אציתו למימרי נגון ומלכון יוספון חיל יתקרבון בכן ימללון כחדא לדינא נתקרב:
nthqrb ldyna kkhda ymllwn bkn ythqrbwn khyl ywspwn wmlkwn ngwn lmymry atsythw
“Keep silent before me, islands, and let the peoples renew their strength. Let them come near, then let them speak. Let’s meet together for judgment.

מן איתי בגלאי ממדינחא אברהם בחיר צדיקיא בקשוט קרבה לאתרה מסר קדמוהי עממין ומלכין תקיפין תבר רמא כעפרא קטולין קדם חרבה כקשא רדופין קדם קשתה:
qshthh qdm rdwpyn kqsha khrbh qdm qTwlyn kepra rma thbr thqypyn wmlkyn emmyn qdmwhy msr lathrh qrbh bqshwT tsdyqya bkhyr abrhm mmdynkha bglay aythy mn
Who has raised up one from the east? Who called him to his feet in righteousness? He hands over nations to him and makes him rule over kings. He gives them like the dust to his sword, like the driven stubble to his bow.

רדפינון עדא שלם חילת אורח ברגלוהי לא עלת:
elth la brglwhy awrkh khylth shlm eda rdpynwn
He pursues them and passes by safely, even by a way that he had not gone with his feet.

מן אמר אלין קים אמר ועביד וסדר דריא מלקדמין אנא יי ברית עלמא מבראשית אף עלמי עלמיא דילי אינון בר מני לית אלהא:
alha lyth mny br aynwn dyly elmya elmy ap mbrashyth elma bryth yy ana mlqdmyn drya wsdr webyd amr qym alyn amr mn
Who has worked and done it, calling the generations from the beginning? I, Yahweh, the first, and with the last, I am he.”

חזו נגותא וידחלון דבסיפי ארעא יזועון יתקרבון וייתון:
wyythwn ythqrbwn yzwewn area dbsypy wydkhlwn ngwtha khzw
The islands have seen, and fear. The ends of the earth tremble. They approach, and come.

גבר ית חברה יסעדון ולאחוהי יימר תקיף:
thqyp yymr wlakhwhy ysedwn khbrh yth gbr
Everyone helps his neighbor. They say to their brothers, “Be strong!”

הלא יבהתון בעובדיהון דמתקיף נגרא עם קינאה מחי בפטישא עם דמטפח בקורנסא זמנא אמר על דבקא תקין הוא ומתקיף ליה במסמרין דלא יצטלי:
ytsTly dla bmsmryn lyh wmthqyp hwa thqyn dbqa el amr zmna bqwrnsa dmTpkh em bpTysha mkhy qynah em ngra dmthqyp bewbdyhwn ybhthwn hla
So the carpenter encourages the goldsmith. He who smooths with the hammer encourages him who strikes the anvil, saying of the soldering, “It is good;” and he fastens it with nails, that it might not totter.

ואת ישראל עבדי יעקב דאתרעיתי בך זרעה דאברהם רחימי:
rkhymy dabrhm zreh bk dathreythy yeqb ebdy yshral wath
“But you, Israel, my servant, Jacob whom I have chosen, the offspring of Abraham my friend,

דקריבתך מזרעית ארעא וממלכותא בחרתך ואמרית לך עבדי את אתרעיתי בך ולא ארחקינך:
arkhqynk wla bk athreythy ath ebdy lk wamryth bkhrthk wmmlkwtha area mzreyth dqrybthk
you whom I have taken hold of from the ends of the earth, and called from its corners, and said to you, ‘You are my servant. I have chosen you and have not cast you away.’

לא תדחל ארי בסעדך מימרי לא תתבר ארי אנא אלהך אתקפינך אף אסעדינך אף אחדינך בימין קושטי:
qwshTy bymyn akhdynk ap asedynk ap athqpynk alhk ana ary ththbr la mymry bsedk ary thdkhl la
Don’t you be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be dismayed, for I am your God. I will strengthen you. Yes, I will help you. Yes, I will uphold you with the right hand of my righteousness.

