מלל עם בני ישראל למימר אנש ארי יחוב בשלו מכל פקודיא דיי די לא כשרין לאתעבדא ויעבד מן חד מנהון:
mnhwn khd mn wyebd lathebda kshryn la dy dyy pqwdya mkl bshlw ykhwb ary ansh lmymr yshral bny em mll
“Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘If anyone sins unintentionally, in any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and does any one of them,

אם כהנא רבא יחוב לחובת עמא ויקרב על חובתיה די חב תור בר תורי שלים קדם יי לחטאתא:
lkhTatha yy qdm shlym thwry br thwr khb dy khwbthyh el wyqrb ema lkhwbth ykhwb rba khna am
if the anointed priest sins so as to bring guilt on the people, then let him offer for his sin which he has sinned a young bull without defect to Yahweh for a sin offering.

וייתי ית תורא לתרע משכן זמנא לקדם יי ויסמוך ית ידיה על ריש תורא ויכוס ית תורא קדם יי:
yy qdm thwra yth wykws thwra rysh el ydyh yth wysmwk yy lqdm zmna mshkn lthre thwra yth wyythy
He shall bring the bull to the door of the Tent of Meeting before Yahweh; and he shall lay his hand on the head of the bull, and kill the bull before Yahweh.

ויסב כהנא רבא מדמא דתורא ויעל יתיה למשכן זמנא:
zmna lmshkn ythyh wyel dthwra mdma rba khna wysb
The anointed priest shall take some of the blood of the bull, and bring it to the Tent of Meeting.

ויטבול כהנא ית אצבעיה בדמא וידי מן דמא שבע זמנין קדם יי קדם פרוכתא דקודשא:
dqwdsha prwktha qdm yy qdm zmnyn shbe dma mn wydy bdma atsbeyh yth khna wyTbwl
The priest shall dip his finger in the blood, and sprinkle some of the blood seven times before Yahweh, before the veil of the sanctuary.

ויתן כהנא מן דמא על קרנת מדבח דקטורת בוסמיא קדם יי די במשכן זמנא וית כל דמא דתורא ישוד ליסודא דמדבחא דעלתא די בתרע משכן זמנא:
zmna mshkn bthre dy deltha dmdbkha lyswda yshwd dthwra dma kl wyth zmna bmshkn dy yy qdm bwsmya dqTwrth mdbkh qrnth el dma mn khna wythn
The priest shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar of sweet incense before Yahweh, which is in the Tent of Meeting; and he shall pour out the rest of the blood of the bull at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.

וית כל תרב תורא דחטאתא יפרש מניה ית תרבא דחפי על גוא וית כל תרבא די על גוא:
gwa el dy thrba kl wyth gwa el dkhpy thrba yth mnyh yprsh dkhTatha thwra thrb kl wyth
He shall take all the fat of the bull of the sin offering from it: the fat that covers the innards, and all the fat that is on the innards,

וית תרתין כלין וית תרבא די עליהון די על גססיא וית חצרא דעל כבדא על כליתא יעדנה:
yednh klytha el kbda del khtsra wyth gssya el dy elyhwn dy thrba wyth klyn thrthyn wyth
and the two kidneys, and the fat that is on them, which is by the loins, and the cover on the liver, with the kidneys, he shall remove,

כמא די מתפרש מתור נכסת קודשיא ויסקנון כהנא על מדבחא דעלתא:
deltha mdbkha el khna wysqnwn qwdshya nksth mthwr mthprsh dy kma
as it is removed from the bull of the sacrifice of peace offerings. The priest shall burn them on the altar of burnt offering.

וית משך תורא וית כל בסריה על רישיה ועל כרעוהי וגויה ואוכליה:
wawklyh wgwyh krewhy wel ryshyh el bsryh kl wyth thwra mshk wyth
He shall carry the bull’s skin, all its meat, with its head, and with its legs, its innards, and its dung

ויפק ית כל תורא מברא למשריתא לאתר דכי לאתר בית מישד קטמא ויוקיד יתיה על אעיא באשתא על אתר בית מישד קטמא יתוקד:
ythwqd qTma myshd byth athr el bashtha aeya el ythyh wywqyd qTma myshd byth lathr dky lathr lmshrytha mbra thwra kl yth wypq
—all the rest of the bull—outside of the camp to a clean place where the ashes are poured out, and burn it on wood with fire. It shall be burned where the ashes are poured out.

