1
ואנש ארי יחוב וישמע קל מומי והוא סהיד או חזא או ידע אם לא יחוי ויקבל חוביה:
khwbyh wyqbl ykhwy la am yde aw khza aw shyd whwa mwmy ql wyshme ykhwb ary wansh
“‘If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

או אנש די יקרב בכל מדעם מסאב או בנבלת חיתא מסאבא או בנבלת בעירא מסאבא או בנבלת רחשא מסאב ויהי מכסא מניה והוא מסאב וחב:
wkhb msab whwa mnyh mksa wyhy msab rkhsha bnblth aw msaba beyra bnblth aw msaba khytha bnblth aw msab mdem bkl yqrb dy ansh aw
“‘Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.

או ארי יקרב בסואבת אנשא לכל סובתיה די יסתאב בה ויהי מכסא מניה והוא ידע וחב:
wkhb yde whwa mnyh mksa wyhy bh ysthab dy swbthyh lkl ansha bswabth yqrb ary aw
“‘Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness is with which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty.

או אנש ארי יקים לפרשא בספון לאבאשא או לאוטבא לכל די יפרש אנשא בקיום ויהי מכסא מניה והוא ידע וחב לחדא מאלין:
malyn lkhda wkhb yde whwa mnyh mksa wyhy bqywm ansha yprsh dy lkl lawTba aw labasha bspwn lprsha yqym ary ansh aw
“‘Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil or to do good—whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him—when he knows of it, then he will be guilty of one of these.

ויהי ארי יחוב לחדא מאלין ויודי די חב עלה:
elh khb dy wywdy malyn lkhda ykhwb ary wyhy
It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned;

וייתי ית אשמיה קדם יי על חובתיה די חב נקובתא מן ענא אמרתא או צפירת עזין לחטאתא ויכפר עלוהי כהנא מחובתיה:
mkhwbthyh khna elwhy wykpr lkhTatha ezyn tspyrth aw amrtha ena mn nqwbtha khb dy khwbthyh el yy qdm ashmyh yth wyythy
and he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh for his sin which he has sinned: a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.

ואם לא תמטי ידיה כמסת שיתא וייתי ית חובתיה די חב תרתין שפנינין או תרין בני יונה קדם יי חד לחטאתא וחד לעלתא:
leltha wkhd lkhTatha khd yy qdm ywnh bny thryn aw shpnynyn thrthyn khb dy khwbthyh yth wyythy shytha kmsth ydyh thmTy la wam
“‘If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Yahweh; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

וייתי יתהון לות כהנא ויקרב ית די לחטאתא קדמיתא וימלוק ית רישיה מלקבל קדליה ולא יפרש:
yprsh wla qdlyh mlqbl ryshyh yth wymlwq qdmytha lkhTatha dy yth wyqrb khna lwth ythhwn wyythy
He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the sin offering. He shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.

וידי מדמא דחטאתא על כתל מדבחא ודאשתאר בדמא יתמצי ליסודא דמדבחא חטאתא הוא:
hwa khTatha dmdbkha lyswda ythmtsy bdma wdashthar mdbkha kthl el dkhTatha mdma wydy
He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.

וית תנינא יעבד עלתא כדחזי ויכפר עלוהי כהנא מחובתיה די חב וישתבק ליה:
lyh wyshthbq khb dy mkhwbthyh khna elwhy wykpr kdkhzy eltha yebd thnyna wyth
He shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has sinned, and he shall be forgiven.

ואם לא תדבק ידיה לתרתין שפנינין או לתרין בני יונה וייתי ית קרבניה די חב חד מן עסרא בתלת סאין סלתא לחטאתא לא ישוי עלה משחא ולא יתן עלה לבנתא ארי חטאתא היא:
hya khTatha ary lbntha elh ythn wla mshkha elh yshwy la lkhTatha sltha sayn bthlth esra mn khd khb dy qrbnyh yth wyythy ywnh bny lthryn aw shpnynyn lthrthyn ydyh thdbq la wam
“‘But if he can’t afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that in which he has sinned, one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

וייתנה לות כהנא ויקמוץ כהנא מנה מלי קמציה ית אדכרתה ויסק למדבחא על קרבניא דיי חטאתא היא:
hya khTatha dyy qrbnya el lmdbkha wysq adkrthh yth qmtsyh mly mnh khna wyqmwts khna lwth wyythnh
He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. It is a sin offering.

