שמעו כען ית דיי אמר קום דון עם טוריא וישמען רמתא קלך:
qlk rmtha wyshmen Twrya em dwn qwm amr dyy yth ken shmew
Listen now to what Yahweh says: “Arise, plead your case before the mountains, and let the hills hear what you have to say.

שמעו טוריא ית דיניא דיי ועקריא מיסודי ארעא ארי דינא קדם יי עם עמיה ועם ישראל עביד תוכחה:
thwkkhh ebyd yshral wem emyh em yy qdm dyna ary area myswdy weqrya dyy dynya yth Twrya shmew
Hear, you mountains, Yahweh’s indictment, and you enduring foundations of the earth; for Yahweh has a case against his people, and he will contend with Israel.

עמי מה טבא אמרית למעבד לך ולא עבידת או מרועא קשיא אסגיתי עלך אסהיד בי:
by ashyd elk asgythy qshya mrwea aw ebydth wla lk lmebd amryth Tba mh emy
My people, what have I done to you? How have I burdened you? Answer me!

ארי אסיקתך מארעא דמצרים ומבית עבדותא פרקתך ושלחית קדמך תלתא נביין משה לאלפא מסירת דינין אהרן לכפרא על עמא ומרים לאוראה לנשיא:
lnshya lawrah wmrym ema el lkpra ahrn dynyn msyrth lalpa mshh nbyyn thltha qdmk wshlkhyth prqthk ebdwtha wmbyth dmtsrym marea asyqthk ary
For I brought you up out of the land of Egypt, and redeemed you out of the house of bondage. I sent before you Moses, Aaron, and Miriam.

עמי אדבר כען מה מלך בלק מלכא דמואב ומה אתיב יתיה בלעם בר בעור הלא גבורן אתעבידא לכון ממישר שטין עד בית גלגלא בדיל למידע זכותא דיי:
dyy zkwtha lmyde bdyl glgla byth ed shTyn mmyshr lkwn athebyda gbwrn hla bewr br blem ythyh athyb wmh dmwab mlka blq mlk mh ken adbr emy
My people, remember now what Balak king of Moab devised, and what Balaam the son of Beor answered him from Shittim to Gilgal, that you may know the righteous acts of Yahweh.”

במה אפלח קדם יי אשתעבד לאלהא דשכנתה בשמה מרומא האפלח קדמוהי בעלון בעגלין בני שנא:
shna bny beglyn belwn qdmwhy haplkh mrwma bshmh dshknthh lalha ashthebd yy qdm aplkh bmh
How shall I come before Yahweh, and bow myself before the exalted God? Shall I come before him with burnt offerings, with calves a year old?

היתרעי יי באלפי דכרין ברבבת נחלין דמשח האתן בוכרי חלף חובי חבוב מעי חלף חטאי נפשי:
npshy khTay khlp mey khbwb khwby khlp bwkry hathn dmshkh nkhlyn brbbth dkryn balpy yy hythrey
Will Yahweh be pleased with thousands of rams? With tens of thousands of rivers of oil? Shall I give my firstborn for my disobedience? The fruit of my body for the sin of my soul?

היחוה לך אנשא מה טב ומה יי תבע מנך אלהין למעבד דין דקשוט ולמרחם גמילות חסדא והוי צניע להלכא בדחלתא דאלהך:
dalhk bdkhltha lhlka tsnye whwy khsda gmylwth wlmrkhm dqshwT dyn lmebd alhyn mnk thbe yy wmh Tb mh ansha lk hykhwh
He has shown you, O man, what is good. What does Yahweh require of you, but to act justly, to love mercy, and to walk humbly with your God?

קל נבייא דיי על קרתא מכלן ומלפיא דחלין לשמא שמע מלכא ושלטונא ושאר עמא דארעא:
darea ema wshar wshlTwna mlka shme lshma dkhlyn wmlpya mkln qrtha el dyy nbyya ql
Yahweh’s voice calls to the city— and wisdom fears your name— “Listen to the rod, and he who appointed it.

עוד האית בית רשיעא אוצרין דרשע ומכילן דשקר מיתין לוט:
lwT mythyn dshqr wmkyln drshe awtsryn rshyea byth hayth ewd
Are there yet treasures of wickedness in the house of the wicked, and a short ephah that is accursed?

היזכון במזנון דרשע ובכיס דביה מתקלין רברבין ודעדקין:
wdedqyn rbrbyn mthqlyn dbyh wbkys drshe bmznwn hyzkwn
Shall I tolerate dishonest scales, and a bag of deceitful weights?

דעתיראה מלן אוצריהון חטוף ויתבהא ממללין שקר ולישנהון נכלין בפומהון:
bpwmhwn nklyn wlyshnhwn shqr mmllyn wythbha khTwp awtsryhwn mln dethyrah
Her rich men are full of violence, her inhabitants speak lies, and their tongue is deceitful in their speech.

ואף אנא איתיתי עלך מרע ומחא אצדינך על דחטתא:
dkhTtha el atsdynk wmkha mre elk aythythy ana wap
Therefore I also have struck you with a grievous wound. I have made you desolate because of your sins.

את תיכול ולא תסבע ויהי לך למרע במעך ותדביק ולא תשיזיב ודי תשיזיב לחרבא אמסר:
amsr lkhrba thshyzyb wdy thshyzyb wla wthdbyq bmek lmre lk wyhy thsbe wla thykwl ath
You shall eat, but not be satisfied. Your hunger will be within you. You will store up, but not save, and that which you save I will give up to the sword.

את תזרע ולא תחצוד את תבדר זיתין ולא תשוף משח ותעצר ענבין ולא תשתי חמר:
khmr thshthy wla enbyn wthetsr mshkh thshwp wla zythyn thbdr ath thkhtswd wla thzre ath
You will sow, but won’t reap. You will tread the olives, but won’t anoint yourself with oil; and crush grapes, but won’t drink the wine.

ועל די נטרתון גזירת בית עמרי ועבדתון עובדי בית אחאב והלכתון בנימוסיהון בדיל לממסר יתך לצדו ויתבאה לאשתממו וחסידי עמי תקבלון:
thqblwn emy wkhsydy lashthmmw wythbah ltsdw ythk lmmsr bdyl bnymwsyhwn whlkthwn akhab byth ewbdy webdthwn emry byth gzyrth nTrthwn dy wel
For the statutes of Omri are kept, and all the works of Ahab’s house. You walk in their counsels, that I may make you a ruin, and your inhabitants a hissing. You will bear the reproach of my people.”
