מלל עם אהרן ועם בנוהי ועם כל בני ישראל ותימר להון דין פתגמא די פקיד יי למימר:

“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded:

גבר גבר מבית ישראל די יכוס תור או אמר או עזא במשריתא או די יכוס מברא למשריתא:
gbr gbr mbyth yshral dy ykws thwr aw amr aw eza bmshrytha aw dy ykws mbra lmshrytha
Whatever man there is of the house of Israel who kills a bull, or lamb, or goat in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp,

ולתרע משכן זמנא לא איתיה לקרבא קרבנא קדם יי קדם משכנא דיי דמא יתחשב לגברא ההוא דמא אשד וישתיצי אנשא ההוא מגו עמיה:
wlthre mshkn zmna la aythyh lqrba qrbna qdm yy qdm mshkna dyy dma ythkhshb lgbra hhwa dma ashd wyshthytsy ansha hhwa mgw emyh
and hasn’t brought it to the door of the Tent of Meeting to offer it as an offering to Yahweh before Yahweh’s tabernacle: blood shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood. That man shall be cut off from among his people.

בדיל די ייתון בני ישראל ית דבחיהון די אנון דבחין על אפי חקלא וייתנון לקדם יי לתרע משכן זמנא לות כהנא ויכסון נכסת קודשין קדם יי יתהון:
bdyl dy yythwn bny yshral yth dbkhyhwn dy anwn dbkhyn el apy khqla wyythnwn lqdm yy lthre mshkn zmna lwth khna wykswn nksth qwdshyn qdm yy ythhwn
This is to the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they sacrifice in the open field, that they may bring them to Yahweh, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to the priest, and sacrifice them for sacrifices of peace offerings to Yahweh.

ויזרוק כהנא ית דמא על מדבחא דיי בתרע משכן זמנא ויסק תרבא לאתקבלא ברעוא קדם יי:
wyzrwq khna yth dma el mdbkha dyy bthre mshkn zmna wysq thrba lathqbla brewa qdm yy
The priest shall sprinkle the blood on Yahweh’s altar at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

ולא ידבחון עוד ית דבחיהון לשדין די אנון טען בתריהון קים עלם תהי דא להון לדריהון:
wla ydbkhwn ewd yth dbkhyhwn lshdyn dy anwn Ten bthryhwn qym elm thhy da lhwn ldryhwn
They shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat idols, after which they play the prostitute. This shall be a statute forever to them throughout their generations.’

ולהון תימר גבר גבר מבית ישראל ומן גיורא דיתגירון ביניכון די יסק עלתא או נכסת קודשיא:
wlhwn thymr gbr gbr mbyth yshral wmn gywra dythgyrwn bynykwn dy ysq eltha aw nksth qwdshya
“You shall say to them, ‘Any man there is of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,

ולתרע משכן זמנא לא איתניה למעבד יתיה קדם יי וישתיצי אנשא ההוא מעמיה:
wlthre mshkn zmna la aythnyh lmebd ythyh qdm yy wyshthytsy ansha hhwa memyh
and doesn’t bring it to the door of the Tent of Meeting to sacrifice it to Yahweh, that man shall be cut off from his people.

וגבר גבר מבית ישראל ומן גיורא דיתגירון ביניכון די ייכול כל דמא ואתן רוגזי באנשא דיכול ית דמא ואשיצי יתיה מגו עמיה:
wgbr gbr mbyth yshral wmn gywra dythgyrwn bynykwn dy yykwl kl dma wathn rwgzy bansha dykwl yth dma washytsy ythyh mgw emyh
“‘Any man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who eats any kind of blood, I will set my face against that soul who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

ארי נפש בסרא בדמא היא ואנא יהבתיה לכון על מדבחא לכפרא על נפשתיכון ארי דמא הוא על נפשא מכפר:
ary npsh bsra bdma hya wana yhbthyh lkwn el mdbkha lkpra el npshthykwn ary dma hwa el npsha mkpr
For the life of the flesh is in the blood. I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement by reason of the life.

על כן אמרית לבני ישראל כל אנש מנכון לא ייכול דמא וגיורא דיתגירון ביניכון לא ייכול דמא:
el kn amryth lbny yshral kl ansh mnkwn la yykwl dma wgywra dythgyrwn bynykwn la yykwl dma
Therefore I have said to the children of Israel, “No person among you may eat blood, nor may any stranger who lives as a foreigner among you eat blood.”

וגבר גבר מן בני ישראל ומין גיורא דיתגירון ביניכון די יצוד צידא חיתא או עופא די מתאכל ויישוד ית דמיה ויכסניה בעפרא:
wgbr gbr mn bny yshral wmyn gywra dythgyrwn bynykwn dy ytswd tsyda khytha aw ewpa dy mthakl wyyshwd yth dmyh wyksnyh bepra
“‘Whatever man there is of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who takes in hunting any animal or bird that may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood, and cover it with dust.

ארי נפש כל בסרא דמיה בנפשיה הוא ואמרית לבני ישראל דם כל בסרא לא תיכלון ארי נפש כל בסרא דמיה היא כל דיכלניה ישתיצי:
ary npsh kl bsra dmyh bnpshyh hwa wamryth lbny yshral dm kl bsra la thyklwn ary npsh kl bsra dmyh hya kl dyklnyh yshthytsy
For as to the life of all flesh, its blood is with its life. Therefore I said to the children of Israel, “You shall not eat the blood of any kind of flesh; for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.”

וכל אנש די ייכול נבילא ותבירא ביציבא ובגיורא ויצבע לבושוהי ויסחי במיא ויהי מסאב עד רמשא וידכי:
wkl ansh dy yykwl nbyla wthbyra bytsyba wbgywra wytsbe lbwshwhy wyskhy bmya wyhy msab ed rmsha wydky
“‘Every person that eats what dies of itself, or that which is torn by animals, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. Then he shall be clean.

ואם לא יצבע ובסריה לא יסחי ויקבל חוביה:
wam la ytsbe wbsryh la yskhy wyqbl khwbyh
But if he doesn’t wash them, or bathe his flesh, then he shall bear his iniquity.’”
