מלל עם אהרן ועם בנוהי ועם כל בני ישראל ותימר להון דין פתגמא די פקיד יי למימר:
lmymr yy pqyd dy pthgma dyn lhwn wthymr yshral bny kl wem bnwhy wem ahrn em mll
“Speak to Aaron, and to his sons, and to all the children of Israel, and say to them, ‘This is the thing which Yahweh has commanded:

גבר גבר מבית ישראל די יכוס תור או אמר או עזא במשריתא או די יכוס מברא למשריתא:
lmshrytha mbra ykws dy aw bmshrytha eza aw amr aw thwr ykws dy yshral mbyth gbr gbr
Whatever man there is of the house of Israel who kills a bull, or lamb, or goat in the camp, or who kills it outside the camp,

ולתרע משכן זמנא לא איתיה לקרבא קרבנא קדם יי קדם משכנא דיי דמא יתחשב לגברא ההוא דמא אשד וישתיצי אנשא ההוא מגו עמיה:
emyh mgw hhwa ansha wyshthytsy ashd dma hhwa lgbra ythkhshb dma dyy mshkna qdm yy qdm qrbna lqrba aythyh la zmna mshkn wlthre
and hasn’t brought it to the door of the Tent of Meeting to offer it as an offering to Yahweh before Yahweh’s tabernacle: blood shall be imputed to that man. He has shed blood. That man shall be cut off from among his people.

בדיל די ייתון בני ישראל ית דבחיהון די אנון דבחין על אפי חקלא וייתנון לקדם יי לתרע משכן זמנא לות כהנא ויכסון נכסת קודשין קדם יי יתהון:
ythhwn yy qdm qwdshyn nksth wykswn khna lwth zmna mshkn lthre yy lqdm wyythnwn khqla apy el dbkhyn anwn dy dbkhyhwn yth yshral bny yythwn dy bdyl
This is to the end that the children of Israel may bring their sacrifices, which they sacrifice in the open field, that they may bring them to Yahweh, to the door of the Tent of Meeting, to the priest, and sacrifice them for sacrifices of peace offerings to Yahweh.

ויזרוק כהנא ית דמא על מדבחא דיי בתרע משכן זמנא ויסק תרבא לאתקבלא ברעוא קדם יי:
yy qdm brewa lathqbla thrba wysq zmna mshkn bthre dyy mdbkha el dma yth khna wyzrwq
The priest shall sprinkle the blood on Yahweh’s altar at the door of the Tent of Meeting, and burn the fat for a pleasant aroma to Yahweh.

ולא ידבחון עוד ית דבחיהון לשדין די אנון טען בתריהון קים עלם תהי דא להון לדריהון:
ldryhwn lhwn da thhy elm qym bthryhwn Ten anwn dy lshdyn dbkhyhwn yth ewd ydbkhwn wla
They shall no more sacrifice their sacrifices to the goat idols, after which they play the prostitute. This shall be a statute forever to them throughout their generations.’

ולהון תימר גבר גבר מבית ישראל ומן גיורא דיתגירון ביניכון די יסק עלתא או נכסת קודשיא:
qwdshya nksth aw eltha ysq dy bynykwn dythgyrwn gywra wmn yshral mbyth gbr gbr thymr wlhwn
“You shall say to them, ‘Any man there is of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who offers a burnt offering or sacrifice,

ולתרע משכן זמנא לא איתניה למעבד יתיה קדם יי וישתיצי אנשא ההוא מעמיה:
memyh hhwa ansha wyshthytsy yy qdm ythyh lmebd aythnyh la zmna mshkn wlthre
and doesn’t bring it to the door of the Tent of Meeting to sacrifice it to Yahweh, that man shall be cut off from his people.

וגבר גבר מבית ישראל ומן גיורא דיתגירון ביניכון די ייכול כל דמא ואתן רוגזי באנשא דיכול ית דמא ואשיצי יתיה מגו עמיה:
emyh mgw ythyh washytsy dma yth dykwl bansha rwgzy wathn dma kl yykwl dy bynykwn dythgyrwn gywra wmn yshral mbyth gbr wgbr
“‘Any man of the house of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who eats any kind of blood, I will set my face against that soul who eats blood, and will cut him off from among his people.

ארי נפש בסרא בדמא היא ואנא יהבתיה לכון על מדבחא לכפרא על נפשתיכון ארי דמא הוא על נפשא מכפר:
mkpr npsha el hwa dma ary npshthykwn el lkpra mdbkha el lkwn yhbthyh wana hya bdma bsra npsh ary
For the life of the flesh is in the blood. I have given it to you on the altar to make atonement for your souls; for it is the blood that makes atonement by reason of the life.

על כן אמרית לבני ישראל כל אנש מנכון לא ייכול דמא וגיורא דיתגירון ביניכון לא ייכול דמא:
dma yykwl la bynykwn dythgyrwn wgywra dma yykwl la mnkwn ansh kl yshral lbny amryth kn el
Therefore I have said to the children of Israel, “No person among you may eat blood, nor may any stranger who lives as a foreigner among you eat blood.”

וגבר גבר מן בני ישראל ומין גיורא דיתגירון ביניכון די יצוד צידא חיתא או עופא די מתאכל ויישוד ית דמיה ויכסניה בעפרא:
bepra wyksnyh dmyh yth wyyshwd mthakl dy ewpa aw khytha tsyda ytswd dy bynykwn dythgyrwn gywra wmyn yshral bny mn gbr wgbr
“‘Whatever man there is of the children of Israel, or of the strangers who live as foreigners among them, who takes in hunting any animal or bird that may be eaten, he shall pour out its blood, and cover it with dust.

ארי נפש כל בסרא דמיה בנפשיה הוא ואמרית לבני ישראל דם כל בסרא לא תיכלון ארי נפש כל בסרא דמיה היא כל דיכלניה ישתיצי:
yshthytsy dyklnyh kl hya dmyh bsra kl npsh ary thyklwn la bsra kl dm yshral lbny wamryth hwa bnpshyh dmyh bsra kl npsh ary
For as to the life of all flesh, its blood is with its life. Therefore I said to the children of Israel, “You shall not eat the blood of any kind of flesh; for the life of all flesh is its blood. Whoever eats it shall be cut off.”

וכל אנש די ייכול נבילא ותבירא ביציבא ובגיורא ויצבע לבושוהי ויסחי במיא ויהי מסאב עד רמשא וידכי:
wydky rmsha ed msab wyhy bmya wyskhy lbwshwhy wytsbe wbgywra bytsyba wthbyra nbyla yykwl dy ansh wkl
“‘Every person that eats what dies of itself, or that which is torn by animals, whether he is native-born or a foreigner, shall wash his clothes, and bathe himself in water, and be unclean until the evening. Then he shall be clean.