ואם כל כנשתא דישראל ישתלון ויהי מכסא פתגמא מעיני קהלא ויעבדון חד מכל פקודיא דיי די לא כשרין לאתעבדא ויחובון:
wykhwbwn lathebda kshryn la dy dyy pqwdya mkl khd wyebdwn qhla meyny pthgma mksa wyhy yshthlwn dyshral knshtha kl wam
“‘If the whole congregation of Israel sins, and the thing is hidden from the eyes of the assembly, and they have done any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and are guilty;

ותתידע חובתא די חבו עלה ויקרבון קהלא תור בר תורי לחטאתא וייתון יתיה לקדם משכן זמנא:
zmna mshkn lqdm ythyh wyythwn lkhTatha thwry br thwr qhla wyqrbwn elh khbw dy khwbtha wththyde
when the sin in which they have sinned is known, then the assembly shall offer a young bull for a sin offering, and bring it before the Tent of Meeting.

ויסמכון סבי כנשתא ית ידיהון על ריש תורא קדם יי ויכוס ית תורא קדם יי:
yy qdm thwra yth wykws yy qdm thwra rysh el ydyhwn yth knshtha sby wysmkwn
The elders of the congregation shall lay their hands on the head of the bull before Yahweh; and the bull shall be killed before Yahweh.

ויעל כהנא רבא מן דמא דתורא למשכן זמנא:
zmna lmshkn dthwra dma mn rba khna wyel
The anointed priest shall bring some of the blood of the bull to the Tent of Meeting.
17
ויטבול כהנא אצבעיה מן דמא וידי שבע זמנין קדם יי קדם פרכתא:
prktha qdm yy qdm zmnyn shbe wydy dma mn atsbeyh khna wyTbwl
The priest shall dip his finger in the blood and sprinkle it seven times before Yahweh, before the veil.

ומן דמא יתן על קרנת מדבחא די קדם יי די במשכן זמנא וית כל דמא ישוד ליסודא דמדבחא דעלתא די בתרע משכן זמנא:
zmna mshkn bthre dy deltha dmdbkha lyswda yshwd dma kl wyth zmna bmshkn dy yy qdm dy mdbkha qrnth el ythn dma wmn
He shall put some of the blood on the horns of the altar which is before Yahweh, that is in the Tent of Meeting; and the rest of the blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar of burnt offering, which is at the door of the Tent of Meeting.
19
וית כל תרביה יפרש מניה ויסק למדבחא:
lmdbkha wysq mnyh yprsh thrbyh kl wyth
All its fat he shall take from it, and burn it on the altar.
20
ויעבד לתורא כמא די עבד לתורא דחטאתא כן יעבד ליה ויכפר עליהון כהנא וישתבק להון:
lhwn wyshthbq khna elyhwn wykpr lyh yebd kn dkhTatha lthwra ebd dy kma lthwra wyebd
He shall do this with the bull; as he did with the bull of the sin offering, so he shall do with this; and the priest shall make atonement for them, and they shall be forgiven.
21
ויפק ית תורא למברא למשריתא ואוקיד יתיה כמא די אוקיד ית תורא קדמאה חטאת קהלא הוא:
hwa qhla khTath qdmah thwra yth awqyd dy kma ythyh wawqyd lmshrytha lmbra thwra yth wypq
He shall carry the bull outside the camp, and burn it as he burned the first bull. It is the sin offering for the assembly.
22
אם רבא יחוב ויעבד חד מכל פקודיא דיי אלהיה די לא כשרין לאתעבדא בשלו ויחוב:
wykhwb bshlw lathebda kshryn la dy alhyh dyy pqwdya mkl khd wyebd ykhwb rba am
“‘When a ruler sins, and unwittingly does any one of all the things which Yahweh his God has commanded not to be done, and is guilty,

