ואנש ארי יחוב וישמע קל מומי והוא סהיד או חזא או ידע אם לא יחוי ויקבל חוביה:
wansh ary ykhwb wyshme ql mwmy whwa shyd aw khza aw yde am la ykhwy wyqbl khwbyh
“‘If anyone sins, in that he hears a public adjuration to testify, he being a witness, whether he has seen or known, if he doesn’t report it, then he shall bear his iniquity.

או אנש די יקרב בכל מדעם מסאב או בנבלת חיתא מסאבא או בנבלת בעירא מסאבא או בנבלת רחשא מסאב ויהי מכסא מניה והוא מסאב וחב:
aw ansh dy yqrb bkl mdem msab aw bnblth khytha msaba aw bnblth beyra msaba aw bnblth rkhsha msab wyhy mksa mnyh whwa msab wkhb
“‘Or if anyone touches any unclean thing, whether it is the carcass of an unclean animal, or the carcass of unclean livestock, or the carcass of unclean creeping things, and it is hidden from him, and he is unclean, then he shall be guilty.

או ארי יקרב בסואבת אנשא לכל סובתיה די יסתאב בה ויהי מכסא מניה והוא ידע וחב:
aw ary yqrb bswabth ansha lkl swbthyh dy ysthab bh wyhy mksa mnyh whwa yde wkhb
“‘Or if he touches the uncleanness of man, whatever his uncleanness is with which he is unclean, and it is hidden from him; when he knows of it, then he shall be guilty.

או אנש ארי יקים לפרשא בספון לאבאשא או לאוטבא לכל די יפרש אנשא בקיום ויהי מכסא מניה והוא ידע וחב לחדא מאלין:
aw ansh ary yqym lprsha bspwn labasha aw lawTba lkl dy yprsh ansha bqywm wyhy mksa mnyh whwa yde wkhb lkhda malyn
“‘Or if anyone swears rashly with his lips to do evil or to do good—whatever it is that a man might utter rashly with an oath, and it is hidden from him—when he knows of it, then he will be guilty of one of these.

ויהי ארי יחוב לחדא מאלין ויודי די חב עלה:
wyhy ary ykhwb lkhda malyn wywdy dy khb elh
It shall be, when he is guilty of one of these, he shall confess that in which he has sinned;

וייתי ית אשמיה קדם יי על חובתיה די חב נקובתא מן ענא אמרתא או צפירת עזין לחטאתא ויכפר עלוהי כהנא מחובתיה:
wyythy yth ashmyh qdm yy el khwbthyh dy khb nqwbtha mn ena amrtha aw tspyrth ezyn lkhTatha wykpr elwhy khna mkhwbthyh
and he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh for his sin which he has sinned: a female from the flock, a lamb or a goat, for a sin offering; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin.

ואם לא תמטי ידיה כמסת שיתא וייתי ית חובתיה די חב תרתין שפנינין או תרין בני יונה קדם יי חד לחטאתא וחד לעלתא:
wam la thmTy ydyh kmsth shytha wyythy yth khwbthyh dy khb thrthyn shpnynyn aw thryn bny ywnh qdm yy khd lkhTatha wkhd leltha
“‘If he can’t afford a lamb, then he shall bring his trespass offering for that in which he has sinned, two turtledoves, or two young pigeons, to Yahweh; one for a sin offering, and the other for a burnt offering.

וייתי יתהון לות כהנא ויקרב ית די לחטאתא קדמיתא וימלוק ית רישיה מלקבל קדליה ולא יפרש:
wyythy ythhwn lwth khna wyqrb yth dy lkhTatha qdmytha wymlwq yth ryshyh mlqbl qdlyh wla yprsh
He shall bring them to the priest, who shall first offer the one which is for the sin offering. He shall wring off its head from its neck, but shall not sever it completely.

וידי מדמא דחטאתא על כתל מדבחא ודאשתאר בדמא יתמצי ליסודא דמדבחא חטאתא הוא:
wydy mdma dkhTatha el kthl mdbkha wdashthar bdma ythmtsy lyswda dmdbkha khTatha hwa
He shall sprinkle some of the blood of the sin offering on the side of the altar; and the rest of the blood shall be drained out at the base of the altar. It is a sin offering.

וית תנינא יעבד עלתא כדחזי ויכפר עלוהי כהנא מחובתיה די חב וישתבק ליה:
wyth thnyna yebd eltha kdkhzy wykpr elwhy khna mkhwbthyh dy khb wyshthbq lyh
He shall offer the second for a burnt offering, according to the ordinance; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin which he has sinned, and he shall be forgiven.

ואם לא תדבק ידיה לתרתין שפנינין או לתרין בני יונה וייתי ית קרבניה די חב חד מן עסרא בתלת סאין סלתא לחטאתא לא ישוי עלה משחא ולא יתן עלה לבנתא ארי חטאתא היא:
wam la thdbq ydyh lthrthyn shpnynyn aw lthryn bny ywnh wyythy yth qrbnyh dy khb khd mn esra bthlth sayn sltha lkhTatha la yshwy elh mshkha wla ythn elh lbntha ary khTatha hya
“‘But if he can’t afford two turtledoves or two young pigeons, then he shall bring as his offering for that in which he has sinned, one tenth of an ephah of fine flour for a sin offering. He shall put no oil on it, and he shall not put any frankincense on it, for it is a sin offering.

