בעידנא ההיא שלח מרודך בלאדן בר בלאדן מלכא דבבל איגרין וקורבנין לות חזקיה כד שמע ארי מרע ואתסי:
wathsy mre ary shme kd khzqyh lwth wqwrbnyn aygryn dbbl mlka bladn br bladn mrwdk shlkh hhya beydna
At that time, Merodach-baladan the son of Baladan, king of Babylon, sent letters and a present to Hezekiah, for he heard that he had been sick, and had recovered.

וחדי עליהון חזקיה ואחזנון ית בית גנזוהי ית כספא וית דהבא וית בוסמנא וית משחא טבא וית כל בית מנוהי וית כל דאישתכח בגנזוהי לא הוה מדעם דלא אחזינון חזקיהו בביתה ובכל שולטנה:
shwlTnh wbkl bbythh khzqyhw akhzynwn dla mdem hwh la bgnzwhy dayshthkkh kl wyth mnwhy byth kl wyth Tba mshkha wyth bwsmna wyth dhba wyth kspa yth gnzwhy byth yth wakhznwn khzqyh elyhwn wkhdy
Hezekiah was pleased with them, and showed them the house of his precious things, the silver, the gold, the spices, and the precious oil, and all the house of his armor, and all that was found in his treasures. There was nothing in his house, nor in all his dominion, that Hezekiah didn’t show them.

ואתא ישעיה נביא לות מלכא חזקיה ואמר ליה מה אמרו גבריא האלן ומנן אתו לותך ואמר חזקיה מארעא רחיקא אתו לותי מבבל:
mbbl lwthy athw rkhyqa marea khzqyh wamr lwthk athw wmnn haln gbrya amrw mh lyh wamr khzqyh mlka lwth nbya ysheyh watha
Then Isaiah the prophet came to King Hezekiah, and asked him, “What did these men say? From where did they come to you?” Hezekiah said, “They have come from a country far from me, even from Babylon.”

ואמר מה חזו בביתך ואמר חזקיה ית כל די בביתי חזו לא הוה מדעם דלא אחזיתינון בגנזי:
bgnzy akhzythynwn dla mdem hwh la khzw bbythy dy kl yth khzqyh wamr bbythk khzw mh wamr
Then he asked, “What have they seen in your house?” Hezekiah answered, “They have seen all that is in my house. There is nothing among my treasures that I have not shown them.”

ואמר ישעיה לחזקיה קביל פתגמא דיי צבאות:
tsbawth dyy pthgma qbyl lkhzqyh ysheyh wamr
Then Isaiah said to Hezekiah, “Hear the word of Yahweh of Armies:

הא יומיא אתן ויתנטיל כל די בביתך ודי גנזו אבהתך עד יומא הדין ויתובל לבבל לא ישתאר מדעם אמר יי:
yy amr mdem yshthar la lbbl wythwbl hdyn ywma ed abhthk gnzw wdy bbythk dy kl wythnTyl athn ywmya ha
‘Behold, the days are coming when all that is in your house, and that which your fathers have stored up until today, will be carried to Babylon. Nothing will be left,’ says Yahweh.

ומבנך דיפקון מנך דתוליד ידברון ויהון רברבין בהיכלא מלכא דבבל:
dbbl mlka bhykla rbrbyn wyhwn ydbrwn dthwlyd mnk dypqwn wmbnk
‘They will take away your sons who will issue from you, whom you shall father, and they will be eunuchs in the king of Babylon’s palace.’”