או אתידע ליה חובתיה די חב בה וייתי ית קרבניה צפיר בר עזין דכר שלים:
shlym dkr ezyn br tspyr qrbnyh yth wyythy bh khb dy khwbthyh lyh athyde aw
if his sin in which he has sinned is made known to him, he shall bring as his offering a goat, a male without defect.
24
ויסמוך ידיה על רישא דצפירא ויכוס יתיה באתר דיכוס ית עלתא לקדם יי חטאתא הוא:
hwa khTatha yy lqdm eltha yth dykws bathr ythyh wykws dtspyra rysha el ydyh wysmwk
He shall lay his hand on the head of the goat, and kill it in the place where they kill the burnt offering before Yahweh. It is a sin offering.
25
ויסב כהנא מדמא דחטאתא באצבעיה ויתן על קרנת מדבחא דעלתא וית דמיה ישוד ליסודא דמדבחא דעלתא:
deltha dmdbkha lyswda yshwd dmyh wyth deltha mdbkha qrnth el wythn batsbeyh dkhTatha mdma khna wysb
The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering. He shall pour out the rest of its blood at the base of the altar of burnt offering.
26
וית כל תרביה יסק למדבחא כתרב נכסת קודשיא ויכפר עלוהי כהנא מחובתיה וישתבק ליה:
lyh wyshthbq mkhwbthyh khna elwhy wykpr qwdshya nksth kthrb lmdbkha ysq thrbyh kl wyth
All its fat he shall burn on the altar, like the fat of the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin, and he will be forgiven.
27
ואם אנש חד יחוב בשלו מעמא דארעא במעבדה חד מפקודיא דיי די לא כשרין לאתעבדא ויחוב:
wykhwb lathebda kshryn la dy dyy mpqwdya khd bmebdh darea mema bshlw ykhwb khd ansh wam
“‘If anyone of the common people sins unwittingly, in doing any of the things which Yahweh has commanded not to be done, and is guilty,

או אתידע ליה חובתיה די חב וייתי קרבניה צפירת עזין שלמתא נקובתא על חובתיה די חב:
khb dy khwbthyh el nqwbtha shlmtha ezyn tspyrth qrbnyh wyythy khb dy khwbthyh lyh athyde aw
if his sin which he has sinned is made known to him, then he shall bring for his offering a goat, a female without defect, for his sin which he has sinned.
29
ויסמוך ית ידיה על ריש חטאתא ויכוס ית חטאתא באתר דעלתא:
deltha bathr khTatha yth wykws khTatha rysh el ydyh yth wysmwk
He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill the sin offering in the place of burnt offering.
30
ויסב כהנא מדמה באצבעיה ויתן על קרנת מדבחא דעלתא וית כל דמה ישוד ליסודא דמדבחא:
dmdbkha lyswda yshwd dmh kl wyth deltha mdbkha qrnth el wythn batsbeyh mdmh khna wysb
The priest shall take some of its blood with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.
31
וית כל תרבה יעדי כמא די מתעדא תרב מעל נכסת קודשיא ויסק כהנא למדבחא לאתקבלא ברעוא קדם יי ויכפר עלוהי כהנא וישתבק ליה:
lyh wyshthbq khna elwhy wykpr yy qdm brewa lathqbla lmdbkha khna wysq qwdshya nksth mel thrb mtheda dy kma yedy thrbh kl wyth
All its fat he shall take away, like the fat is taken away from the sacrifice of peace offerings; and the priest shall burn it on the altar for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh; and the priest shall make atonement for him, and he will be forgiven.
32
ואם אימר ייתי קרבניה לחטאתא נקבא שלמתא ייתנה:
yythnh shlmtha nqba lkhTatha qrbnyh yythy aymr wam
“‘If he brings a lamb as his offering for a sin offering, he shall bring a female without defect.
33
ויסמוך ית ידיה על ריש חטאתא ויכוס יתה לחטאתא באתרא די יכוס ית עלתא:
eltha yth ykws dy bathra lkhTatha ythh wykws khTatha rysh el ydyh yth wysmwk
He shall lay his hand on the head of the sin offering, and kill it for a sin offering in the place where they kill the burnt offering.
34
ויסב כהנא מדמא דחטאתא באצבעיה ויתן על קרנת מדבחא דעלתא וית כל דמה ישוד ליסודא דמדבחא:
dmdbkha lyswda yshwd dmh kl wyth deltha mdbkha qrnth el wythn batsbeyh dkhTatha mdma khna wysb
The priest shall take some of the blood of the sin offering with his finger, and put it on the horns of the altar of burnt offering; and all the rest of its blood he shall pour out at the base of the altar.
35
וית כל תרבה יעדי כמא די מתעדא תרב אמרא מנכסת קודשיא ויסק כהנא יתהון למדבחא על קרבניא דיי ויכפר עלוהי כהנא על חובתיה די חב וישתבק ליה:
lyh wyshthbq khb dy khwbthyh el khna elwhy wykpr dyy qrbnya el lmdbkha ythhwn khna wysq qwdshya mnksth amra thrb mtheda dy kma yedy thrbh kl wyth
He shall remove all its fat, like the fat of the lamb is removed from the sacrifice of peace offerings. The priest shall burn them on the altar, on the offerings of Yahweh made by fire. The priest shall make atonement for him concerning his sin that he has sinned, and he will be forgiven.
