מליל עם בני ישראל ותימר להון גבר ארי יפרש נדר בפרסן נפשתא קדם יי:

“Speak to the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘When a man consecrates a person to Yahweh in a vow, according to your valuation,

ויהי פרסניה דכורא מבר עסרין שנין ועד בר שתין שנין ויהי פרסניה חמשין סלעין דכסף בסלעי קודשא:
wyhy prsnyh dkwra mbr esryn shnyn wed br shthyn shnyn wyhy prsnyh khmshyn sleyn dksp bsley qwdsha
your valuation of a male from twenty years old to sixty years old shall be fifty shekels of silver, according to the shekel of the sanctuary.

ואם נקובתא היא ויהי פרסניה תלתין סלעין:
wam nqwbtha hya wyhy prsnyh thlthyn sleyn
If she is a female, then your valuation shall be thirty shekels.

ואם מבר חמש שנין ועד בר עסרין שנין ויהי פרסניה דכורא עסרין סלעין ולנקובתא עסר סלעין:
wam mbr khmsh shnyn wed br esryn shnyn wyhy prsnyh dkwra esryn sleyn wlnqwbtha esr sleyn
If the person is from five years old to twenty years old, then your valuation shall be for a male twenty shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

ואם מבר ירחא ועד בר חמש שנין ויהי פרסניה דכורא חמש סלעין דכסף ולנקובתא פרסנה תלת סלעין דכסף:
wam mbr yrkha wed br khmsh shnyn wyhy prsnyh dkwra khmsh sleyn dksp wlnqwbtha prsnh thlth sleyn dksp
If the person is from a month old to five years old, then your valuation shall be for a male five shekels of silver, and for a female your valuation shall be three shekels of silver.

ואם מבר שתין שנין ולעלא אם דכורא ויהי פרסניה חמש עסרי סלעין ולנקובתא עסר סלעין:
wam mbr shthyn shnyn wlela am dkwra wyhy prsnyh khmsh esry sleyn wlnqwbtha esr sleyn
If the person is from sixty years old and upward; if he is a male, then your valuation shall be fifteen shekels, and for a female ten shekels.

ואם מסכן הוא מפרסניה ויקימניה קדם כהנא ויפרוס יתיה כהנא על מימר די תדבק ידא דנודרא יפרסניה כהנא:
wam mskn hwa mprsnyh wyqymnyh qdm khna wyprws ythyh khna el mymr dy thdbq yda dnwdra yprsnyh khna
But if he is poorer than your valuation, then he shall be set before the priest, and the priest shall assign a value to him. The priest shall assign a value according to his ability to pay.

ואם בעירא די יקרבון מנה קרבנא קדם יי כל די יתן מניה קדם יי יהי קודשא:
wam beyra dy yqrbwn mnh qrbna qdm yy kl dy ythn mnyh qdm yy yhy qwdsha
“‘If it is an animal of which men offer an offering to Yahweh, all that any man gives of such to Yahweh becomes holy.

לא יחלפניה ולא יעבר יתיה טב בביש או ביש בטב ואם חלפא יחלף בעירא בבעירא ויהי הוא וחלופיה יהי קדיש:
la ykhlpnyh wla yebr ythyh Tb bbysh aw bysh bTb wam khlpa ykhlp beyra bbeyra wyhy hwa wkhlwpyh yhy qdysh
He shall not alter it, nor exchange it, a good for a bad, or a bad for a good. If he shall at all exchange animal for animal, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy.

ואם כל בעירא מסאבא די לא יקרבון מנה קרבנא קדם יי ויקים ית בעירא קדם כהנא:
wam kl beyra msaba dy la yqrbwn mnh qrbna qdm yy wyqym yth beyra qdm khna
If it is any unclean animal, of which they do not offer as an offering to Yahweh, then he shall set the animal before the priest;

ויפרוס כהנא יתה בין טב ובין ביש כפרסנא דכהנא כן יהי:
wyprws khna ythh byn Tb wbyn bysh kprsna dkhna kn yhy
and the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall be.

