כדנן אמר יי למשיחה לכורש דאתקפית בימינה לממסר קדמוהי עממין וחרצי מלכין אשרי לפתחא קדמוהי דשין ותרעין לא יתאחדון:
ythakhdwn la wthreyn dshyn qdmwhy lpthkha ashry mlkyn wkhrtsy emmyn qdmwhy lmmsr bymynh dathqpyth lkwrsh lmshykhh yy amr kdnn
Yahweh says to his anointed, to Cyrus, whose right hand I have held to subdue nations before him and strip kings of their armor, to open the doors before him, and the gates shall not be shut:

מימרי קדמך יהך ושוריא אכבש דשין דנחש אתבר ועברין דברזל אקצץ:
aqtsts dbrzl webryn athbr dnkhsh dshyn akbsh wshwrya yhk qdmk mymry
“I will go before you and make the rough places smooth. I will break the doors of bronze in pieces and cut apart the bars of iron.

ואתן לך אוצרין דחשוך וסימן דמטמרן בדיל דתידע ארי אנא יי דרביתי בשמך אלהא דישראל:
dyshral alha bshmk drbythy yy ana ary dthyde bdyl dmTmrn wsymn dkhshwk awtsryn lk wathn
I will give you the treasures of darkness and hidden riches of secret places, that you may know that it is I, Yahweh, who calls you by your name, even the God of Israel.

בדיל עבדי יעקב וישראל בחירי וקרית לך בשמך אתקינתך ולא ידעתא למדחל קדמי:
qdmy lmdkhl ydetha wla athqynthk bshmk lk wqryth bkhyry wyshral yeqb ebdy bdyl
For Jacob my servant’s sake, and Israel my chosen, I have called you by your name. I have given you a title, though you have not known me.

אנא יי ולית עוד ובר מני לית אלהא סעדתיך ולא ידעתא למדחל קדמי:
qdmy lmdkhl ydetha wla sedthyk alha lyth mny wbr ewd wlyth yy ana
I am Yahweh, and there is no one else. Besides me, there is no God. I will strengthen you, though you have not known me,

בדיל דידעון ממדנח שמשא וממערבא ארי לית בר מני אנא יי ולית עוד:
ewd wlyth yy ana mny br lyth ary wmmerba shmsha mmdnkh dydewn bdyl
that they may know from the rising of the sun, and from the west, that there is no one besides me. I am Yahweh, and there is no one else.

דאתקין נהור וברי חשוך עביד שלם וברי ביש אנא יי עביד כל אלין:
alyn kl ebyd yy ana bysh wbry shlm ebyd khshwk wbry nhwr dathqyn
I form the light and create darkness. I make peace and create calamity. I am Yahweh, who does all these things.

ישמשון שמיא מלעלא וענניא יגדון טובא תתפתח ארעא ויחון מתיא וזכותא תתגלי כחדא אנא יי בריתינון:
brythynwn yy ana kkhda ththgly wzkwtha mthya wykhwn area ththpthkh Twba ygdwn wennya mlela shmya yshmshwn
Rain, you heavens, from above, and let the skies pour down righteousness. Let the earth open, that it may produce salvation, and let it cause righteousness to spring up with it. I, Yahweh, have created it.

וי די מדמי למידן לקבל פתגמי בריה ורחץ דיוטבין ליה צלמי פחרא דעבדין מעפר אדמתא האפשר דיימר טינא לעבדה לא עבדתני ועובדך לית ידין ליה:
lyh ydyn lyth wewbdk ebdthny la lebdh Tyna dyymr hapshr admtha mepr debdyn pkhra tslmy lyh dywTbyn wrkhts bryh pthgmy lqbl lmydn mdmy dy wy
Woe to him who strives with his Maker— a clay pot among the clay pots of the earth! Shall the clay ask him who fashions it, ‘What are you making?’ or your work, ‘He has no hands’?

וי דאמר לאב מה תוליד ולאתתא מה תעדין:
thedyn mh wlaththa thwlyd mh lab damr wy
Woe to him who says to a father, ‘What have you become the father of?’ or to a mother, ‘What have you given birth to?’”

כדנן אמר יי קדישא דישראל ודאתקנה אתיא דעתידין למיתי אתון שאלין מן קדמי על עמי ועל עובד גבורתי תפקדונני:
thpqdwnny gbwrthy ewbd wel emy el qdmy mn shalyn athwn lmythy dethydyn athya wdathqnh dyshral qdysha yy amr kdnn
Yahweh, the Holy One of Israel and his Maker says: “You ask me about the things that are to come, concerning my sons, and you command me concerning the work of my hands!

אנא במימרי עבדת ארעא ואנשא עלה בריתי אנא בגבורתי תלית שמיא וכל חיליהון שכלילית:
shklylyth khylyhwn wkl shmya thlyth bgbwrthy ana brythy elh wansha area ebdth bmymry ana
I have made the earth, and created man on it. I, even my hands, have stretched out the heavens. I have commanded all their army.

אנא איתינה בגלי בקשוט וכל אורחתה אתקן הוא יבני קרתי וגלות עמי ישלח לא בדמין ולא בממון אמר יי צבאות:
tsbawth yy amr bmmwn wla bdmyn la yshlkh emy wglwth qrthy ybny hwa athqn awrkhthh wkl bqshwT bgly aythynh ana
I have raised him up in righteousness, and I will make all his ways straight. He shall build my city, and he shall let my exiles go free, not for price nor reward,” says Yahweh of Armies.

