר וית פקודוהי אשני אשתצאה תשתצי אנשא ההיא חובה בה:
ary el mymra dyy bsr wyth pqwdwhy ashny ashthtsah thshthtsy ansha hhya khwbh bh
Because he has despised Yahweh’s word, and has broken his commandment, that soul shall be utterly cut off. His iniquity shall be on him.’”
32
והוו בני ישראל במדברא ואשכחו גברא כד מגבב אעין ביומא דשבתא:
whww bny yshral bmdbra washkkhw gbra kd mgbb aeyn bywma dshbtha
While the children of Israel were in the wilderness, they found a man gathering sticks on the Sabbath day.
33
וקריבו יתיה דאשכחו יתיה כד מגבב אעין לות משה ולות אהרן ולות כל כנשתא:
wqrybw ythyh dashkkhw ythyh kd mgbb aeyn lwth mshh wlwth ahrn wlwth kl knshtha
Those who found him gathering sticks brought him to Moses and Aaron, and to all the congregation.
34
ואסרו יתיה בבית מטרא ארי לא אתפרש להון מה דיעבדון ליה:
wasrw ythyh bbyth mTra ary la athprsh lhwn mh dyebdwn lyh
They put him in custody, because it had not been declared what should be done to him.
35
ואמר יי למשה אתקטלא יתקטל גברא מרגם יתיה באבניא כל כנשתא מברא למשריתא:
wamr yy lmshh athqTla ythqTl gbra mrgm ythyh babnya kl knshtha mbra lmshrytha
Yahweh said to Moses, “The man shall surely be put to death. All the congregation shall stone him with stones outside of the camp.”
36
ואפיקו יתיה כל כנשתא למברא למשריתא ורגמו יתיה באבניא ומית כמא די פקיד יי ית משה:
wapyqw ythyh kl knshtha lmbra lmshrytha wrgmw ythyh babnya wmyth kma dy pqyd yy yth mshh
All the congregation brought him outside of the camp, and stoned him to death with stones, as Yahweh commanded Moses.
38
מלל עם בני ישראל ותימר להון ויעבדון להון כרוספדין על כנפי כסותהון לדריהון ויתנון על כרוספדא דכנפא חוטא דתכלתא:
mll em bny yshral wthymr lhwn wyebdwn lhwn krwspdyn el knpy kswthhwn ldryhwn wythnwn el krwspda dknpa khwTa dthkltha
“Speak to the children of Israel, and tell them that they should make themselves fringes on the borders of their garments throughout their generations, and that they put on the fringe of each border a cord of blue.

ויהון לכון לכרוספדין ותחזון יתיה ותדכרון ית כל פקודיא דיי ותעבדון יתהון ולא תטעון בתר הרהור לבכון ובתר חיזו עיניכון די אתון טען בתריהון:
wyhwn lkwn lkrwspdyn wthkhzwn ythyh wthdkrwn yth kl pqwdya dyy wthebdwn ythhwn wla thTewn bthr hrhwr lbkwn wbthr khyzw eynykwn dy athwn Ten bthryhwn
It shall be to you for a fringe, that you may see it, and remember all Yahweh’s commandments, and do them; and that you don’t follow your own heart and your own eyes, after which you used to play the prostitute;
40
בדיל דתדכרון ותעבדון ית כל פקודי ותהון קדישין קדם אלהכון:
bdyl dthdkrwn wthebdwn yth kl pqwdy wthhwn qdyshyn qdm alhkwn
so that you may remember and do all my commandments, and be holy to your God.
41
אנא יי אלהכון די אפקית יתכון מארעא דמצרים למהוי לכון לאלהא אנא יי אלהכון:
ana yy alhkwn dy apqyth ythkwn marea dmtsrym lmhwy lkwn lalha ana yy alhkwn
I am Yahweh your God, who brought you out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: I am Yahweh your God.”
