הא עבדי משיחא אקרבינה בחירי דאתרעי ביה מימרי אתן רוחא דקודשי עלוהי דינין לעממין יגלי:
ygly lemmyn dynyn elwhy dqwdshy rwkha athn mymry byh dathrey bkhyry aqrbynh mshykha ebdy ha
“Behold, my servant, whom I uphold, my chosen, in whom my soul delights: I have put my Spirit on him. He will bring justice to the nations.

לא יצוח ולא יכלי ולא ירים לברא קלה:
qlh lbra yrym wla ykly wla ytswkh la
He will not shout, nor raise his voice, nor cause it to be heard in the street.

ענותניא דאינון דמן לקניא רעיע לא יתברון וחשיכיא דכבוצין עמי לא יטפון לקושטא יפיק דינא:
dyna ypyq lqwshTa yTpwn la emy dkbwtsyn wkhshykya ythbrwn la reye lqnya dmn daynwn enwthnya
He won’t break a bruised reed. He won’t quench a dimly burning wick. He will faithfully bring justice.

לא ילהי ולא ילאי עד דיתקן בארעא דינא ולאוריתה נגון יכתרון:
ykthrwn ngwn wlawrythh dyna barea dythqn ed ylay wla ylhy la
He will not fail nor be discouraged, until he has set justice in the earth, and the islands wait for his law.”

כדנן אמר יי אלה עלמא יי די ברא שמיא ותלנון שכליל ארעא ודירהא יהיב נשמתא לעמא די עלה ורוח לדמהלכין בה:
bh ldmhlkyn wrwkh elh dy lema nshmtha yhyb wdyrha area shklyl wthlnwn shmya bra dy yy elma alh yy amr kdnn
God Yahweh, he who created the heavens and stretched them out, he who spread out the earth and that which comes out of it, he who gives breath to its people and spirit to those who walk in it, says:

אנא יי רביתך בקשוט ואתקפית בידך ואתקנינך ואתנינך לקים עם לניהור עממין:
emmyn lnyhwr em lqym wathnynk wathqnynk bydk wathqpyth bqshwT rbythk yy ana
“I, Yahweh, have called you in righteousness. I will hold your hand. I will keep you, and make you a covenant for the people, as a light for the nations,

לפתחא עיני בית ישראל דאינון כסמן מן אוריתא לאפקא נלותהון מביני עממיא דאינון דמן לאסירין ולמפרקהון משעבוד מלכותא דאינון ענינין כאסירי קבל:
qbl kasyry enynyn daynwn mlkwtha mshebwd wlmprqhwn lasyryn dmn daynwn emmya mbyny nlwthhwn lapqa awrytha mn ksmn daynwn yshral byth eyny lpthkha
to open the blind eyes, to bring the prisoners out of the dungeon, and those who sit in darkness out of the prison.

אנא יי הוא שמי ויקרי דאתגליתי עליכון לעם אוחרן לא אתן ותושבחתי לפלחי צלמיא:
tslmya lplkhy wthwshbkhthy athn la awkhrn lem elykwn dathglythy wyqry shmy hwa yy ana
“I am Yahweh. That is my name. I will not give my glory to another, nor my praise to engraved images.

קדמיתא הא אתאה וחדתן אנא מחוי עד לא אתין אבסר יתכון:
ythkwn absr athyn la ed mkhwy ana wkhdthn athah ha qdmytha
Behold, the former things have happened and I declare new things. I tell you about them before they come up.”

שבחו קדם יי תושבחתא חדתא אמרו תושבחתה מסיפי ארעא נחתי ימא ומלאה נגון ויתביהון:
wythbyhwn ngwn wmlah yma nkhthy area msypy thwshbkhthh amrw khdtha thwshbkhtha yy qdm shbkhw
Sing to Yahweh a new song, and his praise from the end of the earth, you who go down to the sea, and all that is therein, the islands and their inhabitants.

ישבח מדברא וקרוין דיתבין ביה פציחין יתבין מדבר ערבאי ישבחון מיתיא כד יפקון מבתי עלמיהון מרישי טוריא ירימון קלהון:
qlhwn yrymwn Twrya mryshy elmyhwn mbthy ypqwn kd mythya yshbkhwn erbay mdbr ythbyn ptsykhyn byh dythbyn wqrwyn mdbra yshbkh
Let the wilderness and its cities raise their voices, with the villages that Kedar inhabits. Let the inhabitants of Sela sing. Let them shout from the top of the mountains!

ישוון קדם יי יקרא ותושבחתה בנגון יחוון:
ykhwwn bngwn wthwshbkhthh yqra yy qdm yshwwn
Let them give glory to Yahweh, and declare his praise in the islands.

יי למעבד גבורן אתגלי למעבד גבורא מתגלי ברגז במלול אף בזיע על בעלי דבבוהי מתגלי בגבורתה:
bgbwrthh mthgly dbbwhy bely el bzye ap bmlwl brgz mthgly gbwra lmebd athgly gbwrn lmebd yy
Yahweh will go out like a mighty man. He will stir up zeal like a man of war. He will raise a war cry. Yes, he will shout aloud. He will triumph over his enemies.

