ידעית ארום כולא תסובר ולא יתמנע מנך מחשבתא:
mkhshbtha mnk ythmne wla thswbr kwla arwm ydeyth
“I know that you can do all things, and that no purpose of yours can be restrained.

מן דין דמכסי מלכתא בלא מנדעא מטול דהיכנא חויתי ולא אתביין פרישן מני ולא אנדע:
ande wla mny pryshn athbyyn wla khwythy dhykna mTwl mndea bla mlktha dmksy dyn mn
You asked, ‘Who is this who hides counsel without knowledge?’ therefore I have uttered that which I didn’t understand, things too wonderful for me, which I didn’t know.

שמע כדון ואנא אמלל אשאלינך ותהודענני:
wthhwdenny ashalynk amll wana kdwn shme
You said, ‘Listen, now, and I will speak; I will question you, and you will answer me.’

למשמע אודנא שמעית יתך וכדון עיני חמית יתך:
ythk khmyth eyny wkdwn ythk shmeyth awdna lmshme
I had heard of you by the hearing of the ear, but now my eye sees you.

מטול דהיכנא מאסית עתרי ואתנחמית מבני דהנון עפרא וקטם:
wqTm epra dhnwn mbny wathnkhmyth ethry masyth dhykna mTwl
Therefore I abhor myself, and repent in dust and ashes.”

והוה בתר דמלל יי ית פתגמיא האלין עם איוב ואמר יי לאליפז דמן תימן תקוף רוגזי בך ובתרין חבריך ארום לא מללתון לותי כונתא כעבדי איוב:
aywb kebdy kwntha lwthy mllthwn la arwm khbryk wbthryn bk rwgzy thqwp thymn dmn lalypz yy wamr aywb em halyn pthgmya yth yy dmll bthr whwh
It was so, that after Yahweh had spoken these words to Job, Yahweh said to Eliphaz the Temanite, “My wrath is kindled against you, and against your two friends; for you have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job has.

וכדון סיבו לכון שבעא תורין ושבעא דכרין ואזלו לות עבדי איוב ותסקון עלתא אמטולכון ועבדי איוב יצלי עליכון ארום אלהן אפוי אסב מן בגלל דלא למעבד עמכון קלנא ארום לא מללתון לותי כיונא כעבדי איוב:
aywb kebdy kywna lwthy mllthwn la arwm qlna emkwn lmebd dla bgll mn asb apwy alhn arwm elykwn ytsly aywb webdy amTwlkwn eltha wthsqwn aywb ebdy lwth wazlw dkryn wshbea thwryn shbea lkwn sybw wkdwn
Now therefore, take to yourselves seven bulls and seven rams, and go to my servant Job, and offer up for yourselves a burnt offering; and my servant Job shall pray for you, for I will accept him, that I not deal with you according to your folly. For you have not spoken of me the thing that is right, as my servant Job has.”

ואזלו אליפז דמן תימן ובלדד דמן שוח צופר דמן נעמה ועבדו היך דמלל להום מימרא דיי ונסיב מימרא דיי ית אפי איוב:
aywb apy yth dyy mymra wnsyb dyy mymra lhwm dmll hyk webdw nemh dmn tswpr shwkh dmn wbldd thymn dmn alypz wazlw
So Eliphaz the Temanite and Bildad the Shuhite and Zophar the Naamathite went and did what Yahweh commanded them, and Yahweh accepted Job.

ומימרא דיי אתיב ית גלות איוב בצלאותיה מטול דחברוי ואוסיף מימרא דיי ית כל די לאיוב בכופלא:
bkwpla laywb dy kl yth dyy mymra wawsyp dkhbrwy mTwl btslawthyh aywb glwth yth athyb dyy wmymra
Yahweh restored Job’s prosperity when he prayed for his friends. Yahweh gave Job twice as much as he had before.

ואתו לותיה כל אחוי וכל אחותיה וכל חכימוי מן קדמת דנא ואכלו עמיה לחמא בביתיה ונידוי ליה ונחתו יתיה על כל בישתא דאיתי יי עלוי ויהבו ליה גבר חורפא חדא ואנש קדשא דדהבא חד:
khd ddhba qdsha wansh khda khwrpa gbr lyh wyhbw elwy yy daythy byshtha kl el ythyh wnkhthw lyh wnydwy bbythyh lkhma emyh waklw dna qdmth mn khkymwy wkl akhwthyh wkl akhwy kl lwthyh wathw
Then all his brothers, all his sisters, and all those who had been of his acquaintance before, came to him and ate bread with him in his house. They comforted him, and consoled him concerning all the evil that Yahweh had brought on him. Everyone also gave him a piece of money, and everyone a ring of gold.

ומימרא דיי ברך ית סופא דאיוב מן קדמותיה והוו ליה ארבסר אלפין דען ושית אלפין דגמלין ואלף פדנין דתורין ואלף אתנן:
athnn walp dthwryn pdnyn walp dgmlyn alpyn wshyth den alpyn arbsr lyh whww qdmwthyh mn daywb swpa yth brk dyy wmymra
So Yahweh blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning. He had fourteen thousand sheep, six thousand camels, one thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand female donkeys.

והוו ליה ארבסר בנין ותלת בנן:
bnn wthlth bnyn arbsr lyh whww
He had also seven sons and three daughters.

וקרא שמה דחדא ימימא ושום תניתא קציעא ושום תליתתא קרן הפוך ימימא הוה קרי לה דהוה שופרהא כיממא קציעה הוה קרי לה דהוה יקרא כעין קציעתא קרן הפוך הוה קרי לה דהות סגי זיו יקר אפהא היך אזמרגדא:
azmrgda hyk apha yqr zyw sgy dhwth lh qry hwh hpwk qrn qtsyetha keyn yqra dhwh lh qry hwh qtsyeh kymma shwprha dhwh lh qry hwh ymyma hpwk qrn thlyththa wshwm qtsyea thnytha wshwm ymyma dkhda shmh wqra
He called the name of the first, Jemimah; and the name of the second, Keziah; and the name of the third, Keren Happuch.

ולא אשתכח נשיא שפירתא היך בנתא דאיוב בכל ארעא ויהב להום אבוהום אחסנא במצע אחוהון:
akhwhwn bmtse akhsna abwhwm lhwm wyhb area bkl daywb bntha hyk shpyrtha nshya ashthkkh wla
In all the land were no women found so beautiful as the daughters of Job. Their father gave them an inheritance among their brothers.

וחיא איוב בתר דנא מאה וארבעין שנין וחמא ית בנוי וית בני בנוי ארבעה דרין:
dryn arbeh bnwy bny wyth bnwy yth wkhma shnyn warbeyn mah dna bthr aywb wkhya
After this Job lived one hundred forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, to four generations.
