קומי אנהרי ירושלם ארי מטא זמן פורקניך ויקרא דיי עלך יתגלי:
ythgly elk dyy wyqra pwrqnyk zmn mTa ary yrwshlm anhry qwmy
“Arise, shine; for your light has come, and Yahweh’s glory has risen on you!

ארי הא חשוכא יחפי ארעא וקבלא למלכותא וביך ישרי שכנתא דיי ויקרה עלך יתגלי:
ythgly elk wyqrh dyy shkntha yshry wbyk lmlkwtha wqbla area ykhpy khshwka ha ary
For behold, darkness will cover the earth, and thick darkness the peoples; but Yahweh will arise on you, and his glory shall be seen on you.

ויהכון עממין לנהוריך ומלכיא לקבל זהוריך:
zhwryk lqbl wmlkya lnhwryk emmyn wyhkwn
Nations will come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

זקופי ירושלם סחור סחור עינך וחזי כל בני עם גלותך דמתכנשין ואתן לגויך בנך מרחיק ייתון ובנתך על גססין יתנסבן:
ythnsbn gssyn el wbnthk yythwn mrkhyq bnk lgwyk wathn dmthknshyn glwthk em bny kl wkhzy eynk skhwr skhwr yrwshlm zqwpy
“Lift up your eyes all around, and see: they all gather themselves together. They come to you. Your sons will come from far away, and your daughters will be carried in arms.

בכן תחזין ותנהרין ותדחלין ויפתי לביך בדחלת חטאין ארי יתחליף ליך עותר מערבא נכסי פלחי כוכביא יתעלון לגויך:
lgwyk ythelwn kwkbya plkhy nksy merba ewthr lyk ythkhlyp ary khTayn bdkhlth lbyk wypthy wthdkhlyn wthnhryn thkhzyn bkn
Then you shall see and be radiant, and your heart will thrill and be enlarged; because the abundance of the sea will be turned to you. The wealth of the nations will come to you.

שירת ערבאי תחפי סחרניך הוגני מדין והולד כולהון משבא ייתון דהב ולבונה יהון טעינין ודאתן עמהון בתושבחתא דיי יהון משתען:
mshthen yhwn dyy bthwshbkhtha emhwn wdathn Teynyn yhwn wlbwnh dhb yythwn mshba kwlhwn whwld mdyn hwgny skhrnyk thkhpy erbay shyrth
A multitude of camels will cover you, the dromedaries of Midian and Ephah. All from Sheba will come. They will bring gold and frankincense, and will proclaim the praises of Yahweh.

כל עאן ערבאי יתכנשין לגויך דכרי נביות ישמשוניך יתסקון לרעוא על מדבחי ובית תושבחתי אשבח:
ashbkh thwshbkhthy wbyth mdbkhy el lrewa ythsqwn yshmshwnyk nbywth dkry lgwyk ythknshyn erbay ean kl
All the flocks of Kedar will be gathered together to you. The rams of Nebaioth will serve you. They will be accepted as offerings on my altar; and I will beautify my glorious house.

מן אלין דאתן בגלי כעננין קלילין ולא אתעכבא גלותא דישראל דמתכנשין ואתין לארעהון הא כיונין דתיבן לגו שובכיהון:
shwbkyhwn lgw dthybn kywnyn ha larehwn wathyn dmthknshyn dyshral glwtha athekba wla qlylyn kennyn bgly dathn alyn mn
“Who are these who fly as a cloud, and as the doves to their windows?

ארי למימרי נגון יסברון ונחתי ספיני ימא אידא פרסא קלעהא בקדמיתא לאיתאה בנך מרחיק כספהון ודהבהון עמהון לשמא דיי אלהך ולקדישא דישראל ארי שבחך:
shbkhk ary dyshral wlqdysha alhk dyy lshma emhwn wdhbhwn ksphwn mrkhyq bnk laythah bqdmytha qleha prsa ayda yma spyny wnkhthy ysbrwn ngwn lmymry ary
Surely the islands will wait for me, and the ships of Tarshish first, to bring your sons from far away, their silver and their gold with them, for the name of Yahweh your God, and for the Holy One of Israel, because he has glorified you.

ויבנון בני עממיא שורך ומלכיהון ישמשוניך ארי ברוגזי אלקיתיך וברעותי ארחם עלך:
elk arkhm wbrewthy alqythyk brwgzy ary yshmshwnyk wmlkyhwn shwrk emmya bny wybnwn
“Foreigners will build up your walls, and their kings will serve you; for in my wrath I struck you, but in my favor I have had mercy on you.

ויתפתחון תרעך תדירא יימם ולילי לא יתאחדון לאעלא לגויך נכסי עממיא ומלכיהון זקיקין:
zqyqyn wmlkyhwn emmya nksy lgwyk laela ythakhdwn la wlyly yymm thdyra threk wythpthkhwn
Your gates also shall be open continually; they shall not be shut day nor night, that men may bring to you the wealth of the nations, and their kings led captive.