ואם מפרק יפרקנה ויוסף חמשיה על פרסניה:
wam mprq yprqnh wywsp khmshyh el prsnyh
But if he will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of it to its valuation.

וגבר ארי יקדש ית ביתיה קודשא קדם יי ויפרסניה כהנא בין טב ובין ביש כמא די יפרוס יתיה כהנא כן יקום:
wgbr ary yqdsh yth bythyh qwdsha qdm yy wyprsnyh khna byn Tb wbyn bysh kma dy yprws ythyh khna kn yqwm
“‘When a man dedicates his house to be holy to Yahweh, then the priest shall evaluate it, whether it is good or bad. As the priest evaluates it, so it shall stand.

ואם דאקדש יפרוק ית ביתיה ויוסף חמש כסף פרסניה עלוהי ויהי ליה:
wam daqdsh yprwq yth bythyh wywsp khmsh ksp prsnyh elwhy wyhy lyh
If he who dedicates it will redeem his house, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall be his.

ואם מחקל אחסנתיה יקדיש גבר קדם יי ויהי פרסניה לפום זרעיה בר זרע כור שעורין בחמשין סלעין דכסף:
wam mkhql akhsnthyh yqdysh gbr qdm yy wyhy prsnyh lpwm zreyh br zre kwr shewryn bkhmshyn sleyn dksp
“‘If a man dedicates to Yahweh part of the field of his possession, then your valuation shall be according to the seed for it. The sowing of a homer of barley shall be valued at fifty shekels of silver.

אם משתא דיובלא יקדש חקליה כפרסניה יקום:
am mshtha dywbla yqdsh khqlyh kprsnyh yqwm
If he dedicates his field from the Year of Jubilee, according to your valuation it shall stand.
18
ואם בתר יובלא יקדש חקליה ויחשב ליה כהנא ית כספא על מימר שניא דאשתארן עד שתא דיובלא ויתמנע מפרסניה:
wam bthr ywbla yqdsh khqlyh wykhshb lyh khna yth kspa el mymr shnya dashtharn ed shtha dywbla wythmne mprsnyh
But if he dedicates his field after the Jubilee, then the priest shall reckon to him the money according to the years that remain to the Year of Jubilee; and an abatement shall be made from your valuation.

ואם מפרק יפרוק ית חקלא דאקדש יתיה ויוסף חמש כסף פרסניה עלוהי ויקום ליה:
wam mprq yprwq yth khqla daqdsh ythyh wywsp khmsh ksp prsnyh elwhy wyqwm lyh
If he who dedicated the field will indeed redeem it, then he shall add the fifth part of the money of your valuation to it, and it shall remain his.
20
ואם לא יפרוק ית חקלא ואם זבין ית חקלא לגבר אחרן לא יתפרק עוד
wam la yprwq yth khqla wam zbyn yth khqla lgbr akhrn la ythprq ewd
If he will not redeem the field, or if he has sold the field to another man, it shall not be redeemed any more;
21
ויהי חקלא במפקיה ביובלא קודשא קדם יי כחקל חרמא לכהנא תהי אחסנתיה:
wyhy khqla bmpqyh bywbla qwdsha qdm yy kkhql khrma lkhna thhy akhsnthyh
but the field, when it goes out in the Jubilee, shall be holy to Yahweh, as a devoted field. It shall be owned by the priests.

ואם ית חקל זבינוהי די לא מחקל אחסנתיה יקדש קדם יי:
wam yth khql zbynwhy dy la mkhql akhsnthyh yqdsh qdm yy
“‘If he dedicates a field to Yahweh which he has bought, which is not of the field of his possession,
23
ויחשב ליה כהנא ית מנין פרסניה עד שתא דיובלא ויתן ית פרסניה ביומא ההוא קודשא קדם יי:
wykhshb lyh khna yth mnyn prsnyh ed shtha dywbla wythn yth prsnyh bywma hhwa qwdsha qdm yy
then the priest shall reckon to him the worth of your valuation up to the Year of Jubilee; and he shall give your valuation on that day, as a holy thing to Yahweh.

