פתגם נבואה מן קדם יי די הוה עם מיכה ממרשה ביומי יותם אחז יחזקיה מלכיא דבית יהודה דאתנבי על שמרון וירושלם:
wyrwshlm shmrwn el dathnby yhwdh dbyth mlkya ykhzqyh akhz ywthm bywmy mmrshh mykh em hwh dy yy qdm mn nbwah pthgm
Yahweh’s word that came to Micah of Morasheth in the days of Jotham, Ahaz, and Hezekiah, kings of Judah, which he saw concerning Samaria and Jerusalem.

שמעו עממיא כולהון אציתי ארעא ומלהא ויהי מימרא דיי אלהים בכון לסהיד יי מהיכלא דקודשיה:
dqwdshyh mhykla yy lshyd bkwn alhym dyy mymra wyhy wmlha area atsythy kwlhwn emmya shmew
Hear, you peoples, all of you! Listen, O earth, and all that is therein. Let the Lord Yahweh be witness against you, the Lord from his holy temple.

ארי הא יי מתגלי מאתר בית שכינתיה ויתגלי וירמוס ית תוקפי ארעא:
area thwqpy yth wyrmws wythgly shkynthyh byth mathr mthgly yy ha ary
For behold, Yahweh comes out of his place, and will come down and tread on the high places of the earth.

ויתמסון טוריא תחותוהי ומשריא יתבזעון כשעיתא מן קדם נורא כמיא דאשידין במודרון:
bmwdrwn dashydyn kmya nwra qdm mn ksheytha ythbzewn wmshrya thkhwthwhy Twrya wythmswn
The mountains melt under him, and the valleys split apart like wax before the fire, like waters that are poured down a steep place.

בחובי בית יעקב כל דא ובחטא דבית ישראל היכא חבו דבית יעקב הלא בשמרון והיכא חטו דבית יהודה הלא בירושלם:
byrwshlm hla yhwdh dbyth khTw whyka bshmrwn hla yeqb dbyth khbw hyka yshral dbyth wbkhTa da kl yeqb byth bkhwby
“All this is for the disobedience of Jacob, and for the sins of the house of Israel. What is the disobedience of Jacob? Isn’t it Samaria? And what are the high places of Judah? Aren’t they Jerusalem?

ואשוי שמרון ליגרי חקלן בית צדות מצבת כרם וארמי לחילתא אבנהא ואישהא אגלי:
agly wayshha abnha lkhyltha warmy krm mtsbth tsdwth byth khqln lygry shmrwn washwy
Therefore I will make Samaria like a rubble heap of the field, like places for planting vineyards; and I will pour down its stones into the valley, and I will uncover its foundations.

וכל צלמנהא ידקרון וכל טעותהא יתוקדון בנורא וכל בתי דחלתהא אשוי לצדו ארי מאגר זניתא אתכנשו ולבית פלחי טעותהא יתמסרון:
ythmsrwn Tewthha plkhy wlbyth athknshw znytha magr ary ltsdw ashwy dkhlthha bthy wkl bnwra ythwqdwn Tewthha wkl ydqrwn tslmnha wkl
All her idols will be beaten to pieces, all her temple gifts will be burned with fire, and I will destroy all her images; for of the hire of a prostitute has she gathered them, and to the hire of a prostitute shall they return.”

על דא יספדון וילילון יהכון בשולליא ערטילאין יעבדון מספדא כירודין ואיבלא כבנת נעמין:
nemyn kbnth waybla kyrwdyn mspda yebdwn erTylayn bshwllya yhkwn wylylwn yspdwn da el
For this I will lament and wail. I will go stripped and naked. I will howl like the jackals and mourn like the ostriches.

ארי ממרעא מחתהא ארי מטת עד דבית יהודה קריבת למיעל בתרעי עמי עד ירושלם:
yrwshlm ed emy bthrey lmyel qrybth yhwdh dbyth ed mTth ary mkhthha mmrea ary
For her wounds are incurable; for it has come even to Judah. It reaches to the gate of my people, even to Jerusalem.

בגת לא תחוון מבכא לא תבכון דיתבין בבתיא בעפרא יתפלשון בקיטמא חפו רישיהון:
ryshyhwn khpw bqyTma ythplshwn bepra bbthya dythbyn thbkwn la mbka thkhwwn la bgth
Don’t tell it in Gath. Don’t weep at all. At Beth Ophrah I have rolled myself in the dust.

עברו לכון דיתבין בשפיר גלן עריא ערטילאין בחתין לא יפקון משיזבין יתבי צאנן עבידו לכון מספד במרר על קטילי גבריכון בית צולאי בתי חמדתכון דהויתון אנסין ומקרבין דין לסטר דין בכן יתנסיב מנכון שפר ארעכון:
arekwn shpr mnkwn ythnsyb bkn dyn lsTr dyn wmqrbyn ansyn dhwythwn khmdthkwn bthy tswlay byth gbrykwn qTyly el bmrr mspd lkwn ebydw tsann ythby mshyzbyn ypqwn la bkhthyn erTylayn erya gln bshpyr dythbyn lkwn ebrw
Pass on, inhabitant of Shaphir, in nakedness and shame. The inhabitant of Zaanan won’t come out. The wailing of Beth Ezel will take from you his protection.

ארי דהות יתבא על שפר ארעא ומסברא לטב ומסברא למיסב לאוריתא מה תעבדון ארי נחתת בישתא מן קדם יי למיעל בתרעי ירושלם:
yrwshlm bthrey lmyel yy qdm mn byshtha nkhthth ary thebdwn mh lawrytha lmysb wmsbra lTb wmsbra area shpr el ythba dhwth ary
For the inhabitant of Maroth waits anxiously for good, because evil has come down from Yahweh to the gate of Jerusalem.

טקיסו רתיכיא רמו על רכשא דיתבין בלכיש ריש חובין היא לכנשתא דציון ארי ביך אשתכחו מרודי ישראל:
yshral mrwdy ashthkkhw byk ary dtsywn lknshtha hya khwbyn rysh blkysh dythbyn rksha el rmw rthykya Tqysw
Harness the chariot to the swift steed, inhabitant of Lachish. She was the beginning of sin to the daughter of Zion; for the transgressions of Israel were found in you.

בכן תשדרין קורבנין למחסיני גת בתי אכזיב יתמסרון לעממיא בחובין די פלחו בהון לטעותא מלכי ישראל:
yshral mlky lTewtha bhwn plkhw dy bkhwbyn lemmya ythmsrwn akzyb bthy gth lmkhsyny qwrbnyn thshdryn bkn
Therefore you will give a parting gift to Moresheth Gath. The houses of Achzib will be a deceitful thing to the kings of Israel.

עוד מחסנין איתי עליכון דיתבין במרשה עד עדלם יסקון ויעלון בתחום ארעא דישראל:
dyshral area bthkhwm wyelwn ysqwn edlm ed bmrshh dythbyn elykwn aythy mkhsnyn ewd
I will yet bring a conqueror to you, inhabitants of Mareshah. The glory of Israel will come to Adullam.

תלושי ורמא על בני תפנוקיך הא כנשרא דנתרו גדפוהי כן אסגי מרט ברישך על בניך ארי גלו מנך:
mnk glw ary bnyk el bryshk mrT asgy kn gdpwhy dnthrw knshra ha thpnwqyk bny el wrma thlwshy
Shave your heads, and cut off your hair for the children of your delight. Enlarge your baldness like the vulture, for they have gone into captivity from you!