ארי עם ומלכו דלא יפלחוניך ירושלם ייבדון ועממיא אשתיצאה ישתיצון:
yshthytswn ashthytsah wemmya yybdwn yrwshlm yplkhwnyk dla wmlkw em ary
For that nation and kingdom that will not serve you shall perish; yes, those nations shall be utterly wasted.

יקר לבנן לגויך יתעל בירון מורנין ואשכרעין כחדא לשבחא אתר בית מקדשי ואתר בית אשריות שכנתי איקר:
ayqr shknthy ashrywth byth wathr mqdshy byth athr lshbkha kkhda washkreyn mwrnyn byrwn ythel lgwyk lbnn yqr
“The glory of Lebanon shall come to you, the cypress tree, the pine, and the box tree together, to beautify the place of my sanctuary; and I will make the place of my feet glorious.

ויהכון לגויך כפיפין בני משעבדיך וישטתחון למבעי מניך על פרסת רגליך כל דהוו מרגזין ליך ויקרון ליך קרתא דיי ציון דאתרעי בה קדישא דישראל:
dyshral qdysha bh dathrey tsywn dyy qrtha lyk wyqrwn lyk mrgzyn dhww kl rglyk prsth el mnyk lmbey wyshTthkhwn mshebdyk bny kpypyn lgwyk wyhkwn
The sons of those who afflicted you will come bowing to you; and all those who despised you will bow themselves down at the soles of your feet. They will call you Yahweh’s City, the Zion of the Holy One of Israel.

חלף דהוית שביקא ומטלטלא ולית דעדי ואשוינך ליקר עלם בית דיץ דר ודר:
wdr dr dyts byth elm lyqr washwynk dedy wlyth wmTlTla shbyqa dhwyth khlp
“Whereas you have been forsaken and hated, so that no one passed through you, I will make you an eternal excellency, a joy of many generations.

ותסבעין נכסי עממיא ובבזת מלכין תתפנקין ותידעין ארי אנא יי פרקיך ומשיזביך תקיפא דיעקב:
dyeqb thqypa wmshyzbyk prqyk yy ana ary wthydeyn ththpnqyn mlkyn wbbzth emmya nksy wthsbeyn
You will also drink the milk of the nations, and will nurse from royal breasts. Then you will know that I, Yahweh, am your Savior, your Redeemer, the Mighty One of Jacob.

חלף נחשא דבזו מניך ירושלם איתי דהבא וחלף ברזלא איתי כספא וחלף אעיא נחשא וחלף אבניא ברזלא ואשוי פרנסך שלם ושלטוניך בזכו:
bzkw wshlTwnyk shlm prnsk washwy brzla abnya wkhlp nkhsha aeya wkhlp kspa aythy brzla wkhlp dhba aythy yrwshlm mnyk dbzw nkhsha khlp
For bronze I will bring gold; for iron I will bring silver; for wood, bronze, and for stones, iron. I will also make peace your governor, and righteousness your ruler.

לא ישתמע עוד חיטפא בארעיך בזא ותבירא בתחומיך ויערעון פורקן על שורך ועל תרעך יהון משבחין:
mshbkhyn yhwn threk wel shwrk el pwrqn wyerewn bthkhwmyk wthbyra bza bareyk khyTpa ewd yshthme la
Violence shall no more be heard in your land, nor desolation or destruction within your borders; but you will call your walls Salvation, and your gates Praise.

לא תצטרכין לניהור שמשא ביממא ואף לא לזיהור סיהרא בליליא ויהי ליך יי לניהור עלם ואלהך לתושבחתיך:
lthwshbkhthyk walhk elm lnyhwr yy lyk wyhy blylya syhra lzyhwr la wap bymma shmsha lnyhwr thtsTrkyn la
The sun will be no more your light by day, nor will the brightness of the moon give light to you, but Yahweh will be your everlasting light, and your God will be your glory.

לא תבטל עוד מלכותיך ויקריך לא יעדי ארי יי יהי ליך לניהור עלם וישלמון יומי אבליך:
ablyk ywmy wyshlmwn elm lnyhwr lyk yhy yy ary yedy la wyqryk mlkwthyk ewd thbTl la
Your sun will not go down any more, nor will your moon withdraw itself; for Yahweh will be your everlasting light, and the days of your mourning will end.
21
ועמיך כולהון זכאין לעלם יחסנון ארעא ניצבא דחדותי עובד גבורתי לאשתבחא:
lashthbkha gbwrthy ewbd dkhdwthy nytsba area ykhsnwn lelm zkayn kwlhwn wemyk
Then your people will all be righteous. They will inherit the land forever, the branch of my planting, the work of my hands, that I may be glorified.