הא יבהתון ויתכנעון כל עממיא דהוו מתגרין בך יהון כלמא ויבדון אנשי דינך:
dynk anshy wybdwn klma yhwn bk mthgryn dhww emmya kl wythknewn ybhthwn ha
Behold, all those who are incensed against you will be disappointed and confounded. Those who strive with you will be like nothing, and shall perish.

תבעינון ולא תשכחינון לאנשי מצותך יהון כלמא וכלא מדעם גברין דהוו מתגרין למעבד עמך קרב:
qrb emk lmebd mthgryn dhww gbryn mdem wkla klma yhwn mtswthk lanshy thshkkhynwn wla thbeynwn
You will seek them, and won’t find them, even those who contend with you. Those who war against you will be as nothing, as a nonexistent thing.

ארי אנא יי אלהך מתקיף ימינך דאמרית לך לא תדחל מימרי בסעדך:
bsedk mymry thdkhl la lk damryth ymynk mthqyp alhk yy ana ary
For I, Yahweh your God, will hold your right hand, saying to you, ‘Don’t be afraid. I will help you.’

לא תדחלון שבטיא דבית יעקב זרעיתא דישראל מימרי בסעדכון אמר יי ופריקכון קדישא דישראל:
dyshral qdysha wpryqkwn yy amr bsedkwn mymry dyshral zreytha yeqb dbyth shbTya thdkhlwn la
Don’t be afraid, you worm Jacob, and you men of Israel. I will help you,” says Yahweh. “Your Redeemer is the Holy One of Israel.

הא שויתיכון למורג תקיף חדת מלי סמפורין תקטיל פלחי כוכביא ותשיצי ומלכותא כמוצא תשוי:
thshwy kmwtsa wmlkwtha wthshytsy kwkbya plkhy thqTyl smpwryn mly khdth thqyp lmwrg shwythykwn ha
Behold, I have made you into a new sharp threshing instrument with teeth. You will thresh the mountains, and beat them small, and will make the hills like chaff.

תדרינון ורוחא תטלונון ומימרה כעלעולא לקשא יבדר יתהון ואת תבוע במימרא דיי בקדישא דישראל תשתבח:
thshthbkh dyshral bqdysha dyy bmymra thbwe wath ythhwn ybdr lqsha kelewla wmymrh thTlwnwn wrwkha thdrynwn
You will winnow them, and the wind will carry them away, and the whirlwind will scatter them. You will rejoice in Yahweh. You will glory in the Holy One of Israel.

ענותניא וחשיכיא דמחמדין לאולפנא הא כצחיא למיא ולא משכחין רוחיהון בסגופא משלהיא אנא יי אקביל צלותהון אלהא דישראל לא ארחיקנון:
arkhyqnwn la dyshral alha tslwthhwn aqbyl yy ana mshlhya bsgwpa rwkhyhwn mshkkhyn wla lmya ktskhya ha lawlpna dmkhmdyn wkhshykya enwthnya
The poor and needy seek water, and there is none. Their tongue fails for thirst. I, Yahweh, will answer them. I, the God of Israel, will not forsake them.

אקרב גלותהון מביני עממיא ואדברינון באורח תקנא ואפתח להון על נגדין נהרין ובגו משרין מבועין אשוי מדברא לאגמין דמין וארע בית צחונא למבועי מיא:
mya lmbwey tskhwna byth ware dmyn lagmyn mdbra ashwy mbweyn mshryn wbgw nhryn ngdyn el lhwn wapthkh thqna bawrkh wadbrynwn emmya mbyny glwthhwn aqrb
I will open rivers on the bare heights, and springs in the middle of the valleys. I will make the wilderness a pool of water, and the dry land springs of water.