כדנן אמר יי ליאות מצרים ותגרי כוש ואנשי סבא גברין דסחורא עלך יעדון ודילך יהון בתר פתגמך יהכון בשלשלן יעדון וליך יסגדון מניך יבעון ויודון למימר בקושטא ביך אלהא ולית עוד אלהא בר מנך:
mnk br alha ewd wlyth alha byk bqwshTa lmymr wywdwn ybewn mnyk ysgdwn wlyk yedwn bshlshln yhkwn pthgmk bthr yhwn wdylk yedwn elk dskhwra gbryn sba wanshy kwsh wthgry mtsrym lyawth yy amr kdnn
Yahweh says: “The labor of Egypt, and the merchandise of Ethiopia, and the Sabeans, men of stature, will come over to you, and they will be yours. They will go after you. They shall come over in chains. They will bow down to you. They will make supplication to you: ‘Surely God is in you; and there is no one else. There is no other god.

בקושטא את אלהא אשריתא בתקוף רומא שכנתך אלהא דישראל פריק:
pryq dyshral alha shknthk rwma bthqwp ashrytha alha ath bqwshTa
Most certainly you are a God who has hidden yourself, God of Israel, the Savior.’”
16
בהיתו ואף אתכנעו כולהון כחדא הליכו באתכנעו פלחי צלמיא:
tslmya plkhy bathknew hlykw kkhda kwlhwn athknew wap bhythw
They will be disappointed, yes, confounded, all of them. Those who are makers of idols will go into confusion together.

ישראל יתפריק במימרא דיי פורקן עלמיא לא תבהתון ולא תתכנעון לעלם ולעלמי עלמיא:
elmya wlelmy lelm ththknewn wla thbhthwn la elmya pwrqn dyy bmymra ythpryq yshral
Israel will be saved by Yahweh with an everlasting salvation. You will not be disappointed nor confounded to ages everlasting.

ארי כדנן אמר יי די ברא שמיא הוא אלהים דשכליל ארעא ועבדה הוא אתקנה לא לריקנו ברה אלהין לאסגאה עלה בני אנשא אתקנא אנא יי ולית עוד:
ewd wlyth yy ana athqna ansha bny elh lasgah alhyn brh lryqnw la athqnh hwa webdh area dshklyl alhym hwa shmya bra dy yy amr kdnn ary
For Yahweh who created the heavens, the God who formed the earth and made it, who established it and didn’t create it a waste, who formed it to be inhabited says: “I am Yahweh. There is no other.

לא בסתרא מללית באתר ארעא קבל ולא אמרית לזרעא דבית יעקב לריקנו תבעו דחלתי אנא יי ממלל קשוט מחוי כיונן:
kywnn mkhwy qshwT mmll yy ana dkhlthy thbew lryqnw yeqb dbyth lzrea amryth wla qbl area bathr mllyth bsthra la
I have not spoken in secret, in a place of the land of darkness. I didn’t say to the offspring of Jacob, ‘Seek me in vain.’ I, Yahweh, speak righteousness. I declare things that are right.

אתכנישו ואתו אתקרבו כחדא משיזבי עממיא לא ידעין דנסבין ית אעי צלמיהון ובען מן דחלא דלא יפרוק:
yprwq dla dkhla mn wben tslmyhwn aey yth dnsbyn ydeyn la emmya mshyzby kkhda athqrbw wathw athknyshw
“Assemble yourselves and come. Draw near together, you who have escaped from the nations. Those have no knowledge who carry the wood of their engraved image, and pray to a god that can’t save.

חוו ואתקרבו אף אתמליכו כחדא מן בסר דא מלקדמין מבכן חויה הלא אנא יי ולית עוד אלה בר מני אלה דזכי ופריק לית אלא אנא:
ana ala lyth wpryq dzky alh mny br alh ewd wlyth yy ana hla khwyh mbkn mlqdmyn da bsr mn kkhda athmlykw ap wathqrbw khww
Declare and present it. Yes, let them take counsel together. Who has shown this from ancient time? Who has declared it of old? Haven’t I, Yahweh? There is no other God besides me, a just God and a Savior. There is no one besides me.

אתפנו למימרי ואתפריקו כל דבסיפי ארעא ארי אנא אלהא ולית עוד:
ewd wlyth alha ana ary area dbsypy kl wathpryqw lmymry athpnw
“Look to me, and be saved, all the ends of the earth; for I am God, and there is no other.
23
במימרי קימת נפק מן קדמי בזכו פתגם ולא יבטל ארי קדמי תכרע כל ברך תקים כל לישן:
lyshn kl thqym brk kl thkre qdmy ary ybTl wla pthgm bzkw qdmy mn npq qymth bmymry
I have sworn by myself. The word has gone out of my mouth in righteousness, and will not be revoked, that to me every knee shall bow, every tongue shall take an oath.

ברם במימרא דיי עלי אמר לאיתאה זכון ותקוף במימרה יודון ויבהתון בטעותהון כל עממיא דהוו מתגרין בעמה:
bemh mthgryn dhww emmya kl bTewthhwn wybhthwn ywdwn bmymrh wthqwp zkwn laythah amr ely dyy bmymra brm
They will say of me, ‘There is righteousness and strength only in Yahweh.’” Even to him will men come. All those who raged against him will be disappointed.