בשתא דיובלא יתוב חקלא לדזבניה מניה לדדיליה אחסנת ארעא:
bshtha dywbla ythwb khqla ldzbnyh mnyh lddylyh akhsnth area
In the Year of Jubilee the field shall return to him from whom it was bought, even to him to whom the possession of the land belongs.
25
וכל פרסניה יהי בסלעי קודשא עסרין מעין יהי סלעא:
wkl prsnyh yhy bsley qwdsha esryn meyn yhy slea
All your valuations shall be according to the shekel of the sanctuary: twenty gerahs to the shekel.

ברם בוכרא די יתבכר קדם יי בבעירא לא יקדש גבר יתיה אם תור אם אמר דיי הוא:
brm bwkra dy ythbkr qdm yy bbeyra la yqdsh gbr ythyh am thwr am amr dyy hwa
“‘However the firstborn among animals, which belongs to Yahweh as a firstborn, no man may dedicate, whether an ox or a sheep. It is Yahweh’s.
27
ואם בבעירא מסאבא ויפרוק בפרסניה ויוסף חמשיה עלוהי ואם לא יתפרק ויזדבן בפרסניה:
wam bbeyra msaba wyprwq bprsnyh wywsp khmshyh elwhy wam la ythprq wyzdbn bprsnyh
If it is an unclean animal, then he shall buy it back according to your valuation, and shall add to it the fifth part of it; or if it isn’t redeemed, then it shall be sold according to your valuation.

ברם כל חרמא די יחרם גבר קדם יי מכל די ליה מאנשא ובעירא ומחקל אחסנתיה לא יזדבן ולא יתפרק כל חרמא קדש קודשין הוא קדם יי:
brm kl khrma dy ykhrm gbr qdm yy mkl dy lyh mansha wbeyra wmkhql akhsnthyh la yzdbn wla ythprq kl khrma qdsh qwdshyn hwa qdm yy
“‘Notwithstanding, no devoted thing that a man devotes to Yahweh of all that he has, whether of man or animal, or of the field of his possession, shall be sold or redeemed. Everything that is permanently devoted is most holy to Yahweh.

כל חרמא די יתחרם מן אנשא לא יתפרק אתקטלא יתקטל:
kl khrma dy ythkhrm mn ansha la ythprq athqTla ythqTl
“‘No one devoted to destruction, who shall be devoted from among men, shall be ransomed. He shall surely be put to death.
30
וכל מעשרא דארעא מזרעא דארעא מפרי אילנא דיי הוא קודשא קדם יי:
wkl meshra darea mzrea darea mpry aylna dyy hwa qwdsha qdm yy
“‘All the tithe of the land, whether of the seed of the land or of the fruit of the trees, is Yahweh’s. It is holy to Yahweh.

ואם מפרק יפרוק גבר ממעשריה חמשיה יוסף עלוהי:
wam mprq yprwq gbr mmeshryh khmshyh ywsp elwhy
If a man redeems anything of his tithe, he shall add a fifth part to it.
32
וכל מעשר תורין וען כל דיעבר תחות חטרא עשיראה יהי קדיש קדם יי:
wkl meshr thwryn wen kl dyebr thkhwth khTra eshyrah yhy qdysh qdm yy
All the tithe of the herds or the flocks, whatever passes under the rod, the tenth shall be holy to Yahweh.
33
לא יבקר בין טב לביש ולא יחלפניה ואם חלפא יחלפניה ויהי הוא וחלופיה יהי קודשא לא יתפרק:
la ybqr byn Tb lbysh wla ykhlpnyh wam khlpa ykhlpnyh wyhy hwa wkhlwpyh yhy qwdsha la ythprq
He shall not examine whether it is good or bad, neither shall he exchange it. If he exchanges it at all, then both it and that for which it is exchanged shall be holy. It shall not be redeemed.’”

אלין פקודיא די פקיד יי ית משה לות בני ישראל בטורא דסיני:
alyn pqwdya dy pqyd yy yth mshh lwth bny yshral bTwra dsyny
These are the commandments which Yahweh commanded Moses for the children of Israel on Mount Sinai.
