ܗܟܢܐ ܐܡ̇ܪ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܝܢܘ ܟܬܒܐ ܕܫܘܒܩܢܐ ܕܫܒ̇ܩܬ ܠܐܡܟܘܢ ܐܘ ܡܢܘ ܡܪܐ ܚܘܒܬܝ ܕܙܒܢ̇ܬܟܘܢ ܠܗ ܗܐ ܒܚ̈ܛܗܝܟܘܢ ܐܙܕܒܢܬܘܢ ܘܒܥܘܠܟܘܢ ܐܫܬܒܩܬ ܐܡܟܘܢ
'mkwn 'shthbqth wbewlkwn 'zdbnthwn bkhThykwn h' lh dzbnthkwn khwbthy mr' mnw 'w l'mkwn dshbqth dshwbqn' kthb' 'ynw mry' 'mr hkn'
Yahweh says, “Where is the bill of your mother’s divorce, with which I have put her away? Or to which of my creditors have I sold you? Behold, you were sold for your iniquities, and your mother was put away for your transgressions.

ܠܡܢܐ ܐ̇ܬܝܬ ܘܠܝܬ ܐܢܫ ܘܩ̇ܪܝܬ ܘܠܝܬ ܕܥ̇ܢܐ ܚܨܕܐ ܚܨܕܬ ܐܝܕܝ ܘܦܕܬ ܐܘ ܠܝܬ ܒܝ ܚܝܠܐ ܠܡܦܨܝܘ ܗܐ ܒܟܐܬܝ ܡܚܪܒ ܐܢܐ ܝܡܐ ܘܥܒ̇ܕ ܐܢܐ ܢܗܪ̈ܘܬܐ ܐܝܟ ܡܕܒܪܐ ܘܣ̇ܪܝܢ ܢܘ̈ܢܝܗܘܢ ܡܢ ܒܠܝ ܡ̈ܝܐ ܘܡ̇ܝܬܝܢ
wmythyn my' bly mn nwnyhwn wsryn mdbr' 'yk nhrwth' 'n' webd ym' 'n' mkhrb bk'thy h' lmptsyw khyl' by lyth 'w wpdth 'ydy khtsdth khtsd' den' wlyth wqryth 'nsh wlyth 'thyth lmn'
Why, when I came, was there no one? When I called, why was there no one to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it can’t redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea. I make the rivers a wilderness. Their fish stink because there is no water, and die of thirst.

ܘܡܠܒܫ ܐܢܐ ܠܫܡܝܐ ܚܫܘܟܐ ܘܣܩܐ ܥܒ̇ܕ ܐܢܐ ܬܟܣܝܬܗܘܢ

I clothe the heavens with blackness. I make sackcloth their covering.”

ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܐ ܝܗܒ ܠܝ ܠܫܢܐ ܕܝܘܠܦܢܐ ܕܐܘܕܥ ܘܐܚܘܐ ܠܡܛܪ̈ܦܐ ܡܠܬܐ ܐܥܝܪ ܒܨܦܪܐ ܒܨܦܪܐ ܢܥܒܕ ܠܝ ܐ̈ܕܢܐ ܠܡܫܡܥ ܝܘܠܦܢܐ
ywlpn' lmshme 'dn' ly nebd btspr' btspr' 'eyr mlth' lmTrp' w'khw' d'wde dywlpn' lshn' ly yhb 'lh' mry'
The Lord Yahweh has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with words him who is weary. He awakens morning by morning, he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.

ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܐ ܦܬܚ ܠܝ ܐ̈ܕܢܐ ܘܐܢܐ ܠܐ ܗܦ̇ܟܬ ܠܒܣܬܪܝ ܐܦ ܠܐ ܩܡ̇ܬ ܒܚܪܝܢܐ
bkhryn' qmth l' 'p lbsthry hpkth l' w'n' 'dn' ly pthkh 'lh' mry'
The Lord Yahweh has opened my ear. I was not rebellious. I have not turned back.

