מליל עם בני ישראל למימר אתתא ארי תעדי ותליד דכר ותהי מסאבא שבעת יומין כיומי רחוק סובתה תהי מסאבא:
msaba thhy swbthh rkhwq kywmy ywmyn shbeth msaba wthhy dkr wthlyd thedy ary aththa lmymr yshral bny em mlyl
“Speak to the children of Israel, saying, ‘If a woman conceives, and bears a male child, then she shall be unclean seven days; as in the days of her monthly period she shall be unclean.

וביומא תמינאה יגזר בסרא דערלתיה:
derlthyh bsra ygzr thmynah wbywma
In the eighth day the flesh of his foreskin shall be circumcised.

ותלתין ותלתא יומין תיתב בדם דכו בכל קודשא לא תקרב ולמקדשא לא תעול עד משלם יומי דכותה:
dkwthh ywmy mshlm ed thewl la wlmqdsha thqrb la qwdsha bkl dkw bdm thythb ywmyn wthltha wthlthyn
She shall continue in the blood of purification thirty-three days. She shall not touch any holy thing, nor come into the sanctuary, until the days of her purifying are completed.

ואם נקובתא תליד ותהי מסאבא ארבעה עסר כרחוקה ושתין ושתא יומין תיתב על דם דכו:
dkw dm el thythb ywmyn wshtha wshthyn krkhwqh esr arbeh msaba wthhy thlyd nqwbtha wam
But if she bears a female child, then she shall be unclean two weeks, as in her period; and she shall continue in the blood of purification sixty-six days.

ובמשלם יומי דכותה לברא או לברתא תיתי אמר בר שתיה לעלתא ובר יונה או שפנינא לחטאתא לתרע משכן זמנא לות כהנא:
khna lwth zmna mshkn lthre lkhTatha shpnyna aw ywnh wbr leltha shthyh br amr thythy lbrtha aw lbra dkwthh ywmy wbmshlm
“‘When the days of her purification are completed for a son or for a daughter, she shall bring to the priest at the door of the Tent of Meeting, a year old lamb for a burnt offering, and a young pigeon or a turtledove, for a sin offering.

ויקרבניה קדם יי ויכפר עלה ותדכי מסואבת דמהא דא אוריתא דילדתא לדוכרא או לנקבתא:
lnqbtha aw ldwkra dyldtha awrytha da dmha mswabth wthdky elh wykpr yy qdm wyqrbnyh
He shall offer it before Yahweh, and make atonement for her; then she shall be cleansed from the fountain of her blood. “‘This is the law for her who bears, whether a male or a female.

ואם לא תשכח ידה כמסת אמרא ותסב תרתין שפנינין או תרין בני יונה חד לעלתא וחד לחטאתא ויכפר עלה כהנא ותדכי:
wthdky khna elh wykpr lkhTatha wkhd leltha khd ywnh bny thryn aw shpnynyn thrthyn wthsb amra kmsth ydh thshkkh la wam
If she cannot afford a lamb, then she shall take two turtledoves or two young pigeons: the one for a burnt offering, and the other for a sin offering. The priest shall make atonement for her, and she shall be clean.’”
