כדנן אמר יי אידא היא אגרת פטורין דיהבית לכנשתכון ארי אתרחקת או מן גבר דלה חובא קדמי דזבנית יתכון לה הא בחוביכון אזדבנתון ובמרדיכון אתרחקת כנשתכון:
knshthkwn athrkhqth wbmrdykwn azdbnthwn bkhwbykwn ha lh ythkwn dzbnyth qdmy khwba dlh gbr mn aw athrkhqth ary lknshthkwn dyhbyth pTwryn agrth hya ayda yy amr kdnn
Yahweh says, “Where is the bill of your mother’s divorce, with which I have put her away? Or to which of my creditors have I sold you? Behold, you were sold for your iniquities, and your mother was put away for your transgressions.

מא דין שליחת נביי ולא תבו אתנביאו ולא קבילו האתקפדא אתקפדת גבורתי מלמפרק ואם לית קדמי חיל לשיזבא הא במזופיתי אחריב ימא אשוי נהרין מדברא יסרון נוניהון מבלי מיא וימותון בצחותא:
btskhwtha wymwthwn mya mbly nwnyhwn ysrwn mdbra nhryn ashwy yma akhryb bmzwpythy ha lshyzba khyl qdmy lyth wam mlmprq gbwrthy athqpdth hathqpda qbylw wla athnbyaw thbw wla nbyy shlykhth dyn ma
Why, when I came, was there no one? When I called, why was there no one to answer? Is my hand shortened at all, that it can’t redeem? Or have I no power to deliver? Behold, at my rebuke I dry up the sea. I make the rivers a wilderness. Their fish stink because there is no water, and die of thirst.

אכסי שמיא כדבקבלא ובסקא אשוי כסותהון:
kswthhwn ashwy wbsqa kdbqbla shmya aksy
I clothe the heavens with blackness. I make sackcloth their covering.”

יי אלהים יהב לי לשן דמלפין להודעא אלפא לצדיקיא דמשלהן לפתגמי אוריתא חוכמא בכן בצפר בצפר מקדים לשלחא נביאוהי מאים יתפתחן אודני חיביא ויקבלון אולפן:
awlpn wyqblwn khybya awdny ythpthkhn maym nbyawhy lshlkha mqdym btspr btspr bkn khwkma awrytha lpthgmy dmshlhn ltsdyqya alpa lhwdea dmlpyn lshn ly yhb alhym yy
The Lord Yahweh has given me the tongue of those who are taught, that I may know how to sustain with words him who is weary. He awakens morning by morning, he awakens my ear to hear as those who are taught.

יי אלהים שלחני לאתנבאה ואנא לא סריבית לאחורא לא אסתחרית:
asthkhryth la lakhwra srybyth la wana lathnbah shlkhny alhym yy
The Lord Yahweh has opened my ear. I was not rebellious. I have not turned back.

גבי יהבית למחן וליסתי למרטן אפי לא טמרית מאתכנעו ורוק:
wrwq mathknew Tmryth la apy lmrTn wlysthy lmkhn yhbyth gby
I gave my back to those who beat me, and my cheeks to those who plucked off the hair. I didn’t hide my face from shame and spitting.

ויי אלהים סעיד לי על כן לא אתכנעית על כן שויתי אפי תקיפין כטינרא וידענא ארי לא אתבהית:
athbhyth la ary wydena kTynra thqypyn apy shwythy kn el athkneyth la kn el ly seyd alhym wyy
For the Lord Yahweh will help me. Therefore I have not been confounded. Therefore I have set my face like a flint, and I know that I won’t be disappointed.

קריבא זכותי מן ידין עמי נקום כחדא מן בעיל דיני יתקריב לותי:
lwthy ythqryb dyny beyl mn kkhda nqwm emy ydyn mn zkwthy qryba
He who justifies me is near. Who will bring charges against me? Let us stand up together. Who is my adversary? Let him come near to me.

הא יי אלהים סעיד לי מן הוא די יחיבינני הא כולהון כלבושא דבלי וכעשא אכיל לה:
lh akyl wkesha dbly klbwsha kwlhwn ha ykhybynny dy hwa mn ly seyd alhym yy ha
Behold, the Lord Yahweh will help me! Who is he who will condemn me? Behold, they will all grow old like a garment. The moths will eat them up.

מן בכון מדחליא דיי די שמע בקל עבדה נביא דעבד אוריתא בעקא כגבר דמהלך בקבלא ולית זהור לה מתרחיץ בשמא דיי ומסתמיך על פורקנא דאלהה:
dalhh pwrqna el wmsthmyk dyy bshma mthrkhyts lh zhwr wlyth bqbla dmhlk kgbr beqa awrytha debd nbya ebdh bql shme dy dyy mdkhlya bkwn mn
Who among you fears Yahweh and obeys the voice of his servant? He who walks in darkness and has no light, let him trust in Yahweh’s name, and rely on his God.

הא כולכון מגרן באשתא מתקפי חרב אזילו פילו באשתא דגריתון ובחרבא דתקיפתון ממימרי הות דא לכון לתקלותכון תחובון:
thkhwbwn lthqlwthkwn lkwn da hwth mmymry dthqypthwn wbkhrba dgrythwn bashtha pylw azylw khrb mthqpy bashtha mgrn kwlkwn ha
Behold, all you who kindle a fire, who adorn yourselves with torches around yourselves, walk in the flame of your fire, and among the torches that you have kindled. You will have this from my hand: you will lie down in sorrow.