ܓܘܫܡܝ ܝܗ̇ܒܬ ܠܡܚ̈ܘܬܐ ܘܦܟ̈ܝ ܠܫܘܩܦܐ ܘܐ̈ܦܝ ܠܐ ܐܦܢܝ̇ܬ ܡܢ ܒܗܬܬܐ ܘܡܢ ܪܘܩܐ
rwq' wmn bhthth' mn 'pnyth l' w'py lshwqp' wpky lmkhwth' yhbth gwshmy
I gave my back to those who beat me, and my cheeks to those who plucked off the hair. I didn’t hide my face from shame and spitting.

ܘܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܐ ܥܕܪܢܝ ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܠܐ ܒܗ̇ܬܬ ܡܛܠ ܗܢܐ ܥܒ̇ܕܬ ܐ̈ܦܝ ܐܝܟ ܟܐܦܐ ܘܝܕܥ̇ܬ ܕܠܐ ܒܗ̇ܬ ܐܢܐ
'n' bhth dl' wydeth k'p' 'yk 'py ebdth hn' mTl bhthth l' hn' mTl edrny 'lh' wmry'
For the Lord Yahweh will help me. Therefore I have not been confounded. Therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I won’t be disappointed.

ܕܩܪܝܒ ܗܘ ܡܙܕܩܢܝ ܡܢܘ ܕܐ̇ܢ ܥܡܝ ܢܩܘܡ ܐܟܚܕܐ ܐܘ ܡܢܘ ܒܥܠ ܕܝܢܝ ܢܬܩܪܒ ܠܘܬܝ
lwthy nthqrb dyny bel mnw 'w 'kkhd' nqwm emy d'n mnw mzdqny hw dqryb
He who justifies me is near. Who will bring charges against me? Let us stand up together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near to me.

ܗܐ ܡܪܝܐ ܐܠܗܐ ܡܥܕܪ ܠܝ ܡܢܘ ܡܚܝܒ ܠܝ ܗܐ ܟܠܗܘܢ ܐܝܟ ܠܒܘܫܐ ܒ̇ܠܝܢ ܘܣܣܐ ܢܐܟܘܠ ܐܢܘܢ
'nwn n'kwl wss' blyn lbwsh' 'yk klhwn h' ly mkhyb mnw ly medr 'lh' mry' h'
Behold, the Lord Yahweh will help me! Who is he who will condemn me? Behold, they will all grow old like a garment. The moths will eat them up.

ܡܢܘ ܒܟܘܢ ܕܕܚ̇ܠ ܡܢ ܡܪܝܐ ܢܫܡܥ ܒܩܠܐ ܕܥܒܕܗ ܕܡܗܠܟ ܒܚܫܘܟܐ ܘܠܝܬ ܠܗ ܢܘܗܪܐ ܢܣܒܪ ܒܫܡܗ ܕܡܪܝܐ ܘܢܬܦܪܩ ܒܐܠܗܗ
b'lhh wnthprq dmry' bshmh nsbr nwhr' lh wlyth bkhshwk' dmhlk debdh bql' nshme mry' mn ddkhl bkwn mnw
Who among you fears Yahweh and obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness and has no light, let him trust in Yahweh’s name, and rely on his God.

ܗܐ ܟܠܟܘܢ ܫ̇ܒ̈ܩܝ ܢܘܪܐ ܐܢܬܘܢ ܘܡܓܘܙ̈ܠܝ ܫܠܗܒܝܬܐ ܙܠܘ ܒܙܗܪܐ ܕܢܘܪܟܘܢ ܘܒܫܠܗܒܝܬܐ ܕܓܘܙܠܬܟܘܢ ܡܢ ܐ̈ܝܕܝ ܗܘܬܟܘܢ ܗܕܐ ܕܒܟܪܝܘܬܐ ܬܕܡܟܘܢ
thdmkwn dbkrywth' hd' hwthkwn 'ydy mn dgwzlthkwn wbshlhbyth' dnwrkwn bzhr' zlw shlhbyth' wmgwzly 'nthwn nwr' shbqy klkwn h'
Behold, all you who kindle a fire, who adorn yourselves with torches around yourselves, walk in the flame of your fire, and among the torches that you have kindled. You will have this from my hand: you will lie down in sorrow.