אתן במדברא ארזין שיטין והדסין ואעין דמשח ארבי במישרא בורון מורנין ואשכרועין כחדא:
kkhda washkrweyn mwrnyn bwrwn bmyshra arby dmshkh waeyn whdsyn shyTyn arzyn bmdbra athn
I will put cedar, acacia, myrtle, and oil trees in the wilderness. I will set cypress trees, pine, and box trees together in the desert;

בדיל דיחזון וידעון וישוון דחלתי על לבהון ויסתכלון כחדא ארי גבורתא דיי עבדת דא וקדישא דישראל ברא יתה:
ythh bra dyshral wqdysha da ebdth dyy gbwrtha ary kkhda wysthklwn lbhwn el dkhlthy wyshwwn wydewn dykhzwn bdyl
that they may see, know, consider, and understand together, that Yahweh’s hand has done this, and the Holy One of Israel has created it.

קריבו דינכון אמר יי אעילו חזותכון אמר מלכיה דיעקב:
dyeqb mlkyh amr khzwthkwn aeylw yy amr dynkwn qrybw
Produce your cause,” says Yahweh. “Bring out your strong reasons!” says the King of Jacob.

יתקרבון ויחוון לנא ית דערעיננא קדמיתא מה אינון הוו ונשוי לבנא ונדע סופהון או דעתידין למיתי בסרונא:
bsrwna lmythy dethydyn aw swphwn wnde lbna wnshwy hww aynwn mh qdmytha dereynna yth lna wykhwwn ythqrbwn
“Let them announce and declare to us what will happen! Declare the former things, what they are, that we may consider them, and know the latter end of them; or show us things to come.

חוו דאתין לסופא ונדע אם לטעון דאית בהון צרוך אתון פלחין אם יכלין אינון לאיטבא ולאבאשא ונסתכיל ונידון כחדא:
kkhda wnydwn wnsthkyl wlabasha layTba aynwn yklyn am plkhyn athwn tsrwk bhwn dayth lTewn am wnde lswpa dathyn khww
Declare the things that are to come hereafter, that we may know that you are gods. Yes, do good, or do evil, that we may be dismayed, and see it together.

הא אתון למא ועובדיכון לא מדעם תועיבא דאתרעיתון ביה לכון:
lkwn byh dathreythwn thweyba mdem la wewbdykwn lma athwn ha
Behold, you are nothing, and your work is nothing. He who chooses you is an abomination.

איתיתי בגלאי מלך דתקיף מרוח צפונא וייתי כמפק שמשא בגבורתה ממדנחא אגברינה בשמי וייתי וידוש שלטוני עממיא כמא דדישין ית עפרא וכפחרא דעריך ית טינא:
Tyna yth deryk wkpkhra epra yth ddyshyn kma emmya shlTwny wydwsh wyythy bshmy agbrynh mmdnkha bgbwrthh shmsha kmpq wyythy tspwna mrwkh dthqyp mlk bglay aythythy
“I have raised up one from the north, and he has come, from the rising of the sun, one who calls on my name, and he shall come on rulers as on mortar, and as the potter treads clay.

מן חוי מן אולא ונדע ומלקדמין ונימר קשוט אף לית די מחוי אף לית דמבסר אף לית דשמע למיליכון:
lmylykwn dshme lyth ap dmbsr lyth ap mkhwy dy lyth ap qshwT wnymr wmlqdmyn wnde awla mn khwy mn
Who has declared it from the beginning, that we may know? and before, that we may say, ‘He is right’? Surely, there is no one who declares. Surely, there is no one who shows. Surely, there is no one who hears your words.

פתגמי נחמתא דאתנביאו נבייא מלקדמין על ציון הא אתו ולירושלם מבסר אתן:
athn mbsr wlyrwshlm athw ha tsywn el mlqdmyn nbyya dathnbyaw nkhmtha pthgmy
I am the first to say to Zion, ‘Behold, look at them;’ and I will give one who brings good news to Jerusalem.

וגלי קדמי ולית גבר דליה עובדין טבין ומאלין לית דמליך מילך ושאילתינון אם יתובון פתגם:
pthgm ythwbwn am wshaylthynwn mylk dmlyk lyth wmalyn Tbyn ewbdyn dlyh gbr wlyth qdmy wgly
When I look, there is no man, even among them there is no counselor who, when I ask, can answer a word.