וייתנה לות כהנא ויקמוץ כהנא מנה מלי קמציה ית אדכרתה ויסק למדבחא על קרבניא דיי חטאתא היא:
wyythnh lwth khna wyqmwts khna mnh mly qmtsyh yth adkrthh wysq lmdbkha el qrbnya dyy khTatha hya
He shall bring it to the priest, and the priest shall take his handful of it as the memorial portion, and burn it on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. It is a sin offering.

ויכפר עלוהי כהנא על חובתיה די חב מחדא מאלין וישתבק ליה ותהי לכהנא כמנחתא:
wykpr elwhy khna el khwbthyh dy khb mkhda malyn wyshthbq lyh wthhy lkhna kmnkhtha
The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned in any of these things, and he will be forgiven; and the rest shall be the priest’s, as the meal offering.’”

אנש ארי ישקר שקר ויחוב בשלו מקודשיא דיי וייתי ית אשמיה קדם יי דכר שלים מן ענא בפרסניה כסף סלעין בסלעי קודשא לאשמא:
ansh ary yshqr shqr wykhwb bshlw mqwdshya dyy wyythy yth ashmyh qdm yy dkr shlym mn ena bprsnyh ksp sleyn bsley qwdsha lashma
“If anyone commits a trespass, and sins unwittingly regarding Yahweh’s holy things, then he shall bring his trespass offering to Yahweh: a ram without defect from the flock, according to your estimation in silver by shekels, according to the shekel of the sanctuary, for a trespass offering.

וית די חב מן קודשא ישלם וית חמשיה יוסף עלוהי ויתן יתיה לכהנא וכהנא יכפר עלוהי בדכרא דאשמא וישתבק ליה:
wyth dy khb mn qwdsha yshlm wyth khmshyh ywsp elwhy wythn ythyh lkhna wkhna ykpr elwhy bdkra dashma wyshthbq lyh
He shall make restitution for that which he has done wrong regarding the holy thing, and shall add a fifth part to it, and give it to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him with the ram of the trespass offering, and he will be forgiven.

ואם אנש ארי יחוב ויעבד חדא מכל פקודיא דיי די לא כשרין לאתעבדא ולא ידע ויחוב ויקבל חוביה:
wam ansh ary ykhwb wyebd khda mkl pqwdya dyy dy la kshryn lathebda wla yde wykhwb wyqbl khwbyh
“If anyone sins, doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, though he didn’t know it, he is still guilty, and shall bear his iniquity.

וייתי דכר שלים מן ענא בפרסניה לאשמא לות כהנא ויכפר עלוהי כהנא על שלותיה דאשתלי והוא לא ידע וישתבק ליה:
wyythy dkr shlym mn ena bprsnyh lashma lwth khna wykpr elwhy khna el shlwthyh dashthly whwa la yde wyshthbq lyh
He shall bring a ram without defect from of the flock, according to your estimation, for a trespass offering, to the priest; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning the thing in which he sinned and didn’t know it, and he will be forgiven.

אשמא הוא על חובתיה דהוא חב אשמא יקרב קדם יי:
ashma hwa el khwbthyh dhwa khb ashma yqrb qdm yy
It is a trespass offering. He is certainly guilty before Yahweh.”

אנש ארי יחוב וישקר שקר קדם יי ויכדב בחבריה בפקדונא או בשתפות ידא או בגזלא או אניס ית חבריה:
ansh ary ykhwb wyshqr shqr qdm yy wykdb bkhbryh bpqdwna aw bshthpwth yda aw bgzla aw anys yth khbryh

או אשכח אבדתא ויכדב בה ואשתבע על שקרא על חדא מכל די יעבד אנשא למיחב בהן:
aw ashkkh abdtha wykdb bh washthbe el shqra el khda mkl dy yebd ansha lmykhb bhn

ויהי ארי יחטי ויחוב ויתב ית גזלא די גזל או ית עשקא די עשק או ית פקדונא די אתפקד לותיה או ית אבדתא די אשכח:
wyhy ary ykhTy wykhwb wythb yth gzla dy gzl aw yth eshqa dy eshq aw yth pqdwna dy athpqd lwthyh aw yth abdtha dy ashkkh

או מכל די ישתבע עלוהי לשקרא וישלם יתיה ברישיה וחמשיה יוסף עלוהי לדי הוא דיליה יתנניה ביומא דחובתיה:
aw mkl dy yshthbe elwhy lshqra wyshlm ythyh bryshyh wkhmshyh ywsp elwhy ldy hwa dylyh ythnnyh bywma dkhwbthyh

וית אשמה ייתי לקדם יי דכר שלים מן ענא בפרסניה לאשמא לות כהנא:
wyth ashmh yythy lqdm yy dkr shlym mn ena bprsnyh lashma lwth khna
26
ויכפר עלוהי כהנא קדם יי וישתבק ליה על חדא מכל די יעבד למיחב בה:
wykpr elwhy khna qdm yy wyshthbq lyh el khda mkl dy yebd lmykhb bh
