מן אמר אלין עתיד לאיתאה מחא על אדום פורענא תקיפא על בצרה למעבד פורענות דין עמה כמא דקיים להון במימרה אמר הא אנא מתגלי כמא דמללית בזכו סגיא קדמי חיל למפרק:
lmprq khyl qdmy sgya bzkw dmllyth kma mthgly ana ha amr bmymrh lhwn dqyym kma emh dyn pwrenwth lmebd btsrh el thqypa pwrena adwm el mkha laythah ethyd alyn amr mn
Who is this who comes from Edom, with dyed garments from Bozrah? Who is this who is glorious in his clothing, marching in the greatness of his strength? “It is I who speak in righteousness, mighty to save.”

מא דין יסמקון טורין מדם קטילין ומישרין יפקון כחמר במעצרא:
bmetsra kkhmr ypqwn wmyshryn qTylyn mdm Twryn ysmqwn dyn ma
Why is your clothing red, and your garments like him who treads in the wine vat?

הא כביעוט דמתבעיט במעצרא כן יסגי קטול במשרית עממיא ולא יהי להון תקוף קדמי ואקטלינון ברוגזי ואדושינון בחמתי ואתבר תקיפיהון קדמי וכן חכימיהון אסלעים:
asleym khkymyhwn wkn qdmy thqypyhwn wathbr bkhmthy wadwshynwn brwgzy waqTlynwn qdmy thqwp lhwn yhy wla emmya bmshryth qTwl ysgy kn bmetsra dmthbeyT kbyewT ha
“I have trodden the wine press alone. Of the peoples, no one was with me. Yes, I trod them in my anger and trampled them in my wrath. Their lifeblood is sprinkled on my garments, and I have stained all my clothing.

ארי יום פורענותא קדמי ושנת פורקן עמי מטת:
mTth emy pwrqn wshnth qdmy pwrenwtha ywm ary
For the day of vengeance was in my heart, and the year of my redeemed has come.

וגלי קדמי ולית גבר דליה עובדין טבין וידיע קדמי ולית אנש דיקום ויבעי עליהון ופרקתינון בדרע תוקפי ובמימר רעותי סעדתינון:
sedthynwn rewthy wbmymr thwqpy bdre wprqthynwn elyhwn wybey dyqwm ansh wlyth qdmy wydye Tbyn ewbdyn dlyh gbr wlyth qdmy wgly
I looked, and there was no one to help; and I wondered that there was no one to uphold. Therefore my own arm brought salvation to me. My own wrath upheld me.

ואקטל עממיא ברוגזי ואדוששינון בחימתי וארמי לארע ארעיתא קטילי גבריהון:
gbryhwn qTyly areytha lare warmy bkhymthy wadwshshynwn brwgzy emmya waqTl
I trod down the peoples in my anger and made them drunk in my wrath. I poured their lifeblood out on the earth.”

אמר נביא טיבותא דיי אנא מדכר תושבחתא דיי כעל כל דגמלנא יי וסגי טובה לבית ישראל דגמלינון כרחמוהי וכסגיות טובה:
Twbh wksgywth krkhmwhy dgmlynwn yshral lbyth Twbh wsgy yy dgmlna kl kel dyy thwshbkhtha mdkr ana dyy Tybwtha nbya amr
I will tell of the loving kindnesses of Yahweh and the praises of Yahweh, according to all that Yahweh has given to us, and the great goodness toward the house of Israel, which he has given to them according to his mercies, and according to the multitude of his loving kindnesses.

ואמר ברם עמי אינון בניא דלא ישקרון והוה מימרה להון פריק:
pryq lhwn mymrh whwh yshqrwn dla bnya aynwn emy brm wamr
For he said, “Surely, they are my people, children who will not deal falsely;” so he became their Savior.

בכל עדן דחבו קדמוהי לאיתאה עליהון עקא לא אעיק להון ומלאך שליח מן קדמוהי פריקינון ברחמתה ובמחסה עליהון הא שיזבינון ונטלינון וסוברינון כל יומי עלמא:
elma ywmy kl wswbrynwn wnTlynwn shyzbynwn ha elyhwn wbmkhsh brkhmthh pryqynwn qdmwhy mn shlykh wmlak lhwn aeyq la eqa elyhwn laythah qdmwhy dkhbw edn bkl
In all their affliction he was afflicted, and the angel of his presence saved them. In his love and in his pity he redeemed them. He bore them, and carried them all the days of old.

ואינון סריבו וארגיזו על מימר נביי קודשה ואתהפך מימרה להון לבעיל דבב הוא אגיח קרבא בהון:
bhwn qrba agykh hwa dbb lbeyl lhwn mymrh wathhpk qwdshh nbyy mymr el wargyzw srybw waynwn
But they rebelled and grieved his Holy Spirit. Therefore he turned and became their enemy, and he himself fought against them.