יהבית להון ארכא מעלמא דאם יתובון לאוריתא ולא תבו כחבלין על ילידתא יתגלי דיני עליהון יצדון ויסופון כחדא:
kkhda wyswpwn ytsdwn elyhwn dyny ythgly ylydtha el kkhblyn thbw wla lawrytha ythwbwn dam melma arka lhwn yhbyth
“I have been silent a long time. I have been quiet and restrained myself. Now I will cry out like a travailing woman. I will both gasp and pant.

אחריב טורין ורמן וכל עסביהון איבש ואשוי נהרין לנגון ואגמין איבש:
aybsh wagmyn lngwn nhryn washwy aybsh esbyhwn wkl wrmn Twryn akhryb
I will destroy mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs. I will make the rivers islands, and will dry up the pools.

ואדבר לבית ישראל דדמין כסמן באורח דלא ידעו בשבילין דלא אליפו אדרכינון אשוי קבל קדמיהון לנהור וכפלא למישרא אלין פתגמיא אעבדינון ולא ארחיקינון:
arkhyqynwn wla aebdynwn pthgmya alyn lmyshra wkpla lnhwr qdmyhwn qbl ashwy adrkynwn alypw dla bshbylyn ydew dla bawrkh ksmn ddmyn yshral lbyth wadbr
I will bring the blind by a way that they don’t know. I will lead them in paths that they don’t know. I will make darkness light before them, and crooked places straight. I will do these things, and I will not forsake them.

יסתחרון לאחורא יבהתון בהתא פלחי צלמיא דאמרין לצלם מתכא אתון טעותנא:
Tewthna athwn mthka ltslm damryn tslmya plkhy bhtha ybhthwn lakhwra ysthkhrwn
“Those who trust in engraved images, who tell molten images, ‘You are our gods,’ will be turned back. They will be utterly disappointed.

רשיעיא דאינון כחרשין הלא אודנין לכון שמעו וחיביא דאינון כסמן הלא עינין לכון אסתכלו וחזו:
wkhzw asthklw lkwn eynyn hla ksmn daynwn wkhybya shmew lkwn awdnyn hla kkhrshyn daynwn rshyeya
“Hear, you deaf, and look, you blind, that you may see.

הלא אם יתובון רשיעיא יתקרון עבדי וחיביא דנביי שלחית עליהון אלא רשיעיא עתידין לאשתלמא פורענות חוביהון ברם אם יתובון יתקרון עבדיא דיי:
dyy ebdya ythqrwn ythwbwn am brm khwbyhwn pwrenwth lashthlma ethydyn rshyeya ala elyhwn shlkhyth dnbyy wkhybya ebdy ythqrwn rshyeya ythwbwn am hla
Who is blind, but my servant? Or who is as deaf as my messenger whom I send? Who is as blind as he who is at peace, and as blind as Yahweh’s servant?

חזיתון סגיאן ולא נטרתון אתפתחא אודניכון ולא קבילתון אולפן:
awlpn qbylthwn wla awdnykwn athpthkha nTrthwn wla sgyan khzythwn
You see many things, but don’t observe. His ears are open, but he doesn’t listen.
21
יי רעי בדיל לזכאותה ישראל ורבי לעבדי אוריתה ויתקיף יתהון:
ythhwn wythqyp awrythh lebdy wrby yshral lzkawthh bdyl rey yy
It pleased Yahweh, for his righteousness’ sake, to magnify the law and make it honorable.

והוא עם בזיז ואניס אתחפיאו בהתא עולימין כולהון ובבתי יסורין ענינין הוו לעדי ולית דמשיזיב לבזא ולית דאמר אתיב:
athyb damr wlyth lbza dmshyzyb wlyth ledy hww enynyn yswryn wbbthy kwlhwn ewlymyn bhtha athkhpyaw wanys bzyz em whwa
But this is a robbed and plundered people. All of them are snared in holes, and they are hidden in prisons. They have become captives, and no one delivers, and a plunder, and no one says, ‘Restore them!’

מן בכון יצית דא יקבל ויסבר לסופא:
lswpa wysbr yqbl da ytsyth bkwn mn
Who is there among you who will give ear to this? Who will listen and hear for the time to come?

מן מסר לעדי יעקב וישראל לבזוזין הלא יי מן קדם דחבו קדמוהי ולא אבו למיהך באורחן דתקנן קדמוהי ולא קבילו אולפן אוריתה:
awrythh awlpn qbylw wla qdmwhy dthqnn bawrkhn lmyhk abw wla qdmwhy dkhbw qdm mn yy hla lbzwzyn wyshral yeqb ledy msr mn
Who gave Jacob as plunder, and Israel to the robbers? Didn’t Yahweh, he against whom we have sinned? For they would not walk in his ways, and they disobeyed his law.
25
ושפך עליהון חימת רוגזה ותקוף עבדי קרבה איתי עליהון וקטלו בהון מסחור סחור ולא ידעו ושליטו בהון ולא שויאו דחלתה על לבא:
lba el dkhlthh shwyaw wla bhwn wshlyTw ydew wla skhwr mskhwr bhwn wqTlw elyhwn aythy qrbh ebdy wthqwp rwgzh khymth elyhwn wshpk
Therefore he poured the fierceness of his anger on him, and the strength of battle. It set him on fire all around, but he didn’t know. It burned him, but he didn’t take it to heart.”