ויכפר עלוהי כהנא על חובתיה די חב מחדא מאלין וישתבק ליה ותהי לכהנא כמנחתא:
kmnkhtha lkhna wthhy lyh wyshthbq malyn mkhda khb dy khwbthyh el khna elwhy wykpr
The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned in any of these things, and he will be forgiven; and the rest shall be the priest’s, as the meal offering.’”

אנש ארי ישקר שקר ויחוב בשלו מקודשיא דיי וייתי ית אשמיה קדם יי דכר שלים מן ענא בפרסניה כסף סלעין בסלעי קודשא לאשמא:
lashma qwdsha bsley sleyn ksp bprsnyh ena mn shlym dkr yy qdm ashmyh yth wyythy dyy mqwdshya bshlw wykhwb shqr yshqr ary ansh
“If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

וית די חב מן קודשא ישלם וית חמשיה יוסף עלוהי ויתן יתיה לכהנא וכהנא יכפר עלוהי בדכרא דאשמא וישתבק ליה:
lyh wyshthbq dashma bdkra elwhy ykpr wkhna lkhna ythyh wythn elwhy ywsp khmshyh wyth yshlm qwdsha mn khb dy wyth
He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.

ואם אנש ארי יחוב ויעבד חדא מכל פקודיא דיי די לא כשרין לאתעבדא ולא ידע ויחוב ויקבל חוביה:
khwbyh wyqbl wykhwb yde wla lathebda kshryn la dy dyy pqwdya mkl khda wyebd ykhwb ary ansh wam
“If anyone sins, doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, though he didn’t know it, he is still guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

וייתי דכר שלים מן ענא בפרסניה לאשמא לות כהנא ויכפר עלוהי כהנא על שלותיה דאשתלי והוא לא ידע וישתבק ליה:
lyh wyshthbq yde la whwa dashthly shlwthyh el khna elwhy wykpr khna lwth lashma bprsnyh ena mn shlym dkr wyythy
He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.
19
אשמא הוא על חובתיה דהוא חב אשמא יקרב קדם יי:
yy qdm yqrb ashma khb dhwa khwbthyh el hwa ashma
It is a trespass offering. He is certainly guilty before Yahweh.”

אנש ארי יחוב וישקר שקר קדם יי ויכדב בחבריה בפקדונא או בשתפות ידא או בגזלא או אניס ית חבריה:
khbryh yth anys aw bgzla aw yda bshthpwth aw bpqdwna bkhbryh wykdb yy qdm shqr wyshqr ykhwb ary ansh

או אשכח אבדתא ויכדב בה ואשתבע על שקרא על חדא מכל די יעבד אנשא למיחב בהן:
bhn lmykhb ansha yebd dy mkl khda el shqra el washthbe bh wykdb abdtha ashkkh aw

ויהי ארי יחטי ויחוב ויתב ית גזלא די גזל או ית עשקא די עשק או ית פקדונא די אתפקד לותיה או ית אבדתא די אשכח:
ashkkh dy abdtha yth aw lwthyh athpqd dy pqdwna yth aw eshq dy eshqa yth aw gzl dy gzla yth wythb wykhwb ykhTy ary wyhy

או מכל די ישתבע עלוהי לשקרא וישלם יתיה ברישיה וחמשיה יוסף עלוהי לדי הוא דיליה יתנניה ביומא דחובתיה:
dkhwbthyh bywma ythnnyh dylyh hwa ldy elwhy ywsp wkhmshyh bryshyh ythyh wyshlm lshqra elwhy yshthbe dy mkl aw

וית אשמה ייתי לקדם יי דכר שלים מן ענא בפרסניה לאשמא לות כהנא:
khna lwth lashma bprsnyh ena mn shlym dkr yy lqdm yythy ashmh wyth
