מטל כס דלוט לאשקאה ית נינוה מלקדמין אתנבי עלה יונה בר אמתי נביא דמגת חפר ותבת מחובהא וכדו דאוסיפת למחטי תב ואתנבי עלה נחום מבית קושי כמא דכתיב בספרא הדין:

אלהא דין ופורען יי מתפרע יי וסגי חילא קדמוהי עתיד יי לאתפרע מסנאי עמיה וברגז חסין מבעלי דבבוהי:
dbbwhy mbely khsyn wbrgz emyh msnay lathpre yy ethyd qdmwhy khyla wsgy yy mthpre yy wpwren dyn alha
Yahweh is a jealous God and avenges. Yahweh avenges and is full of wrath. Yahweh takes vengeance on his adversaries, and he maintains wrath against his enemies.

יי מרחיק רגז וסגי חילא קדמוהי עתיד יי לאתפרע וסלח לדתיבין לאוריתא לדלא תיבין לא מזכי יי בעלעולא וברוח מדבר וענן אמיטתא כביש קדמוהי:
qdmwhy kbysh amyTtha wenn mdbr wbrwkh belewla yy mzky la thybyn ldla lawrytha ldthybyn wslkh lathpre yy ethyd qdmwhy khyla wsgy rgz mrkhyq yy
Yahweh is slow to anger, and great in power, and will by no means leave the guilty unpunished. Yahweh has his way in the whirlwind and in the storm, and the clouds are the dust of his feet.

דנזיף בימא ומיבש ליה וכל נהרותא מחריב צדי מתנן וכרמלא ואילני לבנן נתרו:
nthrw lbnn waylny wkrmla mthnn tsdy mkhryb nhrwtha wkl lyh wmybsh byma dnzyp
He rebukes the sea and makes it dry, and dries up all the rivers. Bashan and Carmel languish. The flower of Lebanon languishes.

טוריא זעו מן קדמוהי ורמתא אתפרקא וחרוכת ארעא מן קדמוהי ותבל וכל דיתבין בה:
bh dythbyn wkl wthbl qdmwhy mn area wkhrwkth athprqa wrmtha qdmwhy mn zew Twrya
The mountains quake before him, and the hills melt away. The earth trembles at his presence, yes, the world, and all who dwell in it.

כד אתגלי ברחמתא למתן אוריתא לעמיה כן זע עלמא מן קדמוהי בכן כד אתגלי ברגז לאתפרע מסנאי עמיה קדם פורענותיה מן יקום ומן יסובר באבאשות רוגזיה רוגזיה כאשתא ממסי וטינריא אתפרקן מן קדמוהי:
qdmwhy mn athprqn wTynrya mmsy kashtha rwgzyh rwgzyh babashwth yswbr wmn yqwm mn pwrenwthyh qdm emyh msnay lathpre brgz athgly kd bkn qdmwhy mn elma ze kn lemyh awrytha lmthn brkhmtha athgly kd
Who can stand before his indignation? Who can endure the fierceness of his anger? His wrath is poured out like fire, and the rocks are broken apart by him.

טב יי לישראל לאסתמכא עלוהי בעדן עקא וגלי קדמוהי דרחיצין על מימרה:
mymrh el drkhytsyn qdmwhy wgly eqa bedn elwhy lasthmka lyshral yy Tb
Yahweh is good, a stronghold in the day of trouble; and he knows those who take refuge in him.

וברגז חסין ובחימא תקיפא גמירא יעביד עם עממיא דקמו ואחריבו ית בית מקדשא דיי ובעלי דבבוהי ימסר לגהינם:
lghynm ymsr dbbwhy wbely dyy mqdsha byth yth wakhrybw dqmw emmya em yebyd gmyra thqypa wbkhyma khsyn wbrgz
But with an overflowing flood, he will make a full end of her place, and will pursue his enemies into darkness.

עממיא דבזו ית ישראל מא אתון חשבין קדם יי גמירא הוא עתיד למעבד עמכון לא תתקים עליכון בבית ישראל תרתין זמנין רוח בתר עקא:
eqa bthr rwkh zmnyn thrthyn yshral bbyth elykwn ththqym la emkwn lmebd ethyd hwa gmyra yy qdm khshbyn athwn ma yshral yth dbzw emmya
What do you plot against Yahweh? He will make a full end. Affliction won’t rise up the second time.

ארי שלטוני עממיא דבזו ית בית ישראל וכמא דטען בחמרא אטעיאונון שיציאונון כמא דמשציא אשתא בקשא יבישא סגי:
sgy ybysha bqsha ashtha dmshtsya kma shytsyawnwn aTeyawnwn bkhmra dTen wkma yshral byth yth dbzw emmya shlTwny ary
For entangled like thorns, and drunken as with their drink, they are consumed utterly like dry stubble.

מניך נינוה נפק מלכא דחשיב על עמיה דיי בישא דמלך מלך דרשע:
drshe mlk dmlk bysha dyy emyh el dkhshyb mlka npq nynwh mnyk
One has gone out of you who devises evil against Yahweh, who counsels wickedness.

כדנן אמר יי אם יהון שלימין בעיצה וסגיאין באתמניותא עממיא דמתכנשין לאעקא ליך ירושלם ויגוזון ית דגלת ויעברון ית פרת וייתון לעניותך ודשעבדתיך לא אשעבדנך עוד:
ewd ashebdnk la wdshebdthyk lenywthk wyythwn prth yth wyebrwn dglth yth wygwzwn yrwshlm lyk laeqa dmthknshyn emmya bathmnywtha wsgyayn beytsh shlymyn yhwn am yy amr kdnn
Yahweh says: “Though they are in full strength and likewise many, even so they will be cut down and pass away. Though I have afflicted you, I will afflict you no more.

וכען אתבר ניר עממיא מצוריכון וחנקיכון אפסיק:
apsyq wkhnqykwn mtswrykwn emmya nyr athbr wken
Now I will break his yoke from off you, and will burst your bonds apart.”

ויפקיד עלך יי את מלכא דאתור ולא יהי דכרן משמך עוד מבית טעותך אשיצי צלם ומתכא תמן אשוי קברך ארי קלילא דא קדמי:
qdmy da qlyla ary qbrk ashwy thmn wmthka tslm ashytsy Tewthk mbyth ewd mshmk dkrn yhy wla dathwr mlka ath yy elk wypqyd
Yahweh has commanded concerning you: “No more descendants will bear your name. Out of the house of your gods, I will cut off the engraved image and the molten image. I will make your grave, for you are vile.”