וחס על יקר שמה בדיל דוכרן טבותה דמן עלמא גבורן דעבד על ידי משה לעמה דלמא יימר אן דאסקינון מן ימא אן דדברינון במדברא כרעיא לענה אן דאשרי ביניהון ית מימר נביי קודשה:
qwdshh nbyy mymr yth bynyhwn dashry an lenh kreya bmdbra ddbrynwn an yma mn dasqynwn an yymr dlma lemh mshh ydy el debd gbwrn elma dmn Tbwthh dwkrn bdyl shmh yqr el wkhs
Then he remembered the days of old, Moses and his people, saying, “Where is he who brought them up out of the sea with the shepherds of his flock? Where is he who put his Holy Spirit among them?”

דבר לימינא דמשה דרע תושבחתה בזע מי ימא דסוף מן קדמיהון למעבד ליה שום עלם:
elm shwm lyh lmebd qdmyhwn mn dswp yma my bze thwshbkhthh dre dmshh lymyna dbr
Who caused his glorious arm to be at Moses’ right hand? Who divided the waters before them, to make himself an everlasting name?

דברינון בין תחומיא כסוסיא די במדברא לא מתקל כן אף אינון לא אתקילו:
athqylw la aynwn ap kn mthql la bmdbra dy kswsya thkhwmya byn dbrynwn
Who led them through the depths, like a horse in the wilderness, so that they didn’t stumble?

כבעירא די במישרא מדברא מימרא דיי דברינון כן דברתה לעמך למעבד לך שום דתושבחא:
dthwshbkha shwm lk lmebd lemk dbrthh kn dbrynwn dyy mymra mdbra bmyshra dy kbeyra
As the livestock that go down into the valley, Yahweh’s Spirit caused them to rest. So you led your people to make yourself a glorious name.

אסתכי מן שמיא ואתגלי ממדור קודשך ותושבחתך אן פורענותך וגברותך המון טבותך וסגיות רחמך עלי יחסנון:
ykhsnwn ely rkhmk wsgywth Tbwthk hmwn wgbrwthk pwrenwthk an wthwshbkhthk qwdshk mmdwr wathgly shmya mn asthky
Look down from heaven, and see from the habitation of your holiness and of your glory. Where are your zeal and your mighty acts? The yearning of your heart and your compassion is restrained toward me.

ארי את הוא דרחמך עלנא סגיאין כאב על בנין ארי אברהם לא אסקנא ממצרים וישראל לא עבד לנא פרישן במדברא את הוא יי ורחמך עלנא סגיאין כאב על בנין פרקנא מעלם שמך:
shmk melm prqna bnyn el kab sgyayn elna wrkhmk yy hwa ath bmdbra pryshn lna ebd la wyshral mmtsrym asqna la abrhm ary bnyn el kab sgyayn elna drkhmk hwa ath ary
For you are our Father, though Abraham doesn’t know us, and Israel does not acknowledge us. You, Yahweh, are our Father. Our Redeemer from everlasting is your name.

למה תרחקיננא יי למטעי מאורחן דתקנן קדמך כעממיא דלית להון חולק באולפן אוריתך לא יתפני לבנא מדחלתך אתיב שכנתך לעמך בדיל עבדך צדיקיא דקימתא להון במימרך למעבד ביניהון שבטי אחסנתך:
akhsnthk shbTy bynyhwn lmebd bmymrk lhwn dqymtha tsdyqya ebdk bdyl lemk shknthk athyb mdkhlthk lbna ythpny la awrythk bawlpn khwlq lhwn dlyth kemmya qdmk dthqnn mawrkhn lmTey yy thrkhqynna lmh
O Yahweh, why do you make us wander from your ways, and harden our heart from your fear? Return for your servants’ sake, the tribes of your inheritance.

בזעיר דיריתו עמא דקודשך בעלי דבבנא דושישו מקדשך:
mqdshk dwshyshw dbbna bely dqwdshk ema dyrythw bzeyr
Your holy people possessed it but a little while. Our adversaries have trodden down your sanctuary.

הא אנחנא עמך דמן עלמא לא לעממיא יהבת אולפן אוריתך לא אתקרי שמך עליהון לא להון ארכינתא שמיא אתגליתא מן קדמך טוריא זעו:
zew Twrya qdmk mn athglytha shmya arkyntha lhwn la elyhwn shmk athqry la awrythk awlpn yhbth lemmya la elma dmn emk ankhna ha
We have become like those over whom you never ruled, like those who were not called by your name.
